Went with my friend for his ture balancing g at the colerain Ave location infront of target. Carson the manager was very nice and they got the car done in no time and called us while we were browsing thru target. Would definitely recommend thus location. He has had nothing but a great experience there. He took it in for a noise in rear and they couldn't locate it and didn't even charge him for putting on lift and searching for the issue...that's top notch. No one seems to do that anymore. 5 stars

The BEST place to take your cars. It s about a half hour drive from me now but I ll never go anywhere else. Always friendly and fast, and incredibly fair prices. Multiple times Carson has squeezed in my car to take a look when they are really busy. He s the best! Can t recommend them enough

Carson is amazing. Every time I take my car, it is fast. I can't be thankful enough when I need my car back as fast as possible they get the job done. They are all very nice people and know what they are doing.

Was told by another worker cost would be $885 that s with tax includedWhen we went to pick up the car a WEASEL said it ll be $953 now & then we tried to apply for credit card monthly payment and the guy said that they don t do that anymore but they have posters plastered all over this place about doing credit card monthly payments.Service: A/C installation & repair

I went into Midas in Colerain for an oil change & the service is always so impeccable!! They take care of my whole family with any automotive concerns & services.They are so fast and efficient with the work they do.I am always greeted upon walking in. I went into Midas today thirty minutes before they closed. My tire kept loosing air and I asked them could they look at it. Despite the fact that they were getting ready to close, they fixed it anyway, for free. Plus, they were super nice.

Great experience. Noticed online that there were no appointments available for Saturday. Just happen to drive over to leave the car to get a quote on exhaust repair. They quoted me two options within 15 mins and I left the car. They had it completed and running as good as new in 2 hours. Affordable, nice employees, quality customer and mechanical service.

Thus far this is the best "Mechanic Shop" experience I have ever had. I was once a tire discounters loyal customer because of pricing. However, Tire Discounters decided that they had worked out "too many" deals (only 2) for me and my wife and couldn't "afford" to keep doing it... Even though let me not forget to mention I watched them rake in $8,000 in customer work within the 6 hours I was there; but we won't talk about that because according to them that's not true.. Guess I need glasses or something (sarcastically). Nevertheless, at this Midas... Carson, Mike, and their team are the best. Their customer service was excellent and their understanding and knowledge about all types of different vehicles is profoundly remarkable. There was no need to explain any financial situation and ask for a deal because that's what they are about.... Saving the consumers money. Not one time, but each and every time I go. They never try to cheat me by ordering "premium" parts for me to buy- instead of the more affordable parts or nor do they over charge me for labor. There isn't anything that they won't tackle and complete either. Above all, they are genuinely good people and I always feel better when I leave, than when I came. I trust them, And you should too. They have a customer for life.

I was so pleased with the customer service at this Midas. I dropped my car off. I got a call explaining the problem and the repairs needed. After the work was done , I got a call giving me the cost plus tax. No surprises. No pressures.

I took my daughter's car here to have brakes installed. There ended up being quite a bit more work to be done. However, the staff worked with me on a reasonable price and explained everything that needed done. The time to get the job done was exactly what they said it would be, the shop was clean and the staff was extremely friendly.

Midas on Colerain has superb customer service and quality work. Took our vehicle in for a muffler replacement. Carson explained everything and represents Midas well. Highly recommend.

Hello everyone, be certain that you lock your doors there. I called them and dropped off the truck for pads only. However they wanted to do the entire system for much more than I was willing to spend. I did inform them the truck was rummaged through and items stolen. Said its possible but they didn't do it. Happened outside. Not concerned about it and won't return. Jumper cables stolen and a garden gnome. Who knows what else but very good blase about it so be careful when leaving your car in their care

I absolutely love this Midas location! I never feel like I'm getting taken advantage of and I always feel like a valued customer each time I go. Everyone is extremely nice and personable. It can be busy at times but it's well worth the wait.

I have gone many times to this Midas for oil changes. They are always quick and efficient. Carson, the manager is always professional, in person or by phone. On one visit several months ago I went to have a replacement head light put in(you have to be a contortionist to do it by yourself) Anyway, they changed the bulb and it blew again(immed) they changed the bulb 3 times thinking it was a bad bulb. Then they believed it was a short in the wire and directed me to my usual mechanic saying that was out of their care. They had my car close to an hour and there No charge. He said "we weren't able to fix it here, no charge" Great service

They were extremely helpful with finding the problem with my van : plus I did not have to wait. Ten minutes after arriving, my van was in the stall where the Tech ( s) checked out where I thought the problem was, andwith any questions I might have in the future concerning my van. upon finding the problem, did not make me feel as if I didn't know what I was attempting to tell them. Finally , I was treated with respect ; and while I was waiting for their response, I was seated in a clean and clear waiting area. I will definitely return .Thank you Midas.

My window got stuck halfway down as I was driving. I've been a customer of this Midas for a couple of years now and I trust them completely! I called and they were able to fix it immediately, as usual. Love this place!

Horrible I don t recommend them at all they taking 3+ months just to fix it and keep on making excuse why it s taking so long and always changing the date don t go to them it s a waste of money and they ended up not even fixing my car don t go to them 3 months wasted couldn t even enjoy my summer because of themService: Steering & suspension repairService: Steering & suspension repair

I couldn't be more pleased with Carson Barnes returning to this location. He has always been the best at all around service! I had my truck towed into the Dealer to have a diagnostic completed, and immediately kicked myself for it. I called Carson who has serviced my 2 cars for nearly 8 years at Midas and afterwards had my truck towed from the Dealer to Midas asap. The amount I am saving on mechanical services doesn't come close to the quality of service I am receiving from this location. I have never trusted anyone as much as I do Carson with my vehicles. Between Carson, Mike Steele and the rest of their service team you'll find yourself returning when necessary and referring friends and family. Thanks to Carson my cars-on the road again!!!

I had my oil changed a week previous. I couldn't get the hood opened, and i thought maybe something had happened during my last visit to cause this. I went back and told the gentleman at the desk what was going on. He, without hesitation went right to my car and fixed the problem, which by the way had nothing to do with what they had done previously. There was no charge.the people there are extremely friendly and courtgeous. As a side note, the chairs in the waiting room are extremely comfortable.

I took my car to a competitor for brake work and was told I needed pads, calipers, drums, as applied to ALL four wheels, for $1K. This didn't sound right, since the noise was less than two days old. I had been to this Midas once before and was very well pleased. Midas told me that pads and drums we're needed on the front wheels for $289. I will bring all of my auto needs to this Midas from now on. They are friendly and honest!

Call Carson!!! They are friendly and they call you before they do anything extra. I needed brakes, but they found my calipers were bad. I appreciated the call so I could tell them to go ahead and fix it. Better that then them telling me when I got there and having to reschedule. Also, he took the time to go over tire options. I will definitely be back.

I came in for a ball joint issue After it failed, my trans went out 2 months later so I'm conflicted. There was way too much trans fluid in and not sure if they used Honda fluid, both of which will destroy a trans

Midas did a great job for us. My daughter's car had the Catalytic Converter stolen. I called and took it in at the end of the day. They had the car ready to go first thing in the morning. Fast, professional service.
