The manager Paul assisted me with getting a used car inspected and him and his team did a wonderful job. I am still actively searching for a car so I will continue to bring it to this exact location until I find the car for me. They are very welcoming and attentive. When buying a cash car it s hard to know who to trust in this industry but Paul and his team are very trustworthy. Thank you for helping me.

The nicest employees ever. Mr.Paul is just amazing. He explained every step and offered the best advice. The repair was fairly fast. Best Midas in Cincy for sure. Totally recommend

I am giving 5 stars because of the manager Paul Stewart. That being said I'd like to address my experience here yesterday April, 10. I had a tire that needed repair and since they offer free flat repairs, I brought my car there. I was the first customer when they opened. I let Tim who was there what i needed. He pulls my car in and comes out about 30 minutes later. He tells me that a repair can't be done, he can't sell me just 1 tire because my car is all wheel drive and that the only option is to buy 4 tires. I was never shown the damage that couldn't be repaired or offered an option to buy less than 4 tires. When I've dealt with Paul he always takes the time to explain what's needed and show me what the issue is. Tim did not do any of this. He then proceeds to tell me that they have financing which I know because I have used it before. Again, Paul takes the time to thoroughly explain the financing process. Tim told sent me a link, no explanation or anything. Since I had a literally flat tire I didn't think I had any other option but to buy all 4. I am financing the tires now which will be a hit to my budget. It would have been nice if Tim had taken time to show me the damage and explain why the tire wasn't able to be repaired or offered me an option of less than 4 tires. I've been to this Midas numerous times before and if I ever come back I will only deal only with Paul. Paul and the remainder of the staff are deserving of the 5 stars.Thanks,Montserrat Wynne

Awesome people we are from Canada heading back to Canada in a rain storm and ran into problems with our car weren t sure if it was the tires or our steering mechanism. They took it right in did a quick check over and said our tires needed replacing. They were unable to obtain the tires till the next day so we went elsewhere. They didn t charge us anything and were supper accommodating. Thank you for your kindness

I can t praise the manager Mr Paul Stewart of this Midas location and his staff enough! Mr Stewart was even at his store on his day off which is why we knew he was our angel yesterday. We were travelling home to Canada from Texas in our son s car when we experienced some worry along our drive thinking a wheel bearing was gone. Even though this Midas location was closing soon this sweet angel of a man Paul Stewart told us to come in where he would inspect our son s car and repair if needed. I needed to have peace of mind knowing our journey could continue safely and this is exactly what Mr Stewart did. In the end his mechanic inspected the car it was not the wheel bearing and Mr Stewart refused to take anything for his valuable time and service . Simply replying why I didn t do anything Sir what you did is immeasurable . You gave us parents peace of mind knowing we were safe. Mr Stewart there are people in the world who come into our lives for a reason and yesterday we were led to you through God s grace. If you are ever looking for car service and are reading this .. you should look no further. Mr Stewart could have turned us away like all the others did when we called them but you did this out of the kindness of your heart and welcomed us. Bless you sir and thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Your customer service is the most spectacular and best we ve ever experienced. Thank you again and Happy Easter.

This is the best Midas in Cincinnati !!!I took a chance of driving my old, unreliable vehicles to this Midas on Galbraith and Reading Rd to get repair and labor estimates. Unfortunately, I can not afford a new vehicle at this time,Upon arriving to Midas, I talked to Paul- Manager/Owner, explained that my visit was with intention to only get an estimate, so that I would know exactly how much money I needed to save, for what I imagined would be costly but, much needed for repairs, toward having dependable, reliable transportation.After my vehicle diagnostic and estimates were completed, during consultation with Paul, I realized that the repairs and labor cost for my vehicle were more reasonable than I had expected.Paul mentioned Financial Assistance Programs that Midas offers in effort to assist my needs. I decided to apply for Midas Financial Assistance Program, although I didn't think I would get approved. To my surprise I got approved within minutes. The financial plan was reasonable and affordable.I was told that my vehicle repairs could be finished within hours, so I decided to wait.The waiting area, and bathroom were clean and sanitized. The chair seats and the atmosphere very comfortable. There's a screen TV, magazines, plugs for charging cellphone and coffees. The waiting area was spacious and had great lighting, tall, wide large paned open windows to view the entire happenings to the outside surrounding.Never was there a dull, boring moment.Paul and his team employees are all family friendly.I had no out of pocket cost after all repairs were completed, it was explained that my replacement parts and labors are all covered under warranties.Thanks again Midas, Paul and Team employees for fixing my vehicle and for the warm, inviting hospitality.

Best in the city!!! Works with the customers on prices and do exceptional work on vehicles. I'm a pleased satisfied customer. Would recommend to others. Not too many people of honesty and integrity nowadays.

Really pleased with the price and friendly, quick service. The brake job they did for me was $100 cheaper than another local shop, and that's always a nice surprise. They're closer to my home, as well. Wins all around.

I m very satisfied with the work Paul and his shop does! I was in and out in one day and the lobby was very clean and smells very good! I mean wow tell me a shop that burns very nice candles!! Very recommend!!!

Thank you to the manager I was there getting the free air that they offer which you cannot hardly find anywhere and I was missing a valve cap and not only did he give me one when I offered to pay he gave me four thank you I believe your name was Paul. Great customer care you don't find that much anymore good job Midas

Quick service! Came in for an oil change, got an air filter replaced and tire pressure fixed. Paul is a great guy! His team is phenomenal

I called Midas to see if Could come in for a quote. I came in that day got a quote for shocks, struts, and brakes among other things. I didn't think I could get the work done on a short notice. They took me home and brought my car to me. They advised me to check in within 2 weeks. Great service. I will update in 2 weeks.

I went for an engine sign on my dashboard. After inspection they gave me a quote $800 just to change a cranking sensor (440 bucks for an hour labor work..super expensive). Since quote was too high I went to a car dealer and I found out that it was only an software update. Ripping people off especially those who don't know much about cars. Wasted money on the diagnosis.

Recently had my vehicle towed here as it wouldn t start. Not only did they let me know what the issue was within an hour, but they fixed the issue in the same day. They were willing to even drop the vehicle off to me personally! By the far the greatest service I ve received from an auto repair shop and I will be going there for all future needs as well! Mr. Paul is a kind and gracious soul. I come to this specific location, and utilize their services seasonally. As a single mom, I don t have to worry if I m in good hands. The staff is courteous and quick with their repairs. They also offer 90 day financing which is a blessing. I would definitely recommend. 5-stars no doubt!!

I usually don t gv 5 star reviews because there s always room for improvement BUT Paul & Tim were SUPER FANTASTIC oil change in/out less than an hour. Explained needed tires replacements in a way I would understand didn t feel pressured to make purchase and they have affordable payment options. Customer waiting area was clean and comfortable temperature. Overall I will return and recommend GREAT JOB FELLAS!Service: Oil change
