This auto shop has been a lifesaver for me twice in the past month or so. I rely on my truck to make income through food delivery apps, so when I kept having issues I was losing sleep over missing bills. But Mike serviced my vehicle thoroughly and quickly, finishing every service in nearly a day, much faster than any other auto shop I ve been to. Now my truck is running soundly with no issues.Mike also took the time to show me exactly what was wrong on my truck so I fully understood what services were needed and why. I feel like my concerns about my vehicle are taken seriously at this auto shop, while most other places talk down to me or dismiss my concerns. I ll definitely be sticking with this auto shop for as long as I can, no need to keep looking for better!

This place had my back beyond description. Coming back to Ohio after a 2500 mile trip, my tire started leaking. Called 1 minute before closing and Olivia kept the place open and helped a traveling Mother out.She worked with me and helped me more than I can thank them.10 out of 5 stars here. Highly recommend.Olivia and Jeffrey (business card official names) were surely my angels of the day.

The manager Mike is amazing! He kept me informed during the entire service of replaying stems and lug nuts. His disposition was extremely polite and professional! Service was completed in a timely manner while I waited! And the cost was beyond fair! I would highly recommend them.

Went in for tire rotation, oil change, and brake inspection.Mike gave an honest appraisal of the brakes, prices, and options. The condition and prices matched what I expected, and were fair.Mike pulled the bad part to show the deterioration and gave a detailed explanation.One replacement part had to be delivered from another store, and Mike kept me updated, and made multiple calls to keep things moving along.Had never been in the store or met Mike prior to today.Excellent customer service and communication. Gave me every indication that's he's an honest guy trying to do good work and improve a store he's recently become the manager of.

Helloy name is Andrew Wright and this shop is amazing. They have been so helpful and very customer friendly. Micheal Bennett and all his employees are doing a great job. They have been helpful from the beginning and will receive all my vehicle work from now on. God bless store 0825 and all stores with the company name Monro. Manager is very friendly, super fast and quality service! I had a 1-day turnaround for breaks, rotors, and calipers even though they had to order parts. I highly recommend!

The service here was amazing! Drove in with a slowly leaking tire. The professionals here found a piece of metal in the tread, removed and patched in 10 min. Will be coming back for any future car needs!

Same day service for a tire replacement, less than half an hour in the shop. They had the matching spare for my new 2023 vehicle on the shelf. Service manager Mike is great!

Update 11/29 Mike the manager is God sent always goes above and beyond for his customers and ensuring we are safe on the road he had done great work on my car over this last month. Truly grateful

They were great about working with my budget-like what needed to be done immediately and what could be put off just a little. I appreciated very much how kindly this was done instead of shaming me for not having the budget or knowledge on my own.

If you are debating between this place and Midas across the street like I was, make sure to see Mike the store manager at Monroe. Midas quoted me $250+ for a new tire. It turns out that s not what was needed. Mike patched up my tires for me without charge; was very responsive over the phone; and was able to save me time and $$

They got me in same day and got me the best option for my financial situation! They even helped with an issue my door had and did it free! These guys are super friendly, knowledgeable and saved me when I needed a new tire asap! Strongly recommend them 10/10

James is my go-to when it comes to vehicles. His customer service ethnic is phenomenal! He knows exactly what is wrong (both times) and the way he explained it to me, I understand. He is super friendly and funny! You can tell he enjoys doing what he does. & the price was on point, actually cheaper than what other places quoted me. I will NOT go anywhere else anymore. Thank you, James, for everything you do!

Highly recommend this location. The manager/lead mechanic was knowledgeable and took the time to explain all of the services that would be done to my car. Overall, a bit pricey, but a friendly garage. I will be coming back in the future

Have been here many times now and the service has always been phenomenal. They are very knowledgeable and actually care! I most recently went in for an alignment that the Hyundai dealership botched. They found and fixed the issue, and discounted me for the service. The car now drives straighter than I can ever remember. Highly recommended!

Great service, very quick, and they were extremely helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. He gave me a great deal on my tires and even fixed some other issues I had. I am so grateful and would recommend this Monro to anyone.

Came in on Wednesday late afternoon with air tire pressure gage on. Unfortunately I didn t catch the gentleman s name but he filled my tire with air and checked to make sure they where all up to par. Above and beyond with his service. I was there around 5 pm. Thanks for your help!!! I sure hope he is either a manger or well on his way.

Monroe Auto Service & Tire specifically the Fairfax location is hands down the BEST place I have ever gone to to get work done on my vehicle! Not only is the work that they do outstanding, but the people there that are working on your car, are the type of people who really care about what they're doing. They want to make sure that you're in a safe vehicle, & ultimately that you are safe. You cannot beat that! Everybody knows that the worst places to go to are the ones that you go to in which the just keep trying to sell you things that you do not need, or they want to sell you the highest priced items & everything feels very much so just like a sales pitch. People do not want to feel that way when they are relying on somebody to help them with their vehicle and just want to be safe in their car that they are driving. I can tell you that this is not that type of place. Instead, they do a great job at recommending products and services that you do need and they educate you as to why you need them instead of just slamming you with everything. Here at this location, you feel really taken care of, cares for and most importantly, you will leave feeling safe in your vehicle. That's how I felt and I REALLY appreciate it!!! I want to give a special thanks to James and to Ean. James was able to fix a couple of things thatI didn't even know it was an issue before coming there. But the issues were a part of the bigger issue which happened because I had a mobile mechanic do some work on my car and I completely regret that. My advice is to never hire a mobile mechanic and to just go to Monroe auto tire and services Fairfax location. I will always trust the work that James does. Ean & James went the extra mile and I have to say that that is how you end up earning a lifetime customer. Building rapport. These other places that just slam services on you and recommend products that you do not need, they lose customers and respect because you cannot trust people like that. Even the other staff at this location was just wonderful! They were all so kind! It's really nice to see such great comradery amongst the coworkers there. This place is kind of like a needle in a haystack while the other places are typically just alike. I do not just check one box off of the list, but rather several boxes. Go to the Fairfax Monroe Auto Service & Tires. Your dealing with just really good people and that's something that money cannot buy. You will not regret it!

This location has been my go-to place for a few years now- and while I think there was some interim management issues last year- Monro brought a great manager (back out of retirement) to take the helm here. I had a great experience with brake service recently. Jim brought his over 30 years experience to quickly diagnose the issue and absolutely did the right thing for his customer. He's definitely earned my trust and repeat business!

Mechanics love their jobs and don t tell you things just to make you feel good. For issues I have been looking at for a very long time, they have told the truth and didn t try to bamboozle me. I appreciate their knowledge and service. I will be returning!

Had a flat tire and came as a walk-in, service was great and super fast. Staff was really helpful and patient and took time to go over the price and everything else in the service. Great experience, I would definitely recommend this place!

I cannot say enough good things about this place. The manager Dave and the mechanics are absolutely wonderful and are the most honest auto repair technicians I ve ever worked with. Went in off of a recommendation from a dealer to get brakes, was told they were actually fine and didn t need changed. But another issue was causing my car to be unsafe. Dave worked hard to find the part to fix my car same day, and on a weekend afternoon to boot! I was informed every step of the way and both he and the mechanic educated me on what the issues were, how to fix it, etc and showed me what they were talking about. I ve never received such good quality service from an auto repair location. I cannot recommend this location enough, I will definitely only work with this team in the future!

They are a quality, dependable and affordable priced facility. I stopped in and needed a tire looked at. The Mgr took care of it personally. I was very happy with the in and out time, along with the quality of service provided. If you need work done ask for Jim, he will take good care of you.
