I had built a trusting relationship with this Midas For Over 25 years. I never had any problems. However, over the last two years that changed. Midas kept my car for almost a month. Saying it was one thing after another. Only to say they were tired of trying to fix it. My mileage was falsified as listed herein. Saying my tires were bald from excessive wear. From driving over 30,000 miles. However the mileage, driven on 60,000 mile tires. Was less than 7,000 miles.They claim they test drove my Ford. However, the mileage never changed. I wascompletely and totally dissatisfied with the service. I have received the last two years. After over twenty-five years of excellent service from this Midas. I now have to find and build trust. With another entity to repair my vehicles. WOW!!!!!

I had to stop here while traveling to Kentucky due to tire issue. They were very nice!! Outstanding customer service all around. Not just to me but EVERYONE that walked thru the door!! Highly recommended

I had an excellent experience with Midas! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. After another dealership quoted me a steep price for a loose ball joint replacement, Midas double-checked and reassured me that there was no severe issue and no immediate need for replacement. They even performed the inspection for free! Plus, if I did decide to replace the control arm, their quote was much more affordable than the dealership's. Overall, I highly recommend Midas for their honesty, kindness, fair pricing, and being the best in town.

Craig, Donnie, and Matt were phenomenal! I was 4 1/2 hours from home and had a flat tire. I called two other places... they couldn't help me. Midas diagnosed the problem with the tire with me on the phone. They had a replacement tire in stock the same size as other tires on my car. They reserved the tire for me, made an appointment for the next morning, replaced the bad tire, and got me on my way home very quickly. Craig even made a new pot of coffeefor me! Great guys, great service! Highly recommended!

Two days ago I took my truck to Midas on reading road and they told me that I need a resistor for my blower motor I just recently purchased a blower motor from Midas once I went to pick my vehicle up I discovered that my air is still not working after I contacted the manager about this issue he told me that I need to go see a specialist and there is no refund to this . Minus has ripped me off big time and I'm saying this today because I don't want anyone else to get played like I got played. Now I have to go through the court system to get my money back from people like this

I took my car to take off the engine plate, the staffs are really friendly. even though i came late they took me in and fixed it. I will definitely come again and would recommend to others.

Great Decision!I ll be honest At first, I wasn t too sure about my decision, but Midas definitely exceeded my expectations. For a while, my car was in a bad condition and I didn t know who to call or trust to fix it. But when I chose Midas, I didn t know that I would be making the right choice.During my first visit, I explained what my issues were to a man at the front desk and that I didn t know if I should follow through with my payment out of fear of disappointment. But he told me that he understood where I was coming from and that I could trust in their team to get the job done. And ever since that day, I don t think I see myself going to anyone else to inspect my car now. It runs so much better!Thank you, Midas on Reading Road! This review is for you guys.

Came in with a flat tire they fixed the tire and had it back on the car in 15 minutes. Free of charge!! Super respectful and kind. Will definitely come back for any future issues

Craig is a good dude and communicates well. Overall, Midas gave me prices 5x higher than a local dealership. Nice people working there but they want to take your money.

I came in yesterday to inquire about a issue with my vehicle, but sadly I saw how the workers were being talked down to, by a rather rude person named Gary. It is a surprise how this business still has employees if thats the way he talks to people. I would recommend the higher ups take a close look at his character and decide if he embodies what your company stands for. I would strongly suggest sending him back to training. It is a shame to see that. Have a good day.

THEY LIE!! These guys are terrible don't go here. First while waiting to get an inspection don't 2 different people were inside yelling at the guy at the desk saying the messed their cars up, should have been the red flag to leave. Go get the inspection, Donny said our brakes needed to be replaced $450 took it for a second option they're fine and the guy said $250 is a more common price for brake replacement. When he was confronted asked for our money back for the inspection the guys one phone said no problem, we show up to get the refund he won't give it to us and now is saying my routers are twisted. It sucks because you really want to trust a place for your car, this place is not that place.

I came in to get my oil changed and my tire repaired, they told me it would take around an hour and a half but it ended up taking 3.I gave them a second chance and set up an appointment about a week in advance to check on my engine, brought it in at 8, came back at 12 and they still hadn't even started looking at it yet. After they finished checking on it they gave me a quote on the price of fixing it, I decided to do some research before agreeing to their price, it turns out they wanted to charge me double the market value on both the part and labor.

I was desperate for windshield wipers in front and back plus I had a brake light out I pulled in the closest place I could find and that was Midas. The Employees there were super friendly and very helpful and they just right on fixing my needs and sending me on my way safe . I am so grateful for them

I ve been coming to this Midas for about two years now and I ve never had an issue until now I am upset that I now have to replace something that I did not break.I came in for an oil change two weeks ago and I left with a broken mirror. The technician who had my car did not inform me on what had happened nor did the manager know what happened until I told him. of course there was no admission of guilt but Infact I was told the Car did it. Because my car is an 03 the PLASTIC decided to RUST while it was in their care. Mmm. To fix it they want me to buy a brand new mirror so they can replace it, well if that s the case why let you guys fix anything? I won t be back even though I have a free oil change (shows my loyalty) as I do not appreciate the way me and my vehicle were treated.

First time customer. I came for an oil change. They did good so I thought, I went out of town driving almost 3 hours away with KIDS got there safely BTW but as time rolled by my car started acting funny. The next day rolled around it got worse it started idling and smoking really bad. I was confused at first even went to giggle which made my first initial thought busted head gasket, because the smoke was so cloud white and bad it was coming from the back. Lifted my hood and I had NO oil cap oil EVERYWHERE had I not checked who knows what could have happened to me or my kids. Now my car keeps flashing OIL PRESSURE LOW (Turn Off Engine) Now The manager was pretty good with having me come in so they can check it out. But the guy who worked on my car should pay a little more attention and not be so careless.

Took my car to this Midas because of some front end shaking. They told me I needed new tie rods, front tires and an alignment. They told me it would be done that day seeings I took it in at 11am. At 4pm I called to get an update they said they were working on it now it would be done soon and they would give me a call. 5:50pm rolls around and they close at 6pm so I start calling and I get no response. I go up there and the whole place is closed down with my car still inside. I had to then miss work the next day because of this. I called and spoke with the district manager he made it right and gave me a discount for the tie rods and an alignment. Total price being near $500 they apologized and told me the mechanic working on my car walked out last night and quit in the middle of fixing my car. Anyways I grabbed my car around 1pm the next day and as soon as I pulled out it was still shaking horribly so I called and took it back and had the guy take it for a drive. He says it s forsure a busted band in my tire .. so I take it to a tire shop and 2 mechanics tell 100% forsure there had been no alignment done. Horrible experience. Will never be bringing my car to this location again. I called the Midas in Delhi and explained and the gentleman there said he would be more than happy to do the alignment for me. Thankful for him.

Took my 2003 chevy impala here for a small diagnostic and they were respectful but.... To charge someone $96 to just tell them that you need new spark plugs is really outrageous... I wouldn't recommend taking your car there if the people there gonna tell me some my street mechanic would of said

Had an issue with my vehicle while on a business trip. Stopped in Midas as they were closest to my location. Fixed the issue in a timely manner. Great staff. Changing my review of this place. We have been back multiple times. And they have Mia diagnosed two of my vehicles. Once almost spent about 7 k luckily got a second opinion and wasent even what Meinecke said. Def go somewhere else.

Came in for some minor issues and they were able to get both me and my sister in very quickly. Proceeded to explain everything and the best options moving forward to benefit us. I would highly recommend coming here for any car services needed.

Short and sweet. I took my vehicle and dropped it off for dealership-recommended wheel alignment and brake fluid replacement. The assistant manager mentioned he would check both to make sure the repairs were necessary.It turns out neither was, and I picked up the car free of charge. Phenomenal customer service. I will bring my car back the next time I need (or at least think I need) repairs. Highly recommend.Services: Wheel alignment, Brakes

Craig and Greg very awesome I was late coming in they was able to still get m van together and they hida nothin from if something wrong they will let u know asap.. I will be coming back to get my van fixed from no on.. my first time coming an I was very pleasant and staff are very friendly make u feel welcome I just love my first experience here..Service: General repairs & maintenance

They helped me get my radiator hose fixed free of charge/ when they could have upsold me. David was the best- a good all around guy who wasn t trying to do anything but help. Great place!
