They got my car back to me within a week (even though it was a holiday week!!), took care of everything with my insurance (didn t have to talk to them at all since we scheduled the appt), and even detailed my car before giving it back to me!10/10 if you re looking for someone in Cincy!

Gary Rains Body Shop did an excellent shop on my 2017 ford fusion , it looked even better after then before the accident. I was frustrated with everything that was going on , but they made sure to keep me updated every step of the way and made sure my car was done in a timely manner since i had to pay for my rental. My car was done 6 days before they originally estimated it. If i have ever need body work done again I will DEFINITELY be back!.

This place is amazing for two reasons: 1) They do great autobody repair -- even the insurance company who recommended them said they were top rated, and 2) They are a small business that genuinely cares for the common person's finances and time. My mechanic called me and told me when my car repair would be late, why it would be late, and how he could make things better. I can't recommend these guys and gals enough -- they are worth the wait!Services: Carburetor cleaning, Painting, Body & Trim, Welding

I had the unfortunate circumstance of heading to my car in the morning for work and realizing my rear bumper was smashed. Fortunately, the other driver left a note for me and made the recovery that much easier. Mad props to him for doing that!Their insurance company recommended Gary Rains Body Shop Inc. at the top of the list for my repair options.... So glad I took the recommendation! Absolutely did an amazing job, you could never tell it happened! They had me drop it off Monday morning and had it looking new and shiny by Wednesday afternoon. The team at Gary Rains Body Shop were great to deal with and did a beautiful job repairing the front fender and bumper on my 2020 Honda Pilot. It's looking like new again. From day 1 they were responsive to our needs, kept us fully informed through the process and completed the repairs ahead of schedule. Their work met all our expectations. After my SUV got rear-ended a few weeks ago, I was worried about finding a reputable auto body shop to make a quality repair to my early model Ford Escape. I ve loved this car for 13 years! My insurance company highly recommended Gary Rains Body Shop, and I m glad they did. Working with Rocky to schedule the repair was so simple and easy; he s a nice guy that cares about his customers. I can not echo the positive reviews that others have provided.I did have to bring my vehicle back 2 times after it was "finished".My issues were poorly aligned body panels, paint on the windows, and a door that does not close properly.I gave up after picking up the truck and finding there is still paint on the window, and the door still does not close properly.I resolved the issues elsewhere.To be fair, i gave 2 stars, other than painting the windows, the paint job looks good.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Took my car there last week. I dealt with Mark, he was great and listened to the few requests i had. The work was done before the time they estimated and my car looks great. Great work, affordable prices, and quick a d quality work. Very happy with my service and recommend them to anyone

In my opinion, The best Auto Body Shop in Cincinnati.Gary Rains treats you as if you the most important part of his business.After I dropped my car off, Gary Rains handled all contact with the insurance company, getting all the additional repairs approved.The body work was done in a timely manner and I couldn't find one defect in the workmanship.Five Stars and two thumbs up!

I can't say enough good things about the guys and the work at Gary Rains. I worked with Mike and Rocky. Very professional, considerate of your time, and treat you with respect. The team at Gary Rains is the absolute best. From the top man Denny, to Michelle at the front desk, to the talented technician, everyone in the body shop, even the detailers! It took me 28 years but was in my first fender bender. My insurance company suggested Gary Rains as it was close to where I live. They called as soon as they got the referral from insurance and setting up the time and getting the work done even quicker than expected was a pleasant surprise. The repair was great and they made the process hassle free. Highly recommend.

They fixed my car in about 24 hours and it looks amazing. My car came back to me vacuumed out and wiped down. There were surface level scratches on my drivers side door that they wiped off for me (wasn t included in the repairs). I have been showing everyone my car and the repairs. Would definitely recommend them.

I was in an auto accident and they did an amazing job fixing up my vehicle. They were very respectful and helpful. They worked with me and help me with getting rental car situated. And my car looks amazing with only being in the shop a few days! I am highly satisfied with this body shop.

They did such a great job on my 2017 Toyota Yaris IA.. rear quarter panel , and rear bumper. They were polite and professional. They explained everything clearly and I didn't have to sit around AT ALLL before or after fixing my car. I swear I spend less than 10 minutes in the shop all together lol!! I really really loved my experience with this shop. Thank you so much to the people who spent time on my vehicle! ALSO THEY DETAILED MY WHOLE CAR , INSIDE AND OUT!!!

This body shop is amazing. My truck got hit twice within 4 months and they fixed it both times. Second hit was pretty bad and got it done in a week! They did a beautiful job. Got it back the night before thanksgiving. Very impressed with them. Joe and Mark put in the extra effort to get it done. I highly recommend them

My '12 Civic got into a fight with a manhole cover and lost, through my insurance I chose Gary Rains and they did not disappoint! Took my car in on a Monday and had her back by Thursday. I ve never been treated so rudely in my life.Guy at front desk insisted I have appointment for two inch scratch being handled by insurance. Upon arrival he wasn t ready and had he standing around in a freezing unheated space.It got worse from there, they didn t take proper pictures so I had to go back, 30 minutes away for second estimate. Then after the insurance company refused to do all the add on and not needed work, this same incompetent guy called and said he had wasted too much time and he didn t want to do job. After offering to pay difference out of pocket he said let me see if we want to do it. By this time I went to Lexus and they did it for a third of Gary Rains. I think they must be anti Semitic. Stay away!

They have no clue when it comes to simple suspension repair. They said it would be a week. I called them, get excuses and now it's another week for a small repair they quoted at 5 hours!Ridiculous. Stay away if you need suspension work. Dents and paint seem to be their forte.

My family has been going to Gary Rains for years. They recently fixed damage from a deer and the job they did is incredible. They always are so happy and grateful, and I would recommend them to anyone who needs body work.
