We have been going to this Midas consistently for about 12 years now and have always had a positive experience - they are polite, helpful and never pushy. I trust their recommendations. We have purchased brakes, tires and had oil changes here and I would recommend them to anyone. They also seem to retain their key managers which is always a good sign to me.

Midas has saved me multiple times! Apparently I can t seem to park in places that doesn t have nails and screws. Somehow they always end up in my tire. Midas removes them and plugs my tire FOR FREE!! Plus they offer a FREE air fill up station. More people need to be aware of the amazing hospitality and excellent service they provide. Every employee is courteous, professional and has a great deal of knowledge about the services they provide.

This my go to auto care location. I have barely made into their lot with deflating, nail punctured tires on 2 separate occasions. Both times, the tire repair, SERVICE and LABOR were FREE and even though they were booked and busy they made time to help me out.. On top of that, the staff is amazing.

Just came in for an oil change. It takes a little bit longer than the drive through places but I'm willing to wait as it saves me almost $20. The service is also top notch and they won't try to sell you something that your vehicle doesn't even need.

I had to utilize this place for some repairs for a truck, in the tune of 2 grand when all said and done. The repairs were focused on my inner/outer tie-rods and I later learned that their techs did not place my jam nuts back onto the unit which led to further destruction of the work they had done. Want my advice? Avoid this place and their ineptitude!

Great group of guys at the Midas in Fairfax. I go for routine oil changes.Anytime I have a problem or question about my car I take it to them they put it on a lift , give me the answers I need and a the fix to get my car great again. Thanks Midas for all you do!!!

I ve had so many rough experiences with mechanics but I m so thankful that I found this Midas. The team seemed genuine and honest like the rest of the reviews say. I loved that you get a text with updates and pictures . Tyler- the manager was assuring and knowledgeable . I asked a million questions and he answered each one confidently and with much patience. Thank you so much for the service you provide. Finding you guys is such a big relief. Thank you !!!

The team at Midas is fantastic. I came in to have a tire looked at that had been leaking frequently. They were able to find the leak, but were unable to patch it due to the location on the tire. The manager ran over all my options and ultimately helped me come up with a solution that did not cost me anything.Didn t feel any pressure to buy or have any unneeded services completed. Great people!

I was having a very bad day. I got a flat tire and made it to Midas. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Within an hour they plugged my tire and sent me on my way at no chargeTwo words, Thankful and Greatful. Turned my day around. Will never forget!

I have had my car serviced here on several occasions (brakes, tires, oil changes, etc). Everything is always very fast and efficient. The text with the photos and invoice is great. I appreciate the time they take to explain things.

I have to admit that I had forgotten about Midas; it's been years since I had my car serviced there. When my oil change light came on, I knew it would be a 2-week wait for my regular guy, so I scheduled an appointment with Midas online for the same day. I was able to get in within a couple hours, and they didn't mind me waiting on it there. They completed my oil change in no time, and I received the diagnostic info via text. Tyler was able to answer the questions I had about my battery. I will definitely return the next time an issue with my car comes up and I can confidently recommend them.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Tyler, the manager, and AJ were fantastic! I had a nail in my tire, it was going flat, and I just pulled in without an appointment and they fixed it within 5 minutes at no cost!
