A deer jumped in front of my vehicle causing a lot of damage. After contacting my insurance, they wanted me to send my vehicle here. I was hesitant about sending it her due to the bad reviews. But i can honestly say that I had great service here. I inspected my vehicle when it was completed. The work looks amazing and you can t even tell my vehicle was in a wreck. They quoted me a month to fix all the damage . It took just 2 days longer. From my understanding, Chevy was on strike at this time. So I understand. I ll include pictures . Thank you for an amazing job!

****Do not get your car repaired here if you care about how your car looks or if your time matters****I took my car in after I got in a fender bender. It took the body shop almost three months to repair the damage when it was initially supposed to take two weeks. It included repairing the fender and replacing the front bumper cover and hood.Months later I take it back because people point out to me that the color on the fender does not match the bumper and is a cream color compared to the white. Turns out they were correct, and it is very noticeable from looking at it close up. You can see in the photo below.The fitment on the hood/front bumper was also abysmal. You can see in the photo attached that it s very uneven. Unhappy with the repairs I scheduled an appointment to have them look at the issues.I came in for my appointment today, and Julie was very kind and helpful as she had been on the phone. Shoutout to her. She appeared to be the only person working in the customer service department when I got there and had to deal with several customers at once. I can assume customers often complain about the quality of their repairs, based off the other many negative reviews and my personal experience. I feel bad she has to deal with it.Soon enough another lady from the shop came out and told me that because there had been minor damage (a scrape) on my bumper since I had it repaired, it voids their warranty because they would have to take off the bumper to look at it.She then informed me I would need to file another claim if they wanted to even look at the car. The paint was obviously not like that before, and I paid for the job to be done correctly. She agreed the paint did not match, but there s nothing they can do about it, unless of course I file another claim. Repair was nearly $8k for a brand new car... I feel like it s not ridiculous to want the paint to match and for the parts fitment to be done correctly.Clearly on the receipt, it says it was cost effective to repair the fender than replace it preventing the body shop from needing to blend the paint. I m glad it cost them less to completely ignore the paint on my car.If you re going to be more cost effective you could at least do it correctly.All in all not a great experience to say the least. I would encourage anyone whose insurance chose this place for repair to insist on using another body shop.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I was very pleased with the work that I received on my vehicle customer service. Excellent management is wonderful. The staff is very friendly to my son who has autism they make him feel like he s at home. My vehicle was fixed in a timely matter, and my vehicle looks perfect. You can never tell that my vehicle was damaged. I ve also bought vehicles from here in the past, and I never had any problems with those vehicles. I would recommend McCluskey to any of my friends who are looking for a vehicle or who needs repaired to their vehicle. The ladies here make you feel like you re at home. The gentleman are so pleasant, I just love this place and I will always do business here because of the wonderful customer service I received

First time to use this shop and couldn't be happier. From check in to checkout it was smooth sailing. Communication is key to any business and my service with Jon who worked on my truck to front desk and manager were superior. Even status updates during the process much appreciated. I have a New Truck again. Thanks Jon, Dave and Team.

We brought our car in for a simple quarter panel and front bumper repair. It took the shop eleven days to fix a vehicle with less than three thousand dollars worthof damage. They were close to our house and a part of our state farm network.

Car has to go back in to have paint/finish corrected, trim isn't attached correctly and the rear panel isn't attached tightly.Not very pleased with my service. I have had work done previously and it was sufficient however this time it was not up to par.

This was an authorized body shop from my insurer after my car was hit but it was the worst experience I ever had.First they kept pushing the promised date out by one day each time at the last minute with various excuses - this was a nightmare when having to pay out of pocket for a rental in the meantime. On top of that, you get very poor responses if you call them - the receptionist cannot answer any questions and only forwards your calls to the shop. But your forwarded calls always go to voicemails - and those NEVER get returned (they should at least be honest and turn off the voicemail so you dont have the expectation of a call back and wait needlessly).Finally on the 20th day after 5 postponements, they told me my battery was completely dead and I had to pay extra for that (on top of the deductible).Here's the thing - yes my battery is old but it NEVER had issues before (ALWAYS started right away). Why was it only on day 20 at their body shop, they suddenly discovered a bad battery? But they will not try even explaining why the problem only manifested while in their workshop - apparently my battery was old and the weather was cold (and the problem was divinely destined to only happen while at their store?).I went ahead and paid for the OVERPRICED battery because I was so desperate to get my car back after all the delays but I am never going back here again. I did not get a battery serial number on the invoice I got - so you tell me if you can trust this was a new battery.Oh, and make sure you take pictures of the inside of your car because when you get it back, its going to look like someone had a mud-fight inside (including on the seats and dashboard) but they will say that's how they got it from you.Really a terrible business.

Worst service ever. My car was in an accident, bumper was fixed but my car came back worse than the cosmetic damage that it was brought in for. I hope no one ever uses them because you will quite literally regret it for the rest of your life. My car has never made this sound ever and after I got it back it made the noise. My advice get a dash cam because these people are crooks.

I have nothing but great things to say about this location I went in with the mindset that I wasn t gonna be able to get a car but I was proven wrong when I started working with TJ Seneschal and Eric Dirheimer those guys were great from the greeting all the way through the process. The customer service was beyond phenomenal with these two. Also with the rest of the staff they were nice and friendly and kept a smile on their face. I was able to walk out with a 2020 Chevrolet Equinox they even helped me clean out my old car. I highly recommend you shopping there and ask for them.

After my vehicle was stolen and recovered, it wassent it here to for diagnostic and fixes. Paint job and cosmetics across the board (especially lights) were sub par, but went ahead and accepted my vehicle just to get it back since they kept promising me one date only to have it pushed for about two weeks. Each time they pushed my pick up date, they would only let me know after the date had already passed. I would leave voicemails only to have them unanswered. When it was finally ready for pick up, they called to tell me after 5PM, asking if I would be able to pick it up prior to close at 6PM and seemed annoyed that I would not be there til the following day. Picked up my vehicle and couldn't connect via bluetooth, but didn't think anything of it. Drove off the lot to get onto 75-S and only made it onto the on-ramp (approximately 0.2 miles) before the console system started shutting off and then restarting as if the car itself was restarting. Once got off the interstate and parked to call the body shop, realized the car would not lock either. Called the shop and said the best they could do was give me a 15-30 minute diagnostic appointment 1 week later. This left me with no car at all since the rental had already been returned when I picked this car up. I stashed it in a friends garage to try and keep it safe until the day of the appointment, at which point it would not start at all. Had it towed back to the body shop and was told if any issues were found to be unrelated, I would incur the expenses. That was over two days ago and the last time I was able to discuss my vehicle with anyone. Despite leaving messages and it being over 48 hours ago that my vehicle arrived, I cannot get anyone to answer my call and I have no missed calls or text updates. Even if it's an insurance claim, ask for your vehicle not to be sent here. 0 out of 10, but 1 was the lowest star rating option; as someone who has never left a review for anything no matter how bad, I actively do not recommend.Services: Painting, Auto engine diagnostic

I brought my Jeep here because it was one of Geico's recommended repair centers. It was supposed to be a faster, all inclusive experience because I could get Geico to do the inspection, get a rental loaner and get the repair all in one spot. I read some mixed reviews online, but as a serial Yelper, I realize quite often reviews are only written when someone is upset so I figured I'd be fine. To sum up my experience, I am will never recommend McCluskey to anyone after this piss poor experience.The drop off experience was great, I was in and out in 20 minutes or so, and that included getting a rental car from Enterprise. Problems started as pick up time came around. It was supposed to be finished on a Friday, and the text updates up until Friday morning reflected that. Around 3PM, I still hadn't heard about when I could pick up my Jeep, so I call them. I'm initially told it'll be ready at 5:30, which then turns into 6PM, but they close at 6PM.Fast forward to Monday, I'm told it'll be ready at 2PM after I call them in the morning. To be fair, they do call me promptly at 2PM and leave a message that it's ready to pick up. I pick up the Jeep Monday evening, only to find both doors are not aligned, the rocker panel trim is not aligned, a chip in the newly painted door, the emblem isn't lined up probably, interior door handle trim is scratched, and falls out when I open the door, and the interior is covered in white dust from the body shop. I return my stuff to the rental car, and leave the car with them for another full week until it was ready for pick up. To their credit, this time the gaps were fixed, the emblem and trim lined up and the interior and exterior wiped down and washed.A 5 day repair quickly turned into 12 business days, and a total of 16 days. I made multiple unnecessary trips to the body shop to make sure they would do what they were supposed to the first time.

my wife was involved in an accident. she was hit in the rear. Geico was our insurance and wanted vehicle to go here. at first everting seemed to go smoothly. we have had to take the vehicle back several times now after finding issue after issue. still waiting for to get a date to take back again. as of 4/26/23 (2 months after the wreck)Julie is the lady we had to deal with in the front office she was nice to get along with at first. after we had to bring the vehicle back she has been nothing but rude to my wife and my self,(one of the times my wife took the car back she told her it don't look bad from here as they was walking up on it)( sorry lady but we paid $36,000 for this car it needs to be right) she takes forever to respond to emails and when she does she never answers the question you ask. bottom line if you are going here and have issues you don't want to deal with her.. hope to hear from you soon Julieupdate as of 4/27/23 I received a call from insurance(still no replay to my email questions from Julie So rude) then got a call from Julie, Finally!!! Quality work. Even touched up chipped paint not related to service. Friendly service. Car looked like new. Even vacuum out the inside.Not great communication. Only got updates on the progress when I called. Changed the date of completion more than once.

People up front are friendly and helpful but the mechanics are either lazy or do not care about their work. I took my Jetta in for collision repairs. When I got it back there was an airbag error and rattling in my door. They forgot to hook up my airbag sensor and left screws loose in my door. I had to push a panel back in that was left out. When I returned for them to fix the issue I received my car with the same panel just sitting on my door. After one of the guys in the office took it back the panel is now smashed into my door, not flush with everything else and covered in screwdriver marks. Another gentleman was in there upset over shoddy repairs as well. I would rather YouTube a video on how to remove the door and fix it myself, the right way, than take it back there. Yet another "big name" repair shop I will never use again.Service: Body & Trim

!!!BEWARE!!! Dave Smith has a false sense of entitlement. Delegates most work to other people. My car was to be delivered in 8 days. It s going on 14 days. This place changed the delivery time without saying anything to me. Couldn t even match the paint on their own. I can only imagine what type of workmanship was put into my car. If it s anything like the service or communication it going to be poor. BEWARE!!! Go somewhere that values you as a paying customer. Omg they fixed my car after a auto accident the job they did was so perfect They wash your car and all afterwards unlike some other places..smh They did such a good job I called them a week later I wanted them to do another job but unfortunately Noone called me back I left a message with the person who the receptionist told me too they never called back .. other than that if you can get your car in you should my jeep is white the job was perfect

My car was broken into and my insurance sent my car to the reading location. They did an amazing job cleaning my car, replacing my window. Yet! They did a horrible job with replacing my dash air vent, radio dash kit!!!!! All they did was bend the broken pieces back into my car and made it look like it was fixed ! The place where I got my new radio install at did an amazing job replacing my radio and the dash kit!Service: Brake service & repair

Went in for a scheduled appt. on a Wednesday. Was assured to have estimate in my email in 24hrs...called back on that Friday and left a message, received no call back. Reached them on Monday to inquire about estimate and again was assured to have it shortly that same day. It's Tuesday and still don't have it. I'm not impressed with them, to say the least. I believe I dodged that bullet and they may have done me favor with their poor responce time. Needless to say that I will be taking my business and money elsewhere. They must be killing it over there in order to be able to ignore customers.....Good for them, especially in these uncertain times......But I'm sure that the higher-ups wouldn't see it that way!!!!

Not thrilled with work. Had to take vehicle back 3 times before boy work was finally repaired correctly. Chipped paint that was easy to see when the reassembled the grill (had to fix), over spray on front rims from painting front end repair were some of the sloppy repair work. Wouldn't recommend this shop. Previously had work completed here about 5 years ago and was very satisfied. Not sure what changed, but very unhappy with last repair.

This is the single worst place I have dealt with for anything like this. The drop off of my car and pick up was messed up. I pick up my my car and the left side is low like a suspension issue and the check engine light was still on. Manager basically said it was like that before despite the before pictures not looking so. Finally I left.DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.BORCHERDING IN KINGS WAS SMOOTH AS SILK AND ACTUALLY FIXED IT. because of this. I have to wait months to get it inspected at a VW.car. Still have aService: Body & Trim

After calling to see if my car was ready for pick up, no return call. While not at home my wife was called, why I do not know, She was told to call me and tell me to get there asap. I went down thru heaven afternoon traffic to get there before they closed. I was told that I should have brought the 1700 plus check with me to pay the balance. I had just received the check and call State Auto to find out what I should do with the check, no return call. Now I was presented with the problem of paying my deductible payment of 500 and the 1700 or I could not get my vehicle. Fortunately I had enough credit cards to pay to get my truck out of hock. And they had not given the truck a wash. Very disappointed in the service..

Body work was decent, but in the shop my headliner had come down and when confronted they tried to make an excuse that it was a VW problem. So i contacted VW and they assured me that make and model of gti had no such problem reported. So calling the shop back they offered to pay for half. so i called my insurance and they said theyd cover the other half. that was 3 months ago, they refuse to return my calls or my insurances. and last week my insurance just said theyd pay the whole thing but the shop still refuses to return any calls. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! very bad management

Mccluskey Collision was very professional throughout the entire process that my car was being serviced. I really liked getting periodic updates via text message throughout the process. They even finished the job three days earlier than expected!

They did a fantastic job with my bumper.It doesn't even look it was damaged.Hopefully I will not need them again,but if I do McCluskey Auto body is my choice and I recommend them to anyone who needs repairs

So Geico sent me there pickup my car up part hanging off go back again splash guard on backwards then get home look under my car the paint job was wrinkled like it's ready to peel. So you think they didn't inspect it right they did just didn't care I would recommend you not going there ever for nothing

Not at all happy. My husband was in a car accident several months ago and his car came here to be fixed. They fixed it BUT we had to take it back bc they didnt fix everything. Honestly the car should have been totalled. But it feels like we keep going back to have something fixed bc they didnt do it or fixed again bc they did it wrong.

My wife hit a deer with my truck and my insurance company (geico) recommended sending it to this body shop and right away I found out why. They talked about just straightening out my hood and using bondo to fill in the gaps. So I knew who s interest they were looking out for. The bill was over 5000 dollars and they called me and said it was ready. I got there and there was still antler marks on the fenders the bumper was installed crooked and I could see the motor through the gaps in the hood. The rubber in the wheel well was hanging off. When I complained they said all vehicles have gaps but the three 2013 silverados on their lot the hood was tight and the bumper was straight. I will never take my veichele to this body shop again and neither should you.

Terrible repair work. Fitment was way off on door and headlights. Paint had so much dirt in it, it looked like they painted it outside. Customer service was terrible too. They make it so difficult to get a status on your vehicle. Would never recommend to anyone.
