Man give this place. 10/10The girls from customer service simply amazing and also bilingual. Was really impressed with the customer services Down to the mechanic him self. Very nice and very professional. only shop in town we found that had 24 ft garage to fit out bucket truck in there. Brought the truck to this guys and told then that we where kinda in a time crunch as we used the buckets for work and we worked that very same night we brought the truck over. Part was mad hard to find and we where bummed out about having to wait 5 to 6 days just tk get the part. Little sis we know , as soon as we handed over the keys they started working on finding the part. Wish before we left the place they told us they had found the part and it was being delivered to them same day. Gets better we leave thinking the truck will be worked on over the weekend . Wrong again!!! We saw them working on the truck as we left. Before you know it they call us and told us to swing by before they close that they would have our truck ready we was mind blown. Way to go guys. We truly appreciate your efforts and all you did to get our truck on the road. Thanks to you we was able to work that night and did not miss any work. Much greatly appreciated. God bless you all :) had a very easy and pleasant experience. Recommend 110%

I ll never use this shop again. I brought my Jeep in for an alignment and the technician said it could not be done due to rust. He said he didn t even attempt to try and get it aligned he just worked on it for literally 5 min and said it wouldn t work. This same Jeep just had a full suspension and other part installed and the mechanic was able to complete it and never mentioned the rust but the technicians here are too incompetent to even attempt doing the work apparently . They were happy to charge me 70 dollars though, to tell me they couldn t do the job. This shop is a disgrace and I will tell everyone I know to avoid it.UPDATE: apparently this shop is full of liars as well as rip off s. The Technician never offered to complete the alignment he simply stated he knows it will break so he s not going to try it . This shop just wanted to make more money off me by making me buy parts I didn t really need. What a Pathetic attempt to try and make themselves look good in this situation by replying to my review with wrong information. Please avoid this shop if you can and save yourself the headache of dealing with shady people like these.

Fast friendly service and reasonable prices. Didn t need a new tire they were able to repair the old one which was great because a new tire wasn t really in my budget. But when I do need new tires I ll definitely go back.

Most of time, I went there twice get a new four tires best price cheap big deal and plus I filling up air the tires free. I love that place Best Champ .

I needed a patch in one of my tires. That gave me a quote up front and stuck to it. And then had me in and out in less than 20 minutes. If they also have a 3 tire pump outside to be used at all hours. I highly recommend coming here if you need something.

Replaced flat with a single used tire here with fast service (20 minutes) and reasonable cost ($45 total). The negative is the tire they used was almost 8 years old with less than half the tread left.

Ended up with a flat from road debri that ripped my tire. They got me in and started right away, and even though my tire had to be bought to the shop from the warehouse, they got me done in about an hour. They also have great pricing. I will definitely go back there again, and they do brakes!

The way they had me in and out before I got off work today was top tier. My company tows for them and we recommend them, and personally I recommend them now as well. Top tier service in all departments!! Friendliness, service, knowledge, and follow through all 10/10. Thanks for the help with my Corolla today guys!!

I have been using this company for many years I've been in business since 1990 this company has been serving me for many years from the father to the son anytime I needed car repair tire fix they always got me in right away could not say much more about this company except a very good job make you sometime feel like you at cheers the bar cuz everybody in there knows your name and very friendly

Service on the car went well but the costumer service, not so much. I don t know but from my experience, it seems like the older white lady is on some type of drugs. She seemed confused and out of touch.

The service was great. I was in and out in approx. 20 minutes. I went to another nationally known store and they said they couldn't get to it for a day or two. Kudos to Major Tire.

Went in for a tire losing pressure, they told me they had to send the rim off to be prepared and it would take 2 days, paid in advance then called the third day and was treated very rudely by Zoey, couldn t give me any information on my rim and said they had to call me back, finally after a week they said my rim was ready and when I went to pick it up they had threw away my tire without my permission saying it was bad??? We had no discussion of the tire and they threw away my property, they eventually found a tire out back that they said was mine but looked nothing like my tire, surely reporting this to BBB!!!!!!

Once good neighborhood type shop but I guess those days are gone. I went there to have couple of lug nut loosened since I was unable to myself and got charged $20 bucks even though they couldn't get them loose either in fact one nut broke. That's not there fault but to still charge me 20 bucks? I've coming here 30 years not coming back.

Been coming here for my car needs for many years! Fantastic service, good prices, and wonderful workers.I really appreciate them and they've been a huge comfort to me over the last many years as a single mom on a fixed income. Dependable good quality help with my tires and sometimes elderly cars

Horrible customer service. They rounded off my lug nut, due to not using the correct size socket and then proceeded to tell me it would be an additional $100 to remove the lug nut (THEY STRIPPED) although I had already spent nearly $300 on 2 tires. Our entire family has tires from this company. This will be the last time that we ever spend money at Major Tire.

The staff is always friendly, and polite. I've never had a complaint with their customer service or the quality of their work. Two enthusiastic thumbs up.

Not a bad place for used tires. Can be a bit over priced for parts & labor.. Love that you can get free air but, if you have an alignment issue & can t get it done. They still charge you a $70 checkout fee. Which is ridiculous. Granted, it went towards the work but $600 for upper control arms. That only takes 20min per side at best & premium MOOG parts only cost me. $75 a piece. She clearly pulled the number ($600) out the sky. Where are the men? If they want this business to continue to stay in business. They better find them, cause they definitely just lost one.

Great service and go out of their way to make sure everything is done right. They polish the inside rim of the wheel to make a great seal of the tire. Try and save you money on tires as you know can be quite expensive. Fast service as well. Love them!

We have come to appreciate this business, as they take care of their clients.We purchased a 21 year old vehicle.We expected to spend some money to get it up to speed, and they met our expectations.These people meet the expectations of the community they serve.We are grateful that we live in the community that they serve.

RV had flat tire and broken valve stem.. they were wonderful and I was back on the road within 3 hours great price 125.$ for the work fast when they were up to their eyes in work. By far the best experience I have ever had at a repair shop. Recommend this place to you.

Hello, the employees are very professional and very nice. I had a great experience their for my last 2 visits. I apologize for the previous comments. You really should go to Major Tires because they are the best tire store in Cincinnati , Ohio. God bless you all and if your having a bad day don t take it out on others like I did.
