First time going here was so great I thought I found a place I could trust with my car. However every other visit after that, the service worsened. They wrongly installed lights on my car then tried get me to pay a diagnostic fee so they could blame the issue on another part of the car. Clearly a scam to make more money off me. Luckily, I was able to fix the issue by taking the bulbs out and placing them back in the proper way on my own and all it took was a couple of hours on a Sunday afternoon. Won t even bring my car back here for an oil change. At this point I might just learn to do that myself too. Don t trust these people. If it wasn t just their incompetence then they really are out here scamming people to get more money out of us.

This location is very accommodating. My appointment was for 5p but they were running behind and that was explained. It became very busy while I was there. The phone was ringing, random customers coming in for assistance with air in their tires, questions they had about their car and then setting up appointment. El (sp?) was very calm, very professional and every customer received the attention due to them. I was very impressed watching him and his interactions with every customer he encountered.

Boaz and crew were fantastic. Very helpful, very competent and very affordable. They ended up fixing my tire for free because the hole was so minor. I mean, who does that?! Thanks fellas!

I highly reccomend this TiresPlus on Mitchell Ave! They replaced the tires on my car and did an oil change. All the employees were very nice and knowledgeable. When I dropped off the car the store manager walked me through several different affordable options on the tires and kept me updated on the status of my car! I will definitely be going back to this location from now on!

We take our vehicles to Tires Plus on Mitchell Avenue. They always do great work with a quick turnaround at good price. I would highly recommend them.

John helped me with an issue that had been driving me nuts for over a year. He also was the first mechanic I went to who was honest with me and told me what really needed to be repaired on my vehicle. He also found another problem a different tire dealership created with my car and told me how to go about getting it repaired free of charge. I owe John EVERYTHING!

Customer service is horrible. Called on 11/15/2023 to get price for 2005 Kia Sorento front bearing/hub replacement. Has already had it verified and inspected and was looking for a facility that replace Press-fit bearings. Jason, the service manager was very polite and thorough, qouted us a price of $412 out the door, we scheduled appointment for 11/16/2023. We dropped the Kia off 11/16/2023 for service. Jason was not in, but the store manager was. He was very rude and short when speaking to my mother in person, and then to me over the phone about the repair as if our business was an inconvenience for him. He told us that Jason misqouted the price and that it would be an additional $200,and that with the miles and year of the car, he wouldn't be able to guarantee the work. When I questioned him about it he became defensive and off-putish with my mother and myself, then said we can just leave. We asked for district management contact to no avail. Normally, I would just smile and take my hard earned dollars to a facility that enjoys doing business correctly, but I don't want the technicians to suffer from bad management. Is this the next Tire Plus location to go under? If so, keep up the work, it'll go under much faster with people like this Sir at the helm.

Cadillac had my car because of a blowout. When I got it back it shook so bad I was terrified of driving it above 45mph. I called Michael tires plus on a Friday about an hour & half before they closed and they were able to get me in. It was a balance issue due to an error at Cadillac. I planned on working for the hour it was going to take but fell asleep on my laptop because it was extremely peaceful there oh and I saved a ton of money!!! I would definitely Recommend!!

Was in and out!! Went in for a tire rotation and balance. Very good customer service and I noticed the difference right away driving out of their parking lot.

I think they do good work. My car is '09 Honda Accord and it runs good. However when they suggest repairs and I follow up it never fails they find something else which drives cost of initial visit way up. The original visit was between $40 to $50 for repairs which was ok but before they were finished I was informed there was another issue which made final cost $400 or so. Lucky for me that I still had enough in my checking account. This is second time I was told one price and when it waS time to fix it they find another issue which changed original quote. Going forward I'll just say fix whatever new issue is, the next time.

I cannot say enough about my experience! John Dean my sales man was so amazing .I came in with what I thought was a minor issue...when quoted the damages I was to faint.John took me to the car to show me exactly what was needed.We talked about how best to correct the big issues. He heard me...provided some extra discounts. I left smiling as I was able to use the 6 months payment option.I work more than most..an oil change and small things like super blades were added to my list. I got a lot of things fixed today.I did not feel like I was taken for granted. Or exploited as a single woman I have already told my friends and family !This place has my business . period.Thanks John...you deserve a raise !

Went to get an inspection done and the store manager was ready to argue with me after I told him that a simple problem could be solved. He was ready to be right than to help solve the problem. He needs more training on how to deal with customers. The store customer service is horrible

They grossly tried to overcharge us for repairs to one of our vehicles. They stated the only part they could find for our scion would run us $2300 and some change. We found the same part new for $800 and change, therefore we will not be going back.

The customer service was horrible. They did services that weren't needed. They came and told me that one of the things I mentioned didn't need to be done but the other more expensive one that the guy at the front said he couldn't even get to happen or the code to appear, didn't even mention that to me and still charged me for parts and services that weren't even needed or even try and figure out what the problem really was. I used to go here all the time but never again, they changed and don't care anymore, they just want their money and out of their shop with as minimal effort as possible.

DO NOT SERVICE ANY PART OF YOUR CAR HERE!!!!!!!!!! Do not waste your time or money here I spent $1,800 and my car is still messed up the reasons I bought the car in are still occurring not only that I paid for work that they did not do and now they're telling me that because I didn't notice that they didn't do the work I paid for they won't fix it but as soon as I get home and look at my paperwork if it's on my paperwork then I'll be back to ensure that they fix it because $1,800 does not fall off of a tree please do not come to this location these are not trustworthy people they are going to take your money do whatever it is to make your car run and get you off their lot they are not going to repair your issuesServices: Tires, Oil change

Beware of this company! Got a diagnostic test and a vehicle inspection done. Was told that I needed a list of things $3793 worth. Took it to the dealer and was told half the stuff on their document was not needed. GET A 2ND OPINION!! I personally would only recommend the tires only from this place, hence the 1 star.

This was a nice clean and courteous environment. They explained everything to me before doing the qork and after. They was very quick my car was clean as it was qhen I brought it in. Will definitely go back in the future. Thank you

They have had my car since December. They dont call you with updates. They just leave you out the loop on whats going on. My car has been there since December. A apart on back order doesnt give them a right to not call their customers with updates. 4 months and no updates. I had to call everytime!

I had the worst experience at Michael's tires on Mitchell Avenue I will never go back there they did not fix my car right the first time the second time the third time so I had to go back a fourth time after I went to Car-X on Winton Road and they found I issue that they were supposed to have fixed on my car and they didn't after $5,000 so my advice based on my experience is not to go to Michael Tires. I also told the manager that I believe based on my perception that it was because I was a woman and or black, that they did not fix my car right the first 2200 dollars and then a second time for $2,800 dollars, they wouldn't even give me a rental car even though I had a warranty for parts and labor for the work that they should had fixed right the first time. My best advice is not to go there.

My husband and I have been using Tires Plus since we moved to the area about 3 years ago for oil changes and tire rotations/new tires. We have never had a bad experience. The staff is friendly and it doesn't take weeks for an appointment. However they left my air filter cover loose and if I didn't know a little bit about cars, I wouldlve had to waist more time taking the car back. The work order Suggested unnecessary , unneeded repairs. Said that I needed to replace a few light bulbs, etc but when I checked them they were working great. I suggest that you tell them to let you look at the part that they suggest to be repaired before giving them the authorization to do a repair. That will ensure the work is actually needed. It will also save you a few hundred dollars that could be used towards preventive maintenance .

Took my car here to get some Basic maintenance done which cost me around $3000 and when I picked up my vehicle, my battery and alternator were dead and my tires were slashed.

Little pricey but good attitudes not sure if I'll return though not sure they actually did the best job they could, also felt rushed even though I had an appointment...did get a good deal on my tires but only cause I didn't have time to wait for another place next time I'll go there.....

Came here this morning for a minor tire issue. Awesome customer service and responsive employees. The man working in the front was great, John, Jose, Austin and Keith were also great and helpful. Not too many service repair are open on Sundays and Michel Tires Plus on Mitchell were open which is a plus. Thanks.

I will NEVER bring my car back to the Tires Plus Mitchell Ave location ever again. I brought my car to them on 11/27/21 to get my front struts and control arms replaced which cost me over $1600.00 most of which was put onto my Tires Plus credit card. Two weeks later 12/2/21 my car started making a rattling noise on the passenger side each time I went over a hump or a rough patch of road and it pulled to the right as though they never did an alignment after they replaced the struts and control arms. I was able to take my car back on 12/24/21 and I was told I had a defective strut on the passenger side, so they replaced it free of charge and told me they weren't able to do an alignment because the strut was new and the passenger side was sitting higher then the driver side so give it a couple weeks for the car to level out and if it still feels like it's pulling they will do the alignment. Well a little over two weeks later the rattling was BACK! And when I took it back to the Mitchell location 1/11 22 they said it might be the wheel well liner because it was missing bolt or something. So they did that but the rattling came back. By this time I don't trust this location because my car has never made this noise even when they told me the struts needed to be replaced. So I took my car to the Tires Plus on Ohio Pike 2/6/22 and was told that the Mitchell location DID NOT re-attach the right brake hose! HOW do you not do that or NOT see that? Meanwhile, Tire Plus Credit Card company want their money from me for this BOTCHED work!! What if got into a car accident because one of my wheels were unable to stop because Mitchell NEGLECTED to reattach my brake line?! They would definitely have a law suit coming but I definitely feel like this needs to go to Consumer Affairs and I need some sort of money back because this job was botched! And even after replacing the part on 12/24/21 the problem still wasn't fixed. So Mitchell Ave will NEVER get my business because they have left a bad taste in my mouth.
