Have gone to various Monro locations and never had any problems. Had an appointment at 8a on Monday for an oil change. When I got there the dude seemed high. I go home but when I m driving the day my car is smoking so I take it to my mechanic and within seconds of opening the hood he shows me my rubber lining that s supposed to be between the hood and the car wrapped in my serpentine belt

At first everything seemed fine. We scheduled one tire change and 4 brake pad replacements. Called at 8am an hour prior to appointment 9am to make sure everything was delivered. They said they were still waiting on the breaks to be delivered and that they would contact us when they got in.No one called us. We called them at 12pm and they just acted like no big deal they arrived and we can come in anytime... So my girlfriend takes the car over. They start working on the car and discover they had ordered the wrong front brakes. They ask if we want to bring it back or get the back brakes and tire replaced now. We get the back breaks replaced and the tire changed. I asked for a refund for any services not performed because I prepaid. To which the guy at the counter says he doesn't know how to do that. So he finally figures it out and tells my girlfriend the refund will take a few days to be refunded but if it isn't to call corporate and informed her the corporate number is on the front door...They also kept my spare tire. And I can only imagine it was due to the amount of time spent trying to chat up my girlfriend instead of just doing the work so she could leave and enjoy the rest of her day not waiting on your company to finish the work.So because of all these issue. We won't be going back to this location. No one has the amount of time they expected us to spend dealing with these two employees of yours. We were only able to pull it off ourselves because I telework.Guys seemed nice other than all that and the work that was done was done correctly... So unless you have a few days to spend in a waiting room or chatting up mechanics. I'd take a pass on this place.

great service help me out with my radiator system replace the hose even though the mechanic working for me dog was passing away in the office he got the job done it was simply amazing what people can do I felt so bad for him and told him I'll say a prayer for you and your dog

SO GRATEFUL FOR THIS SHOP. We've taken 3 cars to this Monro, and have always been impressed with their service.Repairs have included:- Oil changes- Brake service (drum and disc)- Exhaust and muffler replacement- AC Recharge- Tire alignment- Leaf spring and shackle replacementBoth Will and Mike are amazingly knowledgeable. Service is fact, and pricing is transparent as well as fair. Thank you guys so much!!!

Wow, blown away by the auto care service here. A small auto body shop held on by solid workers. Great and chill atmosphere! If you re trying to save on money and need a quick maintenance, this is the place for you, they are enjoyably fast with walk ins & enjoy appointments (gentlemen named Will or whoever answers quick through the phone). While this place doesn t offer coupon services like Firestone does, they make the service bang for your buck. Oil changes are extremely quick and easy, well worth the extra money because well, synthetic always rules.Comparing to other shops, they re not like Firestone or Tirediscounters where they try to sell their own brands or select in store ones but here? Monro offered me a wide variety tailored to my own pricing & even if it s cheap, the people here made sure it lasted a long darn time. Service is quick, easy, and simple paperwork with no stress and the people at the desk are understanding as you can get.Onto my personal experience after my service, Will here is really keeping things afloat. He helped me order a 4 set of new wheels that were easily in my price range and actually performance reliable, new braking, alignment, and the normal car maintenance stuff. But what s better yet was how stress free it was. They constantly assured that it d be properly maintained and kept checking back to let me know how the vehicle was going. and despite it seeming like a small auto body shop, the fast paced work really paid off.Total service took about ~2 hours and after a test drive, my car was in perfect smooth shape, the guys even said it felt like they just brought it out of a dealership. That s what I wanted to feel like again. Total cost was $1,090 for my maintenance! Expensive but the car lasted me 6 some years and just a grand to fix! Shoot, I ll be coming back here every single time for my maintenance from here on out.Proud 2017 Honda HR-V owner here.

Tyler and the tech were great. Brought in my f150 truck and the usual spark plug being stripped or broke happened. That is very common in those trucks. So I wasn't surprised. Tyler took me home and let me know a machinist will be in within a day or 2. The machinist got there that same afternoon and my truck runs great.

I've had my breaks worked on by another shop three times, and still they were a problem. I'd heard Monro on Glenway was good and their people were reliable and honest, so I made an appointment. Rick was the person with whom I dealt. He was amazing. He not only found the problem, he also was able to give me a more than fair price for the work. He was very patient explaining things, and he showed me exactly what the problems were. Customer service was excellent. I can't say enough good about this shop. I will certainly be using them from now on. Great place, great interactions, great service.

Oh my gosh! I seriously love this place. At first it was hard to get my appointment but they were able to squeeze me in and have me done as soon as possible! They also have great deals for brakes and tires as well! They are such a great and welcoming team and if you re trying to find a company to get something on your car done, this is the place to go for sure! Monro Brakes & Tires you all are awesome! I've always had great service here! Ronnie is very kind and knowledgeable. He made me feel extremely comfortable when he took care of my car both times! Chris is also excellent! I highly recommend! I'll be back :)

Friendly and helpful staff! I was at the doctors nearby and thought hey I should stop in and get an oil change . They squeezed me into their schedule within 5 minutes and gave me quick service! Saw my front tire was about to blow and gave me a great deal on getting two new tires. Very happy I came here for my oil change!

My experience with the guys here, especially Caleb, was astounding. I highly recommend choosing these guys to do business with because they were honest and sincere mechanics that had a "whatever it takes" attitude towards caring for my vehicle. They went above and beyond my expectations of what I had previously thought of auto mechanic shops, rarely will I take time to write online reviews because half of the time I don't believe them, but these guys took the situation that I had with another auto body shop into their own hands and cared for my vehicle as if it were their own. 5 stars all the way.

I will drive out of my way just to have my oil changed at Monro on Glenway. They have the BEST PRICES. The employees are ALWAYS very thorough when explaining about my vehicle. They won t do more than necessary to vehicles unless requested. In fact, they have told me when I don t need a specific service done even though I was willing to do it just to he safe. They always try to get all vehicles done as quickly as possible. I couldn t be happier with my service here. I ve been a customer for at least 12 years. It is 20 minutes away from me since I moved, but I still drive to come to Monro.

This is most definitely the best auto place Ive been too. Ronnie and his staff was great. They treated me really good and didnt try to get over. Ronnie made sure I knew everything about my oil change and the other things they look for while doing the oil change. They exceeded my expectations and I wont be going no where else except Monro for my car needs.They made you feel at home and interacted with you instead of just having you sitting there blinded to what happening with your car. I recommend this location if you want to be treated good, leave feeling like you got a great deal and your car is good and just because they are the best out here. Thank you guys. You rock

Ronnie is a great manager and Robert a great assistant manager there. This shop more than any other in town is fair and reasonable. They truly do care about the customer and about an A1 service. I will continue to take my four family cars there forever.

This was my first time going to Monro on Glenway; I picked it because of a combination of their good reviews and a coupon I found at the time. I needed a tire alignment and balance and set an appointment. The wait was a little long on the first day, but nothing I didn't expect. Ronnie told me that one of my back brakes was completely out (I had been having brake issues but hadn't scheduled for anything revolving around that here). He showed me what he was talking about and left it up to me over whether I wanted to have the work done there or not. I appreciated his non-aggressive sales personality and his willingness to show me what was wrong with my car so I could see it for myself. I decided to get the work done here and brought my car back the next day. Ronnie was once again very friendly and I let him know that the oil in my car had been changed when that hadn't been the reason for my earlier appointment. I was charged for this, but when I called to tell him this he offered my next one for free.Let's face it: no one wants to go to the mechanic, because that means something is wrong with your car and you're inconvenienced. On top of that, you always have to worry that they're upcharging you. I did have a minor billing issue here, but Ronnie was more than willing to make it right when I brought it to his attention. If you have to go to a mechanic, make sure it's an honest one. I think Monro on Glenway fits that bill.

My wife and I bring our vehicles here because of the excellent, honest, and trustworthy service. All of the staff members are professional and knowledgeable. Ronnie always takes care of his customers. We will not take our vehicles anywhere else. Five stars

I've been to Monro several times and couldn't be happier! Their service is quick, the appointments are flexible and the pricing is the best I've found. Their service is always top notch and you couldn't find a friendlier group of people. Very pleased with this location and the staff!

Honesty and Integrity is still alive with this company. The location in Cincinnati on Glenway Ave is AWESOME! They are honest and trustworthy! Highly recommended. They won't sell you something that you don't need. Ronnie is GREAT! His staff is also!

I went there today, with no appointment and a car that was trying to kill me. I expected a day at the least for the repairs to be done. They had my car back before the end of business and it is running wonderfully. Not only that, but they are very transparent with their billing and keep you updated with regards to any changes.I will not go anywhere else for car work.

I called and made an appointment for an oil change at the Central Parkway location but when I got there, I realized the location was closed. I called the Glenway location and they went above and beyond to accommodate me! I received my oil change, tire rotation, carbon filter replacement, new wiper blades and am all set for the winter. All was done with my satisfaction as a customer in mind and I am very pleased. I would recommend Monro's Western Hills location to anyone!

Great customer service and pricing! I had an appointment with them today to look at something that was hanging from the bottom of my car and get an oil change. They also offered to fix another issue I had, missing hubcaps, and did so at no additional charge. This will be my go-to for future oil changes and any other issues that may arise.
