Looked at a vehicle there priced at 5995. Was very interested in buying took vehicle for inspection - strut blown, ac not working appropriately, coolant laying on transmission- but no pressure test performed so no way of knowing if transmission was leaking, some other repairs (minor) also needed. Contacted owner of mgm regarding necessary repairs and was reassured the major issues would be fixed on the car and that the price would remain 5995. Showed up to discuss the issue with owner, as we had planned on a phone call, and he was not there. Instead, an extremely rude lady (some other users in here have referred to her as the tattooed lady- stay away from this woman if you possibly can) told us that the owner was not there and that she didn t know when issues on car would be fixed but that mgm would call me when the car would be fixed. Not only have I not received a phone call, the price on the car rose by 500 dollars. I would say be very careful if you choose to work with mgm when purchasing a car because they will sell you a damaged vehicle, probably assuming you will not take vehicle to be inspected before your purchase! Then they will assure you the car will be fixed, do nothing to fix the car, tell you a time to meet with the owner of mgm- who will not show up at your scheduled time, promise you a phone call and then raise the price on the vehicle. Still do not know if they fixed the car - probably not and it s for sell still on their inventory page. The mini copper - 2009 - priced at 6495 with 94k miles? Buyer beware- was looked at by very experienced mechanic, found to have the mentioned issues, probably not fixed (mini coopers expensive to fix). Also, since the owner of mgm promised to fix the issues and sell to me without a price change, I would that the business is run by a liar and the female tattooed lady is nuts.

We had an issue with a pick up truck my son bought from MGM and I must say. They were absolutely awesome. They made every effort to make sure my son was happy and they took care of us 100%. Thank you for standing behind your product and going above and beyond to make it right with the customer. We will definitely come back to this dealer in the future. Sometimes things just happen with used cars. It s all about how we handle it and make it right with the customer and that s exactly what they did .It was great doing business with MGM Imports. Keep up the good work

This is the best place to go get you a car! Run don't walk to get here. They treat you with respect, and truly run the mile to help you get into a car you will love. Amanda was our consultant and she did everything to help us get a loan on our new Malibu. This was truly an amazing experience, after searching for weeks and not being able to find the right fit for our family. We finally did here, and I'm sure you will too.

We bought a 2015 Chevy Cruze for our 16 year old from Amanda at MGM Imports and it was a great car. Amanda took care of us, helped us through every step and made us feel so comfortable. Great auto dealer, outstanding customer service, definitely go here if you need a good reliable car.

This is for the rude tattooed lady that lost a sale on 2 cars.. no customer service what so ever..Went to purchase 2 cars one for me and 1 for my son. Looked on our own no sales rep came out to greet us. Picked out the cars we wanted and proceeded inside and was met by a voice that said nothing but second door on the right.. we enter and it was silence. So I proceeded to ask to test drive a car and seemed to be a problem cause she had to fill out a paper also wanting proof of insurance on my current vehicle.?.. Have been out looking and test driving and not one place asked for insurance.. showed her a expired card on accident and she pretty much turned me down.. I'll be reaching out to your boss and let him know about the experience we had thanks for nothing The sale you lost ..

My husband and I were interested in a car here. We live 3 hours away, but wanted to see the car in-person. We paid the $200 reimbursable holding fee so that it wouldn't get sold before we could take a look. The owner told us the car was in great shape and had been inspected/serviced. He agreed that we could get the car inspected. After the inspection, we learned that the car had multiple oil leaks, had a bad oxygen sensor, and a failed differential mount. This would have cost $5,000 to $7,000 in repairs. My husband and I were no longer interested, and felt that the owner had not been truthful about the car's actual condition. We asked to get back our reimbursable holding fee, and the owner refused. My husband and I were so angered by this. Why would it be called a "reimbursable" fee if he had no intention of ever giving it back? After making the drive, paying for the inspection, filling the tank of the car for sale, losing our "reimbursable" fee, and both missing a day of work, we were out a lot of money. It was truly the worst car shopping experience. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

I made two separate trips to this dealership, and both were overall positive experiences. Unfortunately, we were not able to settle on a price for the vehicle I was considering, but my initial service was immediate, and the test drive process was quick and simple. The staff was friendly, and I did not feel targeted for either my youth or my gender. There was no opposition to having an independent mechanic evaluate the vehicle, and the manager was even willing to take the car in to the appointment on my behalf. They proved to be flexible on everything except for the price. That being said, I would still say that it is worth paying them a visit.

I'll disclose right upfront: I did NOT end up actually buying a car. Do not take that as a negative reflection of MGM, however. My not purchasing was solely the result of my extremely meager budget. MGM's inventory was... a little nicer than I could manage. They had some phenomenal vehicles at outstanding prices - I'm just a poor student. Mark, the salesperson I worked with, however, went to amazing lengths to try to find me something I could afford. Despite my tiny budget, he dedicated time and effort to my situation. The service was, for lack of a better word, incredible. He could have pretty much blown me off and focused on getting nicer cars out the door for more economically viable shoppers, but he stuck with it and tried his best to help me out. I know that when I finish my academic program and (hopefully) become more financially stable, the first place I'll be hitting for an excellent used car will be MGM. Also? It was the only place (out of 9) that I went to that offered a warranty on used cars. I cannot stress how valuable an option that is, especially for those on lower budgets. 10/10 for the entire experience. My only regret was that I was unable to get a car from them (though I am happy with the car I did eventually find elsewhere, not that that's really relevant).

My husband purchased a car from here back in February. He loved the car and was very excited to buy it. The people we dealt with were all very nice and easy to work with. The car on the other hand..... we were told that all vehicles are inspected and they will not put a car on the lot that has issues. We have put over $3000 into fixing this car already and he has not even made his 4th payment on it. On top of that, he spent $300 extra dollars to purchase an extended warranty just to find out that this warranty didn't even cover any of the stuff that went wrong with the car. He was never even offered a different warranty plan. When he found out that this warranty plan did not cover anything wrong with the car (mind you, this was only a month after leaving the lot with the car) he called and asked if he could just get the money back for the warranty. He talked to a couple different people over a week or so and no one actually answered him about giving his money back. The last response he got regarding the warranty was that it had not even been filed with the warranty company yet. Now, the exhaust is broke on the car and that needs to be repaired. This has just been one issue after another and costing us a fortune.

Worst place ever!!!! BUYER BEWARE! Thank goodness they didn't do my paper work correct so I was able to back out on the purchase. I was told he order parts to get car fixed. 30 days went by only for them to hassle me and yelled at me to come back and sign the check that THEY didn't fill out right. Turns out they never ordered the part and lied from day one. Unfortunately for him he knew that was the deal to get me as a customer and he didn't keep his end of the bargain. He was too crooked to realize he wasn't out smarting me. If it seems fishy...trust your gut. Hope they don't con anyone else. If only I could give them zero stars. Wish I read the reviews before purchasing. Sales guy was rude and I'm very happy I brought my fiance bc he was violently yelling at me in front of customers. They also left after seeing his behavior.

Be weary of this dealership, they've been posting the same 99 Miata for 6+ Months advertising it as a 10th Anniversary Edition car but its a RED, Automatic, BASE MODEL car with 14" wheels. "Front fog lights" "Convertible roof wind blocker" The car does not have fog lights or the bumper to support them nor does it have a wind blocker installed...Any dealership willing to post this over and over for 6 months or more isn't on the straight and narrow in my book but you can be the judge.Below is their post and an example of a REAL 10AE Miata. Its not a mistake or lapse in judgement because I've contact this dealership by phone and email only to see no change in their post...

Recently purchased a White Chevy Tahoe. Car was extremely clean and well maintained. Really enjoying driving it this far. The salesman was easy going and I loved that I could take it for a test drive without a salesman present. Big car lots are frustrating when they send their people with you to pitch while you are trying to assess the car. They worked with us on the price and got the financing done quickly. Great experience.

Initially I was really satisfied and liked the people I met that helped me purchase the car. However, I have had problems with it since the day after I brought it home. It literally broke down the very next day because they didn t hook the new battery up correctly. Since then there have been other minor problems and now the new battery has to be replaced after only 4 months. I would never even consider purchasing another vehicle from them.

Purchased a BMW from them and 2 days later I m having all sorts of problems with it. From warning lights to doors not unlocking to being told by my mechanic that my car is unsafe to drive because there s issues with the brakes. Completely inspected and serviced yeah right.

Do not buy from this dealership. They give you a free tank of gas to give a good review while you are still there. The overall rating they have is not true of the experience!! We purchased a car after being told it had a clean carfax (which they forgot to bring to me). Ran the VIN myself after we purchased and found out it had been in a disabling accident. We have had the car 8 months and we have put over $4000 into it already. It is not working as I type this review. This will be the 6th time we have had it in the shop. If you are thinking about buying a car, go somewhere else... anywhere else!!!

One of the best car lots I have ever dealt with. Their sales and financing department went above and beyond to make sure we got a great used vehicle at a fair price with the payment structure we needed. Highly recommend!

Update:Shortly after buying the car, the check engine light was on. One of the headlights has never worked since I purchased the car and it's not just the problem of the bulb. The coolant also looks very brown, indicating there's a leaking issue of this car. The tires aren't in very good condition. The car also broke down two weeks after on the street. It's so scary and dangerous. I will spend a few thousand dollars on fixing this car. Disappointed. I wish I could be awared of those issues.A month ago:I just got a Lexus car from here today and was offered a very good price. Very happy with this purchase.

After finally speaking to the owner George I feel much better. The deal blew up which wasn t there fault but miscommunication between a employee made it very difficult. The owner was a man of his word though and gave me my down payment back so I look forward to hopefully still getting the vehicle I drove 2 hrs to get once I save a little more.

I just recently purchased a car from here and it was honestly a great experience. I didn't feel pressured into buying anything and the manager was very helpful with any information he had on the vehicle. I was told when I got there that the old employees had been cleared out by this new manager. He seems to have very food standards so I recommend giving this place a chance if you're looking.

I went with my 18 year old son to buy a car from here. They were pretty friendly but a couple of weeks after owning the car we ended up having to put a new engine in the car, because it blew a head gasket after overheating. The mechanic who looked at it said that there was definitely an issue that was hidden which caused the engine malfunction. I DO NOT recommend buying a car from this place and you will see other reviews talking about mechanical issues after buying cars from here.

I bought a car from this dealer about a year ago, after newly moving to the US. Many dealerships tried to take advantage of the fact that I had no clue about how things worked around here and cars. Not MGM Imports. Rimon took a lot of time to show me different cars, explained a lot and didn't try to push me into buying something. I didn't know what car I wanted and he helped a lot with making the right decision. He was very helpful and I bought a car, which I'm still very happy with. Thank you!

I love Albir. He knows how to take care of you. Just bought my second car from MGM imports. Bought a car from them years ago and was very happy. Car ran great for a long time before I had to replace it and got a lot of miles on it. Great experience. Will buy from them again.

Bought a 2008 Grand Cherokee from them about 3 weeks ago. After looking around for awhile I stopped at MGM to see if I saw anything I liked. They were great with assisting me and getting a deal done! Test drove the jeep and got pre-approved. Was still on the fence at the time but went back 3 days later and got it. They also promised to order a new tire to replace one that was already worn down at time of purchase! Overall a great experience and easy to deal with dealership. Everything runs great and I love my new Jeep!!

I came in to look at a Lexus RX330 that I found online for and with a friend because price appeared to be fair. Considering the reviews from owners of the model on KBB and "expert" reviews I thought that the car was a pretty safe bet that it would be a good vehicle so it was in our options. However, I told the sales man that we were going to look at another car and compare. He belittled the car that I told him that we were going to look at by saying that it depreciates faster than the Lexus even though I was pretty sure that it was untrue. In spite of my better judgment, I went with it and ignored our disagreement. He offered to lower the price even more if we bought the car at that moment. Looking back, I could have handled the situation differently by telling him that he is a liar and that we are not buying the car because of that. In fact, making a big deal out of that situation in front of his customers would have been what he deserves for his greed and lack of business morals. Also while we were filling out the paper work, we were told that if we gavea review, you would get a free tank of gas because they empty the gas on every vehicle on the lot. This pressured me to write a simple 5 star review as he was standing over me while I was writing it. So a few days after buying that vehicle, the engine light turned on. In short, the car had a few problems that would not show up on the computer if you disconnected the battery every few days. The headlight was out but they refused to be a good company and replace it because it would have cost $100. Then engine coolant also started turning brown which is pretty concerning because brown engine coolant can mean that the head gasket is leaking. The car also broke down two weeks after buying it because the car was reading that the transmission fluid temperature is too high. I haven't looked at the car yet but I know that they knew about the problems and they decided too do nothing while the car was in their possession, make a profit and put the problem on someone else. Now I am stuck with a car known for it's reliability that has found a way to get a leaking head gasket, and bad transmission. Please stay away!
