This location did not disappoint! I stopped by to replace my tires. I seen online they had what I needed for my van. I just stop in to get my tires swapped out. I didn't have an appointment before dropping in, Sebastian was able to check me in and assist me with amazing service. I did have a little bit of a waiting time due to not having an appointment first. Sebastian and his crew got me together in no time. Overall it was a little over an hour and a half for a drop in visit, Really isn't bad. That was January it's now March and I'm back for other services. Really great customer care. I'm so happy with the job. well done guys. Thanks.

I recently visited Michael's Tires Plus to have my two front tires replaced, and I had a fantastic experience. I called ahead to schedule an appointment, and David was incredibly accommodating, ensuring I could come in the same day. He made the entire process seamless and was very friendly, taking the time to explain all my tire options.Interestingly, my visit coincided with the April 8th Total eclipsed, and I had a couple of really cool moments with the rest of the team. It was a great atmosphere, and I left feeling well taken care of.Overall, I highly recommend Michael's Tires Plus for their excellent service and friendly staff! 10/10 5 Stars

The staff is very knowledgeable and professional and friendly. I can tell a big difference in the performance of my vehicle already and all the work I need done isn't done yet. I have an appointment next Saturday to have the left front axel replaced.

I was out and realized I had a flat. Pulled in and they immediately got to my tire. Had to replace one and had another plugged. They are always so friendly, extremely accommodating and explain whatever I need them to. My family brings all of our cars there.

Had an alternator put in my truck today. Service was excellent. Nobody wants to put a alternator in their truck but the price was competitive. Had it it done in less than two hours. Well done Gentlemen!

Great service and value! David and his crew are the best. Got my tires and alignment done right and even dropped me off at work. Nice to know there s still someone who knows how to take care of their customers. 5 stars for Michel Tires in Evendale, OH!

We were traveling and had a tire emergency. This place was amazing with awesome customer service. Not only was 1 tire split, but 2 others were bad as well. Within an hour, we had a full set of tires and back on the road. Kyle, I believe was his name, (I'm terrible with names and don't recall) was absolutely amazing to us and I am so grateful for the service he provided to me and my husband. Thank you!Service: Tires

Traveling from Michigan to Lexington ky. Picked up debris that caused a flat tire. Moments before closing I stopped and asked for help. No hesitation at all. Instantly took my vehicle in and repaired the tire. Saved my day. Thanks you Corey

Pulled up on a Sunday morning for a tire stem leak and was in and out in under 15 minutes! I appreciated that the lug nuts on the offending tire were torqued to specs when put back on the car. Courteous and professional. Highly recommended!!

I bypass the Tire Plus by my house and come all the way here for several reasons! 1. The excellent Customer Service 2. The knowledge base of the mechanics and 3. The efficiency and accuracy or the service! They do not play with your time or car!!! 10 stars!! Oh and David just makes my day! Always nice!!Services: Tires, Oil change

I broke down on my way home from Florida with a VERY random and difficult to diagnose stalling issue. Sunday morning, July 30th, I called the guys and asked if they could look at it right away. They didn't promise anything but said they would try to get it done by the end of the day. About 15 minutes after we arrived, they had the car in the bay, running diagnostics and road testing. Although they weren't able to figure out what was going on (3 different shops couldn't) they at least got me an answer right away so I could move forward with how to get myself and my car home before work Monday. They also only charged me 12.00 which I thought was MORE than fair for the work they did. Thanks guys for trying and yes, I eventually got home :)

We were traveling home to Michigan from Florida. On a Sunday, of all things, one of our tires leaked air. Corey and another associate helped us out by putting the spare on for us at no charge. Class act employee's!!!

Had car trouble on our way here from Indianapolis. Called over 10 repair shops and they were the only ones who wanted to take us! Staff was so friendly especially Sebastian and they made sure the car was in excellent shape before releasing it to us! I ve been coming to this location for years since I ve had my first car. I love it. Staff is always nice and knowledgeable. Price is like any other car auto place, can be expensive depending on what work your getting done. Needed an untimely flat fixed urgently on a Sunday and couldn't have hoped for a better experience to get my day back on track. First, Corey, who was the advisor was really courteous and professional. And a great guy to talk to as well!Secondly- no frills, fair and honest pricing, and quick turnaround. Will be going back for my next tire replacements!
