I couldn t have asked for a better experience!I was seen same day.The manager Charles Jump (per paperwork) was absolutely amazing, super friendly and professional!Great communication on what was going on every step of the way, what needed done or could wait was clear.They were great with my kids while they watched them work.I had an issue with payment and he was more than helpful, patient and comforting when i was stressing.I will definitely be using them again. Thanks again guys!

The guys got me together! They went above and beyond to make sure my car was safe, which means the world to me as a mother. They were very friendly and accommodating, great customer service! I couldn t have asked for a better experience, Keep up the good work guys.

Got my expedition back to factory. They had to replace my exhaust manifold which took longer than expected because the bolts broke from 16 years of never being loosened. I was quoted one price but ended up paying more because a specialist had to get called in which I wasn't happy about but I knew it was a possibility. They gave me a percentage off because I wasn't expecting the final payment. Overall my vehicle IS MUCH BETTER!!! Its quiet, gas mileage improved, and has more power. They did a great job. I think the lesson I learned from all this was to stop buying ford. This will definitely be my last ford. Great Job Midas.

Went to Midas for some squeaky brakes and Freddy was very helpful and reassured me that the brakes are good they were just a little dirty. Instead of over charging me and taking advantage of me because I'm a women and most places think I don't know what I'm talking about he told me to come back when I need brakes and they will give me the new ceramic ones that don't get dirty and squeaky like the old metal brakes. He checks my axle among a few other things because I was worried about how it feels when I drive at fast speeds and let me know it was just my tires which I'm getting Thursday. Overall great customer service and I will only be going back here for all my brake, tire, and oil changes.

What a great and efficient maintenance experience! Specifically, Ian was the service technician, who worked on my car. He was professional, patient, and informative. Ian answered all of my questions and provided in depth explanation on how to care for certain parts of my car. His expertise and professionalism is unmatched! Horrible experience, they had our car for 2 weeks and lied to my husband and told him they had been working on it everyday. Then the manager admits they didn t even know where the keys were at the time. And didn t even have our name on the board to fix our car. We even drove up there everyday to check on the progress. Charged us to fix everything but the major problem. Overall they had our car for 2 months and vehicle still has the same issue.

These guys were AMAZING! So kind and generous. The undercarriage of my car was falling off and they pulled me right in and took it off for nothing. When another person down the road was trying to charge me $50 dollars! Very nice people, especially Jim!! I appreciate you so much!

Called and made an appointment for brakes they were able to get me in right away. They were extremely nice and quick. The manager was really great with everything and helping me out. I will definitely return. I really appreciate the service I had today

Very professional and friendly. Went in for wife's car. She felt with them and I was backup in case since was the first time we had used this location. She has been hearing a squeal which sounded like belts slipping. Of course when we took it to them there was no squeal. They looked it over and checked the belts and pulleys and nothing loose or wobbly. They drove it and still nothing. They were real good with her and explained it all and gave her some options if it continues. Will definitely use them in the future.

Jim just got his promotion yesterday and let me tell you he deserves it! His customer service is a 10000/10! We called the same day and got an oil change the same day for a great price! Come down and visit my boy! I ll be back! Calling him for any car needs that he can help me with!

The Mechs are friendly, fast, and knowledgeable. I drive for a rideshare company and they got my annual inspection done at tee same time as my oil change. Totally sweet folks, no nonsense. Midas sure knows how to keep me a loyal customer.

This is the second time I ve been at this establishment and fortunately enough I ran into Chuck again. His customer service is impeccable, and his patience is top tier . He answered all the questions that I asked, explained every additional items that I needed worked on, and did it all with a great smile. I will continue to go to this location strictly because of the top notch service that I received here. Thank you again Chuck!

Definitely go see Chucky and the guys at Glenway midas. I took my car into another location to get my water pump changedand theyhat my car for two days for what was supposed to be a 5hr same day job and had done absolutely not a thing not even ordered the parts. So I got my car back. Called the other midas I'm used to dealing with in glenway. They said they had everything needed to do the job and that they could get me in and get her done in a day or depending when I got her her in. I dropped my car off this morning at 8 am and they called me at 5 to pick my car up. Talk aboutecstatic. I'm was ready to shout!. It was definitely worth the extra 300 I had to pay. I wanted it done right and that's what I got. Thanks again guys You rock!

Subject: Extremely Disappointing Experience at MidasI recently had the misfortune of dealing with Midas for car service, and I must express my profound dissatisfaction. The initial estimate for the wait time was egregiously inaccurate, leaving me stranded for far more hours than promised.To add insult to injury, the customer care exhibited extreme rudeness, making the situation even more unbearable. Such unprofessionalism is unacceptable, and I had no choice but to abandon the premises in frustration.This experience has left me questioning the competence and customer service standards of Midas. I strongly advise others to think twice before entrusting their vehicles to this establishment.

great service i went in for a oil change and i was in and out with in an hours the customer service was very outstanding he was very polite and he explained me entire visual inspection to me that they do for you while doing your oil change i ll definitely come here for all my car needs Thank you!

I had an oil change scheduled for 11:00. No one contacted me to tell me the appointment was scheduled after receiving the email. I waited and was told at 11:00 that the oil change would take multiple hours. The service was terrible. Give clients a call and notify them. I highly recommend going somewhere else for all of your car maintenance needs.

Even though the service took a little longer than expected, the office manager gave me consistent updates and readily answered all of my questions - on top of providing excellent mechanic skills and expertise. I plan to return again in the future.

My van's radiator decided to explode on Thanksgiving Day.. these guys busted through like a miracle and replaced it on Black Friday. My van also had motor oil bubbling from the valve cover gasket. They replaced that also.. I will give 10 stars if I could Way to go guys..

Do not use Midas. I had my rear brake light changed. My appointment was for 9 AM. I was out and finished but 9:05 AM they charged me $53 to replace ONE bulb. Shameful. I should have had them put the burned out bulb back. NEVER AGAIN. I should have been informed of the cost BEFORE any work was done. They won t ever get another dime.

The manager was really nice and helpful so I was really surprised by the unprofessional service that I received. I didn t get the right part for my Cadillac SRX. The pictures tell the story. The car is now running louder than when I took the car in the first time. I paid $1743 for some sort of white bonded to hold the parts together???? When I took the car back because the noise was worse, the manager told me the noise is from a hole in the new muffler which let s air out. He said it was okay to drive and I shouldn t worry. My problem is that I paid $1743 not to hear any noise. I thought by going to Midas I wouldn t have to worry about getting scammed, I was wrong.Services: Exhaust, General repairs & maintenance

Amazing service, brought my car in to get looked at without any appointment and was helped almost right away, Chuck was willing to take a short ride with me to hear the weird noise its making, and immediately starting looking at it when we returned. Unfortunately no luck finding the issue, but they were honest and provided good feedback, good experience overall.Services: Exhaust, Vehicle Inspection
