I am new to the area and recently had an issue with my car that needed immediate attention. I had no idea where to go or if anybody could fit me in last minute. However, I remembered that I had called Meineke last month and was able to get in the same day. The manager helped me out and was super friendly and knowledgeable.I needed a new muffler and was told there would be a bit of a wait for the process. But to my surprise, the service was completed quickly and efficiently. I was out the door before 12pm, and the employees seemed genuinely happy to be at work, which was refreshing to see.If you're looking for a reliable and friendly auto shop, I highly recommend Meineke.

Truman and the rest of his crew at Meineke are true professionals. I took my car in for an oil change and they unfortunately couldn t get to me right away because something came up in the shop. I understand that things happen but because of this, he gave me a $20 off coupon. When they were able to get to my car, the young man who did the service was very nice and efficient. We just moved a little further out from here, but we are definitely going to continue being loyal customers here. Thank you!!

Great mechanics. This is my second time coming to Meineke they always get me in quickly, the prices are great. Definitely the nicest auto repair shop I've ever been to. The manager Truman was so nice.

THE best folks ever. Went there for an oil change, they showed me where the last people to work on my car messed it up. And since they didn't pressure me to fix it at their shop, I fixed it at their shop. They are the best. They will get all my families business from now on.

They got my car in and out faster than I expected. I got it towed in Wednesday morning. They said it be ready Thursday morning. But instead it was ready Wednesday afternoon. They explained what needed to be done and told me the price going out the door. Thank for the great work guys considering what you guys where working on. I appreciate you guys. Once again thanks.

I wish I could give -5 stars. This company LOST a whole piece to a car part they weren t even working on and gaslighted the customer into believing the part was never there. They didn t care to replace the part THAT THEY lost, and acted as if it wasn t their wrong doing and carelessness. Never going to this business EVER horrible customer service and people just don t care here.

I have been trusting my local Meineke mechanics for probably over 15 years now. their knowledge of ALL vehicles amazes me! Their prices are fair. Availability of parts make "waiting" rare, and because they know what they are doing, the job is done efficiently and as quickly as possible. I wish you guys would stop getting older...I hope you are sharing your knowledge with the younger generation so I can continue your service with confidence. Thanks!!

The technicians diagnosed the car incorrectly and told me it was a problem that it wasn t even after I told them what the issue was. They said I had a bad battery when the problem was the PCV. They said battery codes when I checked the codes I am getting engine errors. I ended up going to a Midas to repair since they listened to my diagnosis

I came to this Meineke by way of Google reviews & I m glad it took me there. I passed many auto repair shops to get there and it was good to be serviced by people who did not take advantage of my engine light being on but fixed the problem, which was just a hose.

My experience with this Meineke store; 7530 Colerain Ave, Cincinnati, Oh 45239. We were informed every step of the way. They even repaired the grate in the front of the car. Someone in the shop removed a damaged portion of my front bumper and they denied it. I don't know whether it was done deliberately or by mistake, but I am disappointed, angry, and insulted that they did not own up to it. I did a walk around in my garage before I took my vehicle in for an oil change, and even mentioned to the intake technician that I wanted the maintenance performed before I took my vehicle to the body shop for repair. The pictures show the before visit to Meineke and after the visit to Meineke. I don't understand why they did it or why they lied about doing it. Their dishonesty is what is so hurtful and insulting.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

On this visit, steering was shaking and making noises like tumbling rocks. It was doing this for days since a front end repair at a different shop closer to my job.Meineke tech quickly found at least two wheels with loose lug nuts. Meineke tightened it for free. I was driving freeways with wheels about to fall off! Meineke saved lives.This Meineke shop has been preferred for years. They ve done all kinds of jobs on my cars from engine to tail pipe. They show what s wrong. Repair was always at a fair price, and they have stood behind their work. Almost nothing stumps them, and they only charged when a repair was achieved.These folks care. Other places seem to focus on repair/replace of a part without making sure the car s full concern is resolved. Like replacing a front end tie rod, but letting the car go with loose wheels. But this Meineke team has cared enough to take care of the full scope of the concern time after time.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Nice Guys, Reasonable Price: I scheduled an appointment for an estimate to repair my muffler. (The person I talked to on the phone told me to come in after 2:00 because they wouldn't be as busy.) They looked at my car right away and gave me a reasonable estimate for repairs. I thought I might have to schedule another appointment for repairs, but they did the work right away. From estimate to repair completion it only took about 45 minutes total.
