Awesome service. I was in need of 6 cast steel casters for a car rotisserie. Not only were they at a great price also put them together in like 10 mins. Highly recommend midwest caster

They told us they would be open on Friday, December 30. We drove there and called numerous times on the way, thinking they were busy...ha! There was a note on the door that read "If the door is locked, call 821-8230. We had already done that! The web says they are open from 8 to 5 today..we were there at 2:30. My husband looked thru the window and stuff was just junked up with caster parts just laying around every where. So disappointed.

So, I was in a real pickle. With only 2 business days remaining, we couldn t fit our drill rigs through the doors of the building where the borings were located. We had an older skid rig, but the skids would have destroyed the tile floor. The client was flying in from Guatemala and we couldn t just back out of the job. That s where Midwest Caster and Wheel came into play.I discovered them on Google late on Thursday night. Friday morning, I called and spoke to a true gentleman and first class employee. He answered all of my questions and was very informative and helpful. He took my number and promised to call me back as soon as possible, because I informed him of my emergency. Since I was 2 hours away from them, I decided to head his direction and simply hope they had what we would need. An hour after I left, he returned my call simply to say that they were still in the process of locating what we needed, and promised again to call me as soon as they found the casters I needed. Within 40 minutes, I received another call and learned that they had what I needed. Upon arrival, he was super friendly, well dressed, professional and well informed. He let me know that he had all the parts to make what I needed, but that they would need to be assembled. As soon as I agreed with his recommendation, he promptly went to the back and built the casters. Now, maybe it was a slow day and I was all he had to do, but it felt like he dropped everything for me. He was patient and well spoken. He offered options like brakes, swivels, and swivel locks, never coming across if he was too busy or too bothered by all my questions.In a nutshell, ask for the guy from Erlanger. His name is totally escaping me right now. He knows his merchandise and can work well with the public!Lastly,I just wanted to say Thanks! Service like this is hard to find nowadays. Kudos to the owner(s) for a great experience by hiring and keeping truly conscientious employees. Oh yeah... the casters are amazing! Grease fittings everywhere! You can t buy that kind of quality at the large box and chain stores.

I was blown away by the many wheels this company have in stock. They even custom make or design items that need wheels. I do recommend this company for their expertise and craftmanship of items that need casting and wheels.
