Cody and the entire team at Lincoln of Cincinnati were phenomenal. We drove from Indianapolis not only to buy our vehicle but to get our first service! They are definitely five star and I would highly recommend any individual within a couple hours of Cincinnati who is interested in buying a Lincoln highly considered this dealership.

Cody goes out of his way to ensure he takes care of his clients. He ensures to communicate when ever he has new information and explain all options. He makes sure to provide the service you expect to receive from a high class operation.

Very quick and easy! Service manager Corey was polite, professional, and efficient. I like that they washed my car and even vacuumed! Nice to have a loaner to run errands, and Corey even helped transfer my groceries from the loaner to my Lincoln Corsair.

Our service was excellent! Such nice people and our service rep was Cody Joyce. He was so nice and informative and too time to inform us of our service. Arleen was also so nice and was helpful. They have the best service department around. We will be back if anything comes up. Our battery was dead and they had it replaced in no time. I absolutely love having a Lincoln, the service I get, is absolutely the best! I have never had better service even after buying the car. For my oil change and car issues I have had they were more than accommodating and so easy to work with. Their communication is superb. I would recommend this particular location too. The people like Cody and other team members at this location really have their customer service going above and beyond! Don t look any further, you won t regret it!

My 2020 Lincoln Corsair recently broke down and was undrivable. My service technician Roger with Lincoln of Cincinnati, in addition to over seeing the repairs to fix my vehicle, Roger provided for me at no charge an oil change and tire rotation because the dealership was unable to provide me a loader vehicle due to the fact that my service visit was not previously scheduled.

Corey Joyce and the team at Lincoln of Cincinnati were great to work with. Corey did a great job communicating what was going on with my car when it was in the shop for longer than expected. They found an additional issue and took care of it promptly. I appreciate having a loaner vehicle so I did not have to wait for service on my vehicle, I was able to go about my day. I will continue to use them for service on my vehicle.

JT Howard made our experience with Lincoln of Cincinnati great from start to finish. Response was quick and he provided photos and videos and as much background as was available. The mechanic (I believe it was Rex) went the extra mile to complete a repair on Saturday before we made the trip from Michigan to pick up my dream car. I've been to other Lincoln dealerships of late, but find that Lincoln of Cincinnati is the embodied vision that Lincoln want's for it's customers. Had a recall and a tire with slow leak. Cody got got me scheduled right away. They picked up my car on time with a great driver I am handicap and the drivers go out of their way to make sure my loaner is parked so I can get to it. Corey was so helpful. He listened and made things happen quickly. You can tell he genuinely cares. Just what you would expect from a service advisor. The service is hands down the best I've had. This is my second vehicle that I bought from Lincoln of Cincinnati, and it's people like Corey from Service and Steve from Sales that will keep me purchasing a Lincoln.
