Just wanted to let you know all the repairs and paint work were fantastic on our GMC Acadia. The repairs were completed in a timely manner. Everyone at Galbraith body shop was great. Clare and Marty are definitely outstanding people! I know everyone works very hard there and it shows in every aspect.Thanks to everyone at McCluskey Body Shop.

When they said guarantee approval it means that but the rates are junk especially if you have no credit or bad credit and the website states in house finance which isn't true they do not provide this anymore.

I wanted to take this opportunity to express my appreciation and gratitude to one of your salesmen.. Damoore Gray ..his patience, his willingness to listen, and help find just the right car for a dear friend of mine, when she couldn t find anyone ( dealerships ) to help her . I recently filed for bankruptcy and was stressing on how I was going to keep my vehicle. Tony was amazing! He not only kept in touch with me all day but found me exactly what I wanted and in a loan that I will actually benefit from. He was very attentive in answering all my questions and keeping me informed of every step of the process! I don't even have to leave my home, my new vehicle is on its way!! Thank you for making this as easy and smooth as possible!

Bought a Fiat from them in March 2021. This was my first time personally buying a car and I'd heard great things about McCluskey, so naturally I went to them. They told me everything on the car had been checked and if anything needed serviced, they had done so at that time. As I said, I bought the car. Everything seemed okay. The Fiat was a bit loud compared to what I'm used to with other cars I've been in, but I'd heard that Fiat's weren't the most quiet of vehicles - so I thought nothing of it. It only got louder over the last 7 months. I took it in to a mechanic to have it diagnosed so I could formulate a plan of action and they told me that the front bearings were shot. There is no reason why they should've been in such bad condition if McCluskey had done their thorough inspection and servicing, like they'd told me was done. Clearly this was not done as they said or whomever did the inspection/servicing is incompetent. I contacted McCluskey with questions about getting my car serviced and also if my warranties covered any of it. It's almost two weeks later and I've still not gotten any e-mails or calls regarding this, however, I have had several e-mails trying to SELL ME a car. Ridiculous. I ended up having the bearings replaced elsewhere and now my car is silent; it sounds like a new car. To say that I am frustrated is a huge understatement. I don't know that I'd ever go back to McCluskey or recommend them.

I was pleasantly surprised by the way I was treated at the dealership. I'm too used to being treated like a pariah because I have credit issues, but I didn't experience any of that. They treated me courteously and were willing to work with me. It didn't take too long before I was looking at and test-driving several vehicles until I found the one I wanted. The financing was quick and easy; downpayment and monthly payments were more affordable than I'd expected.

We are Going through chapter 7 bankruptcy and was sent a guaranteed car loan through McClucskey so we set an appointment to come in 09-30-2017@0900. We show up on time and speak with the sales rep and let him know exactly everything that's going on. Went through the credit check and they printed out a list of vehicles we was approved for. None was a truck like we wanted but we still looked and narrowed it down to a dodge charger and we went for that one. Well after 7 hours and dealing with a screaming child trying to get this done so we can drive off in our vehicle we was approved for and paid our deposit in cash they come back and tell us they couldn't approve us for the vehicle. I let them know I didn't want any other vehicle and that how come I went from being approved to being denied? They came up with apparently the lender didn't know you had a bankruptcy so the vehicle you want is 90% most likely to be approved. So I told them I wanted my money back because I paid cash money (IMPOSSIBLE!!!) Stuck in a safe and have to mail a check back to me Monday. Stay away from this place! Will steal your money and waste your time! Don't fall for their bankruptcy approval crap!

So.. bought my car from their buy here pay here a couple years back. Charged WAY over book.. but fine.. needed to rebuild credit and they report to the credit bureaus. Paid all payments on time. When I paid off the car.. the very next month, they REMOVED the positive tradeline from my credit... knocking my credit down 40 points... putting me back in the position where I may need to do buy here pay here again. Shady as hell....

Our sales associate was Kevin Vanarsdale and we would recommend him to anyone. We spent 2 days a total of 6 to 8 hours working with him. He is very knowledgeable about cars, listens to what you are looking for and gives you a variety of cars to fit your budget. He is not a pushy salesman like some other places and he doesn't give you just one or two cars to pick from. He is very patient and kind, a real pleasure to work with. We are very happy he helped us find a car we love and are very happy with.This gentleman deserves a 5 star rating because he is honest and upfront with his clients... he isn't their just to make a sale no matter the cost to the client.In closing thank you so much Kevin for all your time and hard work you did to find us an awesome car.Sincerely,Michelle and James Thomas

I'm so happy I chose to go here. Everything turned out so well. I would highly recommend Brian Lawson . He is honest and helpful. He was patient and didn't try to rush my decisions either. I was happy to find a Starbucks coffee/ Cocoa maker there. It helps. Everyone seems friendly and they also have Spanish reps

After the condescending tone the sales man took with me about my financial situation and financing saying they would not even try to get me a car, I will Never go there in the future. Did not even bother showing up after the way i was treated on the phone by sales even though i was pre-approved to get a vehicle there. I will not give my business to a company that thinks they are better than the rest of the world or looks down on anyone for anything that is beyond their control. Negative 5 stars is my actual rating but google wont let me! Horrible people with worse attitudes... Save your time and money by not going here!

It s a buy here pay here lot right .. but only if you have good credit . They are right everyone is approved But here is the catch my credit is not good and I was APPROVED but i have to put 4000 down on a car and it s a list of cars THEY give you that THEY approve you for.. my income is very high but this place is horrible for people with bad credit .. my sales rep was not very social at all I was extremely uncomfortable .. families with bad credit look somewhere else they want you to put half down on cars they choose for you

I live over two hours away from McCluskeys so I called the dealership and Sean Casey put a hold on the vehicle I was interested in until I could come and look at it. After looking the vehicle over and driving it it wasn't really what I wanted. Sean put no pressure on me said he understood even offered to do a couple things to the vehicle to make it more to my liking.I did not buy that particular vehicle but I am still in the market and told Sean I will keep an eye on their website due to the fact that I got such good treatment from the dealership.

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The entire place was clean and well organized. They were even considerate enough to move some things around so I could pick up my car in the morning since that was the only time I'm available.

This place is crap too! Very nice people with there hands tied by McCluskey rules. McCluskey sold me a KNOWN defective vehicle and I'm still suffering that horrible experience. My vehicle has NOT been drivable for months but like an adult I still pay the bill on this botched deal. They offered people, who have had their car a year or better, a chance to trade there vehicle in for new deal. NOT ME! They told me they'd take my car in trade if I gave them $2000 down. Are you kidding me!!!!! Better business bureau......here I come.

I had a great experience purchasing my GMC Sierra truck from Michael Graftonl. The staff was very friendly and helpful with any question or concerns I had. I will definitely be back when I decide to buy again. And no I am not a staff member. I am a satisfied customer!!

Our salesman Michael Grafton (at the Colerain location) was AMAZING!!! We were 1st time buyers at an actual dealership and was expecting the process to be a massive headache. But, to our suprise it was fast, easy, and painless. Even with our credit score not being all that good, we were still treated exceptionally well. I will definitely be coming back here and back to Michael for my next vehicle. Plus I have recommended him to EVERYONE that will listen. The process of choosing and purchasing our car was easier than when we bought our TV.

Buying my truck from McCluskey Chevrolet was a simple process even when I was discussing a fair trade for my vehicle. Everyone made the purchase painless. I especially like the lifetime powertrain warranty that they offer for no charge. I would recommend everyone to try McCluskey Chevrolet when you are looking for a new or used vehicle.

When i called them i gave them my credit scoreGave them payoff and the make model year of my current car. Its kelly blue book valueThey said everything was great no problemsAfter two hrs there im told a 24k camaroWill run me 700 a month.update : after securingMy own financing i was told it still wouldnt work. They never even sent the purchase order to my bank.......i then bought a jeep cherokeeFor 28 k for 477 a monthCalls to the sales manager to resolve this before buying eleswhere were never returned.

Buyer beware! Was the worst car buying experience I have ever had. Told me everything I wanted to hear and didnt hold up the deal once I gave them my deposit and keys to my trade in. Ended up with a vehicle and after a few short days I'm having problems with the vehicle. They're 172 point inspection is garbage just another sales tactic.

Great service. I work weekends and evenings, and when I found out I can come after work, I was thrilled. I made appointment, got right in, waited in a great lounge with snacks available. Awesome experience, and awesome employees who treat you right!

Car needed an oil change, brakes and rotors, and a new fuel pump 3 days after purchase. Was told they would fix whatever was causing it not to start without hitting the gas since they couldn't figure it out. When I requested it be repaired in was told to refer to my warranty. I should have got it in writing. Lesson learned.

I highly recommend McCluskey! The employees are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They worked with me and my situation so I can have a car I love with a payment I can afford. This was a great car buying experience

Making a purchase of a new or used vehicle can be intimidating. Christian W. helped me through the process, (basically spent the entire day with me) making sure I got exactly what I wanted and at a great price! I definitely recommend this dealership! And when you go, ask for Christian!

So far with my dealings with the clutch kit has been very well they have treated me with respect and understanding I have now bought two vehicles from them in the last couple years my brother is planning to buy a vehicle from them I'm a truck they do not overpriced the vehicles that I can say comparing to other dealerships and they answer my questions and call me back as soon as I call them and ask him something they've always treated me fair or my trade-ins gave me more than I really thought I would get so how can you complain about a place to have good people to treat you with respect tell joke with you they're friendly and to me that means a lot don't know better than I am and that means something to May

If I could give a 0 stars I would. McCluskey has multiple "branches"...Kings Automall, one on Galbraith Rd, and one on Reading Rd.I bought a brand new 2017 Camaro at Kings Automall. I've had my car fixed (dent, scratches) at the McCluskey body shop located at Reading Rd. I never go anywhere else for oil change or fix, I always go to McCluskey since that's where I got my car.Long story short, today I went to Kings Automall to look at my convertible glass getting fixed, a rubber trim coming off on the passenger side window, and the passenger door button not working. I was there for 3 hours waiting.McCluskey now has a new video update program. The convertible is covered by bumper to bumper. Great. The rubber lining is not because of it being ripped. I get that.The door button not working is not covered because apparently someone had broken the clamp for the wires. And someone had taped it together with paper tape!!! It just happened to come off which is why it isn't working anymore. It is all on video! Like I said, I've only gotten my car fixed at McCluskey and nowhere else! Brand new car. And someone at the body shop broke something only to tape it later!I'm not gonna let this go. This is unacceptable. This proves the bad things we hear about dealerships!

UPDATE:McCrooksky auto.... ALL BAD for out of state buyers....warning buyer beware.....promisses are not kept...your trade is "just what they need " until you Drive 6 hrs...now it's just a high mileage wreck. Leave parts that they missed loose...800 bucks for a paint and fabric protection that I did not want...oh too bad we already did that...dont expect them to keep the front license bracket off for you like we said...no let us drill and rivet it on!!! I WOULD REALLY RECONSIDER GOING HERE AS THEY HAVE ALSO TRIED TO BUY MY 5 STAR RATING TO GM....why not just earn it???
