Experts, honest, reliable and customer centric. I had been searching the region for an auto body shop that fit the bill and Llanfair ended being above and beyond. My car needed a big repair and they were able to give me an accurate estimate as well as an estimate of the actual time from start to finish. A lot of places will try to cushion that just to get business but this crew seems to be all aces in my book. Communication and customer service were also above and beyond. I'm glad to have found them.

I m very impressed and satisfied with the service received at Llanfair Body Shop. The customer service was outstanding. They provided a reasonable estimate, worked with my insurance company and did an outstanding job on the body work. They completed the repairs while I was out of town and did a complete detail of the vehicle, inside and out. I picked up my vehicle and it was absolutely spotless and repaired perfectly. If I ever need auto body repairs again, I will definitely get it done at Llanfair.

Everyone here is so nice and they are incredibly easy to work with. They did a great job repairing my car after a collision and handed it back looking brand new. Their communication is excellent and I highly recommend them.

I want to give a big thank you for the treatment my husband and I received today from this establishment. Our truck was towed to this location. Upon getting our vehicle it would not start. Mr. Dave, Terry and a lovely lady I forgot her name, addressed the issue and gave us a jump. They didn t have to help but they did. Wonderful people and I m truly grateful.

Great people! I hit a deer and needed to get a quote. I went in and got seen immediately! They were friendly and accommodating, and they even were dealing with the ins. company, so there are fewer hang-ups. I am now on a waiting list to have the work done.

The before pictures don't do the amount of damage justice. The front bumper had deteriorated more to the point pieces were falling apart into the street. Llanfair has my baby looking BRAND NEW! A couple family members asked me had a purchased a new car I replied with a proud, NO! I got it fixed! Very happy customer from the work to friendly service. Will use them for cosmetic service in the future!Service: Body & Trim

This shop went out of their way to help me get in and out sooner than the schedule seemed to allow and I am truly grateful. This shop has streamlined all processes and even took additional steps they were not obligated in order to do an exceptional job. Thanks everyone at llanfair body shop, y'all will be recommended. Sorry my car was so dirty.

Had my Nissan Armada there for a collision repair. They repaired it quick, answered all my questions, and returned it to me in excellent condition. I would highly recommend them.

I collided with a deer and had multiple front end damages to repair. They provided easy access to alternative transportation and frequent status reports as the repairs were completed. Llanfair did a great job repairing my Fusion's back end. When I got my car back, it smelled great, looked great, and drove great. Truly appreciate all the work Llanfair did for us! Dave is an awesome person! Very easy to work with and takes a lot of pride in his business and employees! You are always greeted with a smile the minute you arrive, from him and his staff. Car was rear ended(trunk couldnt close, severely bent in) and llanfair was very kind, professional, and fast! They assisted with the rental car company and fixed the car within a week of dropping it off at the shop. It even got detailed! I took my Chevy Silverado took Llanfair out of convenience, but boy was I pleased with the out come. It looks better then when I bought it, the body gaps was prefect, the paint was flawless. And they was super friendly and professional when I dropped it off and when I picked it up. If I ever need a body shop again I know where I m taking it!!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I ve had a couple of my cars there and the work is second to none. Dave made it a very good experience. Very nice guy. I live in Milford about 40 minutes out from Llanfair and could have had it done locally but our first experience was so good they got a customer for life.

From the moment I met Dave at his shop he made a bad day turn into an awesome experience with his shop and his crew did the most amazing job on repairs and cleaning. Dave and his crew members will treat your vehicle and situation very seriously and understand things are tough after accident but best thing ever was accident because I met a great man connected to his community. I was in a minor car accident and was not trying to do extensive work to my car, but wanted to do enough to pass inspection. I asked John to fix just the tail light and do some light work on my car. To my surprise, when I showed up to pick up my car, he did more than just replace the tail light. I was really impressed with the work and they did. They did not try to charge me above what they quoted me even though they did more than they needed to. It was a great experience working with them.

My Family, and I have taken our cars to Llanfair since I was at least 5 years old, and I'm 30 now. I grew up in Northbrook in a much better time. This place is one of the few GOOD businesses left in Northbrook! Dave will not only ensure you receive quality service in a timely manner, but he will go above, & beyond to help his customers.There's been MANY times myself, or a family member have had a small amount of damage on our cars, and weren't sure if we should report to insurance with a $500+ deductible. Dave has NEVER overcharged us like many other body shop's tried to. He's an honest man running a quality small business. I'd highly recommend his business to anyone in need of any level of body repair!!!
