Doesn t seem to care about certain customers in my opinion, was waiting for 3 days for a tire repair just to have to show up and it s still not ready. Now I understand how business works but if you know you can t get to a certain vehicle due to YOUR staffing situation then you should let people know . A certain customer of a certain ethnicity came in and was serviced right away but yet I m still here waiting . And the employees are an entirely different story. Would not recommend this shop to anyone

They were very accommodating. They were out of the tires I wanted but found a comparable tire for the same price. I didn't have to wait long and they were not pushy about service that was needed for my car.

Tires Plus Withamsville Ohio has the best staff. They always are very professional and take care of you. This is the only place I will take my car!

Classic Bait and Switch.Their service department might be fine, but booking a tire appointment via their online portal is a scam. Using their website (with my local store selected), I shopped for and picked the tires I wanted for my vehicle, then booked an appointment several days away for the service. Once at the shop for my appointment, I was told that those tires would need to be ordered and weren't in stock, and that the only ones in stock would cost me nearly $300 more than what I selected online. The customer representative had no interest in honoring their online prices, so I was more than happy to cancel my appointment.A few hours later the store manager called wanting to make things right, and although he offered me an alternative make/model of tires that he ultimately also didn't have in stock, he was eventually able to put lesser quality tires on my vehicle that same day.All in all, while I was unable to obtain the tires their website alleged them to have in stock and had to settle for lower quality tires, at least I was able to get tires on the day I'd reserved for tire work. I'd rate the manager very high for his attempt to make things right, and I'd rate Michel tire themselves (and their front desk CSR) rather low for having a website that does not accurately reflect the tire stock they allege to possess.And the ultimate question: will I return to this establishment? Likely not. I appreciate the manager, I truly do, but the entire experience, and the fact that I was unable to obtain the quality of tires I wanted, leaves me with a rather sour taste.Service: Tires

I don t care about any of the negative comments I ll just say this I ve had 2 cars in the 2 years I ve been in Cincinnati and boy I tell you I love this location when I call everybody knows who I am by voice Jim goes above and beyond for his customers I have not 1 bad thing to say

Jim, the manager was amazing. Explained everything to me by showing what needed to be repaired on my car. I feel the price was good and really appreciated the honesty. The other employees I interacted with were also nice and professional. Thanks again!

Awesome experience. They were super busy but I had a blow out that day and needed it fix for work the next day and Jim made sure to fit me in that day. Two workers were there and they were both exceptional hardworking and genuine people. Michel tires was the cheapest place for tires also and my tires are amazing and I've had no issues since and that was probably two weeks ago. The job got done less than an hour also! I recommend them and this is coming from someone who has bought used tires my whole life!

I went for an oil change and to get my tire patched on a Friday afternoon. When I got there they were behind on their appointments so I decided to drop it off. I asked for it to be done by 11 on Saturday because I had a family function, they said it would be no problem. On Saturday I hadn't heard from them by 11:15 so I called them. They hadn't started it yet. They said it would done by noon. This honestly was no problem as I am pretty flexible and realize that some things run over. However they called and said I would also need brake pads, rotors and possibly calipers for the whole car. They quoted me $1100.I told them I had my brakes done less than 2 years ago. They said then I would only have to pay for labor then because the shop I had gotten them done at is owned by the same company. I picked up my car and made an appointment to drop it off the following Saturday to get the work done. After speaking with my boyfriend about how weird it was he checked my breaks and said I should get a second opinion. I took it to a different mechanic and said my pads still had 5000 miles left on them and definitely did not need rotors or calipers. I am very disappointed that this shop tried to take advantage of me because I am not mechanically inclined. I will never be using this shop again and will warn off the people I know against using their services.Services: Brakes, Oil change

I first became a customer here when I felt I didn't have proper control of my vehicle on wet roads. They were very knowledgeable and got me into a brand new set of tires with an awesome warranty within the budget I had set.After I drove it one time with the new tires, I realized what I had really bought was peace of mind. I had no idea the real significance of what I bought until then. I was the hazard on the road! I have never gone anywhere else for my tires. I got 120k+ out of the last 2 sets I purchased from here--- well past the warranty for them.Couldn't be happier!

I told them I just needed my oil change and the hatchback fixed and since I'm a woman and they seen me coming and then they call me said oh your brakes are metal to metal when I don't hear nothing wrong with them no grinding nothing. Funny how they're brand new brakes.And why were they near my brakes when i told them what I wanted done. My dad's a retired mechanic so they thought they saw me coming I don't appreciate sexism.

My first experience with these folks was kinda shaky.When I showed up Monday, there was no record of my making an appointment. Then it took a solid 30 minutes to get everything sorted. By Wednesday I had heard nothing from them so I stopped by. I got an estimate and was told it would be done toward the end of the week. On Friday I stopped by to get something from the vehicle. It hadn't been started. I waited an entire week before I called again on a Saturday. It still hadn't been started. We agreed it would be done by Monday. On Tuesday I called and was told they would do it that day and have it back the next. This time, they actually did the work, and I got the only phone call from them during this whole process. They also gave me a small discount for the trouble.The kicker is, the initial symptom I took the vehicle in for is still not solved. They didn't troubleshoot. I can't see taking it back here as I'm not sure I can wait a month for some simple work.

Blatantly lied to me about an oil change and checking a tire for repair. There was a screw in the tread. They claimed it was a very long screw deep into the sidewall and couldn't be repaired. Offered me an overpriced tire replacement. I declined the replacement and drove it home and removed it myself. It was barely in the tire (maybe 1/16th inch) and wasn't even causing a leak. They just lied to me to up-sell my oil change and tire patch into a $200+ repair. Needless to say, I won't be going back.

stopped in for oil change Told them I just need a simple oil change Told them i was in a hurry so they end have me there for about an hour Come with all kinds of stuff that my car may or may not need. said that I need new wiper blades when I just put them on a month ago So they just lost my trust For trying to upsell me on something I don't need I didn't ask them to do a full inspection on the vehicle I ask for a simple oil change. When someone comes in asking for a Pacific service give them that service without going through trying to upsell them on all kinds of other s*** that's why people don't trust mechanic shops nowadaysService: Oil change

Made a last minute appointment which was my bad for not planning ahead. Tires are difficult to find so the order was delayed but THEY took care of me. Communicated every step and the Assistant manager should be the store manager the way he has respect of his team and how he puts clients first. 5 tire shops in 8 years and Never had a better service then here. Even gave me a free oil change and bottled power aid since I had to wait a few hours in shop. 10/10. Keep in mind they HD 1 day to place a custom order and get my tires. I half expected a delay.

As a new customer, I stopped in with no appointment asking to have oil added to my car, and they only took about 10 minutes to get this done. Joe, the Store Manager, was very kind and welcoming to me, and I definitely trust them for my future car needs.I wanted to add this now that I've gone back to them saveral times - Joe has continually earned my trust. When they couldn't get a special tool in for my car, he told me the truth and I'm so grateful for his integrity and honesty.

Awesome place, only place open on Sunday that could help me, got me in and out super quick, did a great job. way better then Firestone or any of the other garbage mechanic shops around here.

This place used to be good but has really gone down hill. Appointments are essentially pointless (2 hours for a pre-scheduled oil change?!?), specials that are argued over/denied, inattentive/rude staff, a waiting room that hasn't been cleaned in years. A shame really because it is close by and I wanted to support but I refuse to be ripped off.Also strongly suspect the "positive" ratings for this place have been manipulated.

I got the best service! They were friendly and super willing to help! They've made me a customer for life! Gene Osborne is great! I went in pretty grouchy but they completely turned my attitude around. THANKS SO MUCH GUYS! Enjoy your pizza ;)

Easy 2 hour job took from noon till almost 9pm . Mechanic walked out at closing time leaving the manager and a helper to finish the job . That Mechanic deserves to be fired !

I took my truck in for a oil change and to get my air conditioning checked out. It was blowing out hot air. I received no phone call to update me on the progress of my air conditioning. When I went to pick it up they told me there was nothing wrong with it. I knew better. $900 later from another shop my air is fixed right. Tires Plus charged me $40 to look at it and did nothing. Don't take anything there that needs real work. Tires and oil changes only.

They are very fair here and have a lot of different options as far as buying tires and how you can pay for them. They have financing options that are very easy on the budget. If you need tires it is definitely a great place to go

I can honestly say they did a pretty good job and the price was exactly as they quoted it not a penny more. And my old car drives better than it has in a long time. Even told me about a problem i didn't know I had and didn't try to force me to fix it or offer me some kinda sales pitch. He left it up to me and I said I could handle it.Now the only complaint i have is that they only do an alignment check with a tire purchase. I bought 4 tires and I had to pay an extra 80 for an alignment. Normally I would have gone to tire discounters, but when I priced tires with them for all 4 the quote was way higher than online, that's a whole another review. I digress, so even after that the price was still correct to the quote. So other than that pretty good place to go.

Went in to have spark plugs and valve cover gasket replaced, after a week the first gasket started leaking, it was apparently pinched when the valve cover was put back on, so they replaced and installed it free of charge. Much appreciated to these guys for coming in clutch when I needed them.

Casey answered any questions I had and I was in and out in under 2 hrs.. No appointment either.. 4 tires and a alignment.. No pressure on the "Extended" options as well... My only issue was the "Free" windshield wipers I requested ,didn't come to light lmao.. Figured if I spent 800$ they'd thrown them in..Nope I tried

Went in for a tire replacement and had a appointment set. Stayed in the shop in the waiting room for two hours for them to replace one tire. During this time i overheard them talking about one of my pressure sensors being broken which was weird seeing as how my sensor was working fine going into the place. When i finally went to check out the didn't once mention the sensor to me only marked it unrepairable on the sheet. Needless to say im not going back and will be warning others away from this shop.

I cannot be happier with the service here. I shredded my run flat tire and luckily Michel Tires was less than a mile away. I walked in and out within 45 minutes with four new tires. They were great, fast, and honest. Thanks guys!

Got new tires from these guys a couple years ago and got the road hazard warranty on them. Recently had a flat so I took it in under the warranty. They replaced the tire and that was fine. But they asked if I wanted a courtesy check on the car. Sure. They come back and tell me that I have a headlight out and would I like them to replace the bulb for $40. Odd that I hadn't noticed it being out, but things happen. So I say no thanks, I'll do it myself. I checked to make sure it was actually out and it was. I go buy a bulb and replace it. It still isn't working. I check the fuses and the fuse for that headlight is GONE - not burned out, completely missing! That doesn't happen by itself. I can't prove that it was these guys, but they obviously had something to gain from it - $40 for putting my fuse back in. Very very sketchy. I won't go back there again.
