I had to have my muffler and resonator replaced. My technician Logan was great. He was upfront and honest about his observations and was willing to show me the areas of concern necessitating the repair. Logan was both professional and personable. I appreciated that he took the time to explain components and his repair approach. In addition, the shop manager, I believe his name was Eric, helped clearly communicate status and pricing as the repairs were done. I left the shop having greater trust in the group here at Midas. Great location.

I was at the #516 Beechmont location & they took such good care of me! Mike is one of the best mechanics out there & he is totally fair & honest with you, no matter what. I highly recommend this location to anyone needing work done on their vehicle!

Cain, Logan, and Gary were outstanding!! Received a free service that I was 100% ready to pay for. They could have charged me and I wouldn t have blinked twice . A++ Customer Service will win my business every time, will be back for all of my car maintenance needs. Thanks again guys!!

Dropped my car off for a quick check up. Gave me a $5000 estimate for repairs and broke my brake line in the process. There was NOTHING wrong with the brake line when I dropped it off. Almost rolled my car into traffic leaving the parking lot. I will never visit another Midas shop ever again.Update*A different shop fixed the problem for $300. So this shop will most definitely try and rip you off.

They took great care of me!I wrote this 5 star review for a free oil change at the request of Midas. I have used this shop several times and always have to come back for something. I have taken off 2 stars because this last time I have had to return twice because things weren't out back together correctly. Nice guys though.

I absolutely love Mike. Any time I ve ever had to go in and he s there I m confident he s going to fix the problem! Mikes very friendly and makes you feel comfortable with his suggestions or recommendations! I will always go there for service as long as he s there! Thanks Mike

These guys tried to tell me that I needed a new steering rack which is over 2k to fix. Went to Firestone for a second opinion and they said that wasn t needed at all. Don t trust Midas, go down the road to Firestone instead.

You did fine. But, I was very disappointed in how much you charged for labor to put a freaking air filter on. So, I'm sure you don't care because it's all about making the money there, but we're never coming back there again!

Car was overheating and a previous shop had misdiagnosed the problem as soon as I got it to Midas they instantly made me feel like family. They were confident, honest, friendly and very easy to work with. Pretty much everything you could want from the people fixing your car. Turned out to be a water pump leaking and it had damaged my serpentine belt they kept me updated and only had the car for 2 days before she was done. They even gave me a ride home from the shop while they fixed my baby up! Definitely would recommend them and will be returning with any future problems.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

I took my car in because my air conditioning stopped working completely. I told Mike I looked and it looked like a relay fuse blew. He immediately told me no that s not the issue without even looking at my car. He said they wanted to try one thing and went in and smacked under the passenger side dashboard and said it s the blower motor resistor. When I asked how he knew he said he could feel that it s not kicking on just by smacking it. I trusted them because it s their job. This was on a Saturday. I told them I already had an appointment at the Jeep dealership on Monday at 8am and his response was good luck with them they will charge you a lot. I responded with it you guys can get me in that soon and guarantee I ll have that fixed same day I ll just cancel it and come here. He said absolutely so I dropped it off Monday morning. I called them Tuesday morning asking if it was finished. At noon Tuesday they said they just started working on it and it s only about a 30 minute job. Finally Tuesday afternoon around 5pm after not hearing back I showed up and said I needed my car back. They were just then putting it up to work on. They finally fixed it just to find out that it WAS NOT the blower motor resistor. I told them I was taking the car because I needed it for work. They had another mechanic and even the district manager look at it under the hood at this point and they told me that I needed to come back in and pay an additional $89 on top of the $450 I already paid for the blower motor because they think it s an electrical line issue and they needed to take my whole electrical box out and run tests on it. I told them I would take the car and let them know. I had a friend look at the car once I took it and he decided to change the same relay fuse that I originally brought it in for and it fixed it. $450 dollars later I am back in getting my old resistor put back in and wanting a reimbursement all because they wouldn t even look under the hood. After hearing some grinding noise from my back tire I decided I need to have the brakes checked out. I took it to a shop and they said that my pads were nearly depleted and that my rotors needed to be replaced also. I asked if the rest of the brake system was fine, and they said yes, just the pads and rotors needed to be replaced and that everything else was fine. They quoted me a very high price. I told them that I was going to shop around. I took it to Midas on Beechmont. Brad quoted me a better price so I decided that I would let them do the job. After they replaced the pads and rotors they told me that they had an issue with removing my front right caliper. He wanted to charge me more. He told me that they were able to get it back on. I said that is fine thank you. A few days later I noticed every now and then, when I applied the break, I would get a grinding noise from the front tire. I took it back and asked them to find out what the problem was. He told me that the front calipers were seizing up and they both needed to be replaced. I have had my vehicle for a very long time and at no time ever did my vehicle ever make this kind of noise, ever. And now he wants to charge me another $1,000 to fix something they obviously broke. No thanks. My attorneys will deal with the issue. And if they will lie and take advantage of a combat veteran, they will like and take advantage of you also. I would consider taking my vehicle to another shop. These people clearly are not trustworthy. Now, excuse me, I need to call Midas corporate to get their legal department contact information for my attorney.Service: Brakes

Brought in a used vehicle we were considering buying. Mike walked us through what was wrong and what had been replaced. Gave use fair estimates to fix it and was so amazing. They were quick and knowledgeable. I d take my baby here.

I highly recommend this location!!!! I worked with Brad and I can honestly say he is the best management associate I've ever dealt with! He gave me quotes and then suggested optional financing which was a great relief. He also thanked me for my service and provided an additional veterans discount I wasn't aware of!!! I stopped by Midas out of desperation because my tire obviously had a fast leak somewhere, I walked in to a clean and quiet waiting area which was great cause I was stressed about possibly needing a new tire out of nowhere AND Brad greeted me very quickly and friendly after assisting the few in front of me in total. Took me 30 minutes to bring my car in describe the problem and have my tire fixed! I ll deff be stopping in for my oil change as I spend the same if not 10-15$ more going where I currently go ! Thank you for the help

This mechanic did a very very good job And he was vary experienced in his job and he Been there for 35 years Very positive and Is in very serious for the jobs And everybody vehicles Just like you guys know, it should take your vehicle to these guys.God Bless everyone and have a blessed day
