When traveling from Michigan to Florida, our car broke down on the freeway around the corner from this shop. Thank goodness because they were able to fix all of our issues and get us back on the road. Very kind to me and my family and very honest and fair! We truly appreciated everything they did!

We arrived late in the day from Canada. We needed an emergency tire repair to our camper and it was close to closing time. Louis and crew went out of their way to make sure our holiday wasn't spoiled. They care, they are fair and good at what they do! This gentleman thought I was desperate to get my vehicle repaired. He quoted me a price which was higher than the dealership. He attempted to justify his inflated price with nonsense. If you are looking for an honest mechanic, go elsewhere.

Louis and his team truly helped me in a huge bind when my car s radiator went out. He was able to quickly diagnose and offer a straightforward solution without all the frills and upselling you get at other big shops. He is interested in fixing your car and getting you back on the road in a timely manner at a fair price. I am so grateful that they are my neighbors and I ll recommend their shop to anyone I can. Great work, very friendly, quick and efficient. Cash only, you have to buy the parts, but good work at a low cost. Im not from Cinci, I m from Louisville, Kentucky. I was here on work, finished the last of the job, was about to hop on the expressway and my car alerted me I had low pressure in a tire. Google directed me to the closest tire repair place, which was here. Louis had me out of here in less than the time it took me to have a smoke, and only charged me $20. Nothing costs $20 or less anymore. I m so grateful and am writing this review from the lot before I pull off. Thank you so much for being quick and friendly and REASONABLE AS HELL. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Very knowledgeable and great prices. The last two mechanics couldn't figure out my electrical issue, he had it diagnosed in five minutes by extensive knowledge and following a logical path of elimination. They took longer than I expected, but they charged a third of what I was expecting. I was heading through the area on a long trip home when my vehicle started acting up. I brought it into the nearest auto repair shop, which happened to be Louis', in the morning. My car is a very old piece of junk, but Louis was able to fix it by mid-afternoon. I was able to continue on my trip without having to kill time all day, spend money on a hotel room and miss valuable driving time. The price for his services was very reasonable. He was friendly, accommodating, professional and respectful.

We were in Covington for the weekend from indy and started having car issuesLouis was recommended to us from staff at Embassy Suites. Took the car there on a Holiday weekend and it too Louis 15 min to diagnose our problem and about a hour to fix it. We were only charged $60.00 and haven't had any issues since with the car. This was the best mechanic shop I ve been to! Louis was honest and reasonable about his work and prices. Another shop I went to wanted $1400 to fix my car and Louis fixed it in 2 hours for only $325. Louis has been my sister's and niece's mechanic for years. He is known to be honest and to do high quality work, along with having great prices. I recently took my daughter's car to his shop and I'm highly satisfied!

He put a rebuilt transmission in my 2005 GMC Safari. He did an outstanding job! I am very pleased with his prices and timeliness!! I recommend him to all my friends and relatives.

I would highly recommend this shop. I was very worried, because my car was acting up and it was Christmas Eve (today). I brought it into Louis shop and they looked at my car immediately. I ended up having to do a flush on my transmission and replacing my serpentine belt. The whole staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They even replaced my tail light for free. 10/10 would come back again. Thank you guys for taking care of everything!

Courteous and professional service. Louis freed a stuck shock bolt then installed the rear shocks with care for my older pickup truck. Louis is very helpful both on the phone and in the shop. He knew my problem when I described the noises the car made. He is honest and sincere and really helped me out while I was on vacation. He treats you like family.

These men worked for many hours on a tough spark plug job for us. (2005 Ford f150, the plugs break easy when removing) I appreciate their fair prices and hard work for sure. I will HIGHLY recommend them!

I love this place great customer service here I was hesitant at first being that I just dropped by in desperate need.Well I made a great decision Mr. Louis and staff was inviting and made me feel like family espesially while I waited to have my car serviced . I was also shocked seeing that they had all the equipment to keep your vechicle in best shape. Mr.Louis earned my trust as a customer imediately Mr. Louis was honest straight forward gave me my options and then his opinion on the best service for my vehicle which is uncommon now day's most mechanics i experienced scammed me for my money not him I will most certainly be back with my other vechicles .Keep up they great work Louis!!

I like the owner and his personality. But very expensive . Wanted to charge me 350 for labor to put a starter on my vehicle and I went somewhere else and had it done for 250 parts and labor
