Mr Mendoza saved my day! I had taken my car to another auto shop where they tried to charge me an arm and a leg to replace a few items. A friend referred me to Mendozas as I needed this fixed asap, and they took me in last minute and got the job done so quickly. Also, the cost was VERY reasonable. I will definitely be bringing my car here for any future servicing needs!!

Fernando is the absolute BEST!!! I have to drive 30 minutes to get there as I live on the other side of town, but it is ALWAYS worth it! Whenever I have more than just an oil change I always bring my cars to Mendozas! His work is always excellent and his prices are always reasonable. I have brought other shop's estimates to him and he is always able to do it for less, sometimes thousands less! Great guy and a great business! If you are looking for an honest and very professional auto shop, look no further! You don't find businesses like this anymore. I replaced my fuel pump but could not get the locking ring back on no matter what I tried. I called Mendozas and was told they would look at it for me and let me know what they could do. I took it in and Fernandez worked on it and tried new gaskets until it finally went back on. He was not going to charge me for the job but I paid him anyway because he did what I couldn't do in the two days I worked at it. I found my new mechanic!!

Fernando was awesome! Needed to replace 2 hood lifts on a Toyota. Called, he said stop by, and I'll take care of you. He changed them out quickly and was kind enough to replace some missing body trim nuts. Great family owned, professional business that have been servicing cars a long time. An honest, knowledgeable and caring Mechanic/Business Owner? Yes!! Mendoza's Auto Service came highly recommended by 2 friends and from the initial consultation through the end of the work on my car I received exceptional and professional customer service from Fernando, the owner, and everyone in his crew. He even took the time to explain exactly what was happening and why. I just moved to the Cincinnati area a few months ago and I have found my new mechanic. I give Mendoza's Auto Service my highest recommendation.

highly recommend NOT going herebe prepared to wait around 2-5 weeks (yes FIVE weeks) and yes that is after having an "appointment". I own a landscape business and had them work on several vehicles. There's an issue EVERY time. They don't do what you ask and will do services you don't ask or approve of and still demand payment. They did a tune up and had to bring back because they broke one of the spark plugs and the truck was running rough shortly after being there. Another truck they randomly decided to change the oil and filter on after specifically telling them I do all the oil changes on my vehicles and to not change the oil. The oil filter they put on was leaking oil severely, can't make it up. They did brakes on a dump truck and had to bring back shortly after because a caliper supposedly failed, then shortly after that the lug nuts shot off the truck and my employees nearly got in a wreck. They replaced transmission lines on a truck that poured out fluid shortly after because of a supposed oring leak now the transmission slipped like crazy and needed replaced due to incorrectly replacing the transmissison lines. Had to pay for a new transmission because they installed the transmission lines incorrectly.Services: Transmission, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Transmission repair, Brakes

The staff and Owner were extremely helpful. We were in a situation wherein we were in an unfamiliar part of town, our tire had a blowout and we needed after hours attention. Though they weren't able to work on the car immediately, they worked on the car first thing in the morning. His prices were reasonable and fair.

Mendoza's is my goto place. Fernando is excellent! He makes the proper repairs to your vehicle and the prices are affordable unlike the dealers or big chain repair shops!

I have been taking my car to Mr. Mendoza for 5 years now. He is such an honest person, and can fix anything. His work ethic is incredible and his prices are more than fair. If you have an older car that you want to keep in tip top shape, this is the place to go. You will not be taken advantage of. He does not do unnecessary work, and is so transparent with the costs before the work is done. I have no transport to/from if my car has to be left, and Mr. Mendoza has someone drive me home, and return for me to pick up my car. If you are a single woman like me that is so leary of being taken advantage of, have no fear. I am so thankful that this great mechanic with an honest work ethic is available to me.

Our go to mechanic. Fernando has decades of experience and he and his crew definitely can get whatever job that you need done. They are honest, straightforward, and won't kill you on the price for whatever work that you need done. Go ahead and pay him a visit now.

I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Fernando s expertises is incredible. HisHonesty is one that I have not seen in a while . It is no wonder why he is always so busy because people keep coming back to him. From now I on, I am taking my car here. I will recommend everyone I know to come here. Thank you so much!!

I d give my past auto body shops between a 0-3 because they consistently lied and ultimately would do work to make sure the next month or 6 months or a year something would go wrong. Fernando told me what they did wrong, showed me pics, did the work and was able to find parts that were in amazing working condition for a cheaper price.Don t take your BMW to a European car place that will rob you, Take it to Mendoza s he s the #1 Cincinnati/Hyde Park spot for TRUSTED auto repair service. Also can t beat his labor cost and he doesn t mark up hours just to mark up hours.

FERNANDO IS ONE OF THE BEST MECHANIC AROUND IN THE AREA, however he s pricey and would charge you more than fair price, especially if his wife is there . She s the boss and not helping the customers come back . I have been taking my vehicles here for years now. They are fair priced and do their best to get it done asap for you, they are always busy and booked but he's honest and will tell yu they may not be able to get to it for a few days but totally worth the wait considering how fair priced they are. You can even bring your own parts to save you money in the end. Just make sure you have everything that's supposed to go with your parts or that the parts aren't cheapy parts, considering if you don't have all the parts or them accidently breaking the cheapy part. He can and will order your parts for you no issue but he will order the best and that u have to maybe wait for part and then your price is gunna fo up if they are supplying parts and doing labor.All in all very friendly people and very understanding. Let them do their job and they will tell you what's wrong with your car. I will use this mechanic til he doesn't do it anymore. Nmw or where I live. Very dependable and fair affordability

Had to sue F. Mendoza for trying to make me pay for my car being damaged under his care for 5 days. After 14 years of going to him he chose to loose me as a loyal customer over his careless workers damaging my custom painted Infiniti. He should of just took care of his loyal customer like a Good Business supposed to do.

Mendoza's was phenomenal to deal with the associates were extremely professional and Fernando was as honest as Abraham Lincoln five stars I give him six if there was another one he tended to my kids and their needs of bathroom and snacks also during my visit

Excellent service. Had to repair one of my car doors and the staff was able to fix it very quickly. They also went and bought the new parts at a nearby dealership. Highly recommend this place.
