Our driver today was a godsend! He was so kind to my son, patiently waited with us while my husband drove back to pick us up with our other vehicle, and explained how a tow truck works to our son. He went above and beyond to show kindness and drive our vehicle back to Anderson. Little did we know that the issue was a walnut jammed into the gear shift. We so appreciate Meinking s today!

I never usually leave reviews, but the person who towed my Jeep was lovely! I got stuck in the mud last night and tried everything to get out. I called Geico to send a tow truck this morning with the ETA to be 9:45 and they got there around 9:15! Very kind, quick and efficient - he even said he pulled out two other Jeeps before mine this morning, haha. I will definitely call them again if needed :)

They towed my broken down truck and were very quick!! Triple AAA said they wouldn't be able to get a tow to me till 5:50. Meinking was there within the hour! The estimated time was 3:30 and they showed up at 3:25!! Amazing and friendly service, will use again if i need!!

It's hard to find competency, honesty, and good prices, all in one automotive repair shop. This is exactly what I got. That's pretty much what I look for when I get my car repaired. Not a big fancy place that takes a lot of money to keep running that I have to pay for in the end. In my opinion, this is the best place to get your car repaired.

Not only he's professional but he is also friendly. They said 1 and half hours and suddenly Paul ( the driver) called me and said he is 15 minutes away from me, I was like wow. I was not there but he needs the key and he patiently wait for me until I got my kid from school to come to meet him. He provided an excellent service and he was so understandable.Thanks Paul for your help and your professionalism. Keep up the good work .

The driver was amazing. He arrived well before the ETA the app showed. He was able to pull my car out of a tight spot, get it secured and dropped off at my home. He was very polite, and genuinely seemed to care about my whole experience. It is clear that this company actually cares, and it's not just a job.

One of my axle broke on my car in front of my house. I live on a hill and my street was pretty snowy. I called 3 other tow companies all 3 told me they wouldn t come until my street got plowed or the snow melts. My neighbor had gotten a flat tire somewhere else and had this company tow his car back to the house when I saw the truck outside I asked the driver if he could pick my car up and take it to the shop around the corner he did it no problem and it was affordable! Very friendly driver John was extremely helpful and professional. Definitely the only tow company I ll do business with from here on out and 10/10 will recommend everytime.

I got a flat tire on the highway and through GEICO they came out and we re awesome, got me off the highway and to my mechanics shop within a half an hour. These guys are great and I cannot thank them enough.

Mark and Mike were so helpful and accommodating after my car s engine went out unexpectedly. I had the car towed to them at the last minute and end of their business day and Mike called me back first thing the next morning to give me the bad news. He was apologetic and honest about my car s condition and even allowed me to keep it there for a couple days while I figured out a solution. Definitely recommend Meinkings if you have an emergency!

Big Mike made my day when he showed up to tow my car in response to a call from my car's roadside assistance program. I thoroughly enjoyed riding and chatting with him on the way to the service center and especially the help he provided when I was told they had no appointments available for 2 days. He thought my car was okay (it was stuck in park and he unstuck it) but wanted a professional opinion. He was right. It was okay to drive. I was soon on my way home. He explained the cause of the problem and it was corroborating by the service center.I cannot begin to explain how much I appreciate his helpfulness, kindness and thoughtfulness. He introduced me to a new radio station on Sirrius XM radio that I am adding to my favorites. We discovered much in common. He was my hero.

I didn't know it was possible to love a towing company, but these guys are top notch. My car was wrecked and towed from the scene and I had no idea where to find it (this was my fault). I finally got the police report and called the towing place. They were so nice and helpful. When I got there, one of the guys helped carry my stuff out of my wrecked car and into my rental. He was chatty in a pleasant way and not rude like a lot of towing places. Very friendly and helpful.

Called them while stopped the side of the I-71 south of Dana. Had a driver's side rear tire blow out on the Ford Explorer. Called and 15 min later the full flatbed truck was there loading up the car. The rate was reasonable and the service great. Thanks.

I was picking up my son from school today in downtown Cincinnati when my car cut off. My insurance called roadside assistance. The drive showed up much sooner than the hour quoted. I was very thankful because it was busy out and getting colder and colder. We were near my drop off location when the tow driver, big Mike asked if I thought I wanted to buy a car and took me to a dealer about 10 minutes away. I ended up driving off in a rental with plans to search tomorrow at the dealer (or another if I choose not to buy there). Thank you.

Car ran out of gas while looking for an open station in Bond Hill at 3:30 am. I walked to speedway, got gas and walked back to car. By that time, the battery died, so, now I need a jump. Called friends, they didn't answer their phones, or, was out of the area, some 40- 50 miles away. Others just told me that they were sleeping. Called Meinking's service at 6:15. The service man came at about 6:40, gave me a jump and I was back on the road. Not to mention, we had to go to gas station to make change. Thanks.

Was refer to Meinking's Service by my insurance company and had horrible experience. It was father day and i forgot my wallet so we ask the dispatcher if we could pay over the phone. The answer was yes as long as we had necessary information . We did.Long story short the tow guy made us jump thru hoops before processing payment and charge us way above estimate. Dispatcher who originally said over the phone was fine said we were shady .payment processed immediately .

Update: The Better Business Bureau sided with me so at least I was forced a refund. Still don't recommend because why waste time correcting an issue when you can find a better place from the start.This place is the absolute worst. Then when I called the place for customer service the person literally answered the phone with an attitude and proceeded to yell at the customer calling! If you are not going through insurance they have no need to treat you even remotely well. Never use them they will screw you over - guaranteed.

My son ran his truck off the side of the road and my insurance company called Meinking's to pull him out of a bad spot. The driver arrived early, was fast, courteous and friendly, very professional! Would recommend them to anyone!

One of the drivers for this company doesn't seem to understand how traffic laws work and doesn't know that right on red for curb lane only is only when signage indicates that restriction. So they honked at my wife as I rode in the passenger seat and then proceeded to follow us with high beans on blinding oncoming traffic on Reading Rd. Seemed quite unprofessional in my opinion. Maybe the company should be sure that their drivers are fully aware of the traffic laws and how to follow them.

My car battery needed a jump. I called Meinking's, and they got someone out to my apartment quickly so I wasn't too late for work. Quality service, speedy, and friendly. Even told me that I could call them again if I needed another jump on my way to work and get a discount.

My car died at the Kroger on Montgomery road in Norwood. I called up the dispatch for Meinking's and they sent a tow truck to me in less than 10 minutes. I explained the situation to the driver, Darren, and he even tried jumping the battery again. When that didn't work he checked around the engine bay and said that it was a starter issue (Sure enough when I took it to the Firestone down the street it was in fact the starter, which had to be replaced). He had my car loaded on the flatbed in no time and got me to the Firestone service center quickly. While I hope I'll never need to use a tow truck again, I'll be sure to use Meinking's if I do need one!

I was just stranded on the road in Evendale at 1030pm when my back wheel locked up. Mike came within the hour quoted by Geico and made what I was expecting to be a bad night, fantastic. He was funny, friendly and kept me in such a great mood. I never wouldve thought I would be laughing the entire night while my car was being towed! He was a blessing to run into during an otherwise unfortunate night

After having a horrible experience with another towing company, my insurance company sent Meinkings to me for roadside assistance. I was super happy with their communication (this was at 2am by the way), how they were right on time, and how quickly they were able to help me. Thank you guys!!

I called them long distance asking for help for a good friend. Her husband had died, leaving his van parked outside her home on street. Police had ticketed threatening tow, impound! They showed up, got the van moved to small drive, off street, saved them awfully police impound!Thank you guys so much, huge relief for this gal still mourning her husband�Thanks so much!

I was introduced to Meinking Towing via my OnStar service and I am so thankful!! The Gentleman showed up an hour BEFORE OnStar said he would arrive! He got down on this cold ground and hooked my car to his truck in a VERY SMALL and ICY driveway!! When I apologized for this inconvenience he told me that this is what he signed up for with this job! GREAT ATTITUDE!! I only regret that I didn't get his name!! Thank you so much!! I just called, thank you Robert!!!

I saw two of tgeir drivers driving very recklessly. At first tgey were racing dowin I 275. Then they took up both lanes slammed on their breaks and turned on their rear light bars, blinding the cars behind them. The way they were driving the owner should give his drivers a drug test because they were driving erratically and swerving all over the road . One of them was inches from hitting a car, cutting over in front of another vehicle to get beside the other rollback.
