Best car shopping experience ever. We have purchased vehicles from a variety of dealerships, brands, used, certified pre-owned, new, and in two different states. This was our best experience. How long it took to be greeted, test driving, listening to our needs/wants, salesman kept us in the loop about finding the right car for us, buying process/paperwork, all of it was painless. And we did all of it with three kids in tow, including a 2-year-old. Everyone was nice and pleasant. Again, best car shopping experience.

I would give them 10 stars if i could! I had the pleasure of having JEFF for my salesman of the Range Rover Evoque Convertible. He was amazing from start to finish. This being the first time buying a car from an ad online, never seeing or driving the car i was quite apprehensive. But all that went away due to his special care, professionalism, knowledge and just plain kindness! ! I flew in to Cincinnati and drove back to Maine in awe of what had just happened!!! He even took like 2 hours out of his busy day to show me how to use all the many different features of the vehicle!!! Right?! What salesman does that?!? It s refreshing knowing there are still kind hearted people that are willing to go out of there way to make u feel special! Also special shout outs to Mrs. Pam the receptionist and Derick the finance guy, they were terrific as well! So if you re shopping for a new/used vehicle, GO THERE, ask for JEFF and sit back and enjoy the experience!

Just one call I was welcomed, the customer care is top notch, flexible in negotiating for a car deal, most especially the sales man (Greg Gaver) assigned to me gave me more confidence that am at the right place to buy my car and Lisa was friendly. My car is near and presentable Hope to do this again in no distance time.

Greg and Anna and the team helped us navigate a Discovery lease over the course of 6 months as we were working through the expiry of two other leases vehicles. They were patient and thoughtful and helpful and we felt heard and taken care of by everyone at this dealership. And ultimately we ended up with a fanatic vehicle that fit our needs and one we love to drive.

I will never buy from another dealer again! Eric West is incredibly knowledgeable and knows his cars! This was my third purchase from him and I will never buy from anyone else. The entire crew there ensures that you are taken care of and leave with the luxury vehicle you came in for. The service provided here is not typical of a car dealership. It is an amazing experience and one that you want to ensure others are aware of. Eric West and Cincinnati Jaguar/Land Rover is second to none. You will not be disappointed!

Cincinnati Jaguar is Fast Friendly and Customer Centered. We own 2 e pace 300 s. I just bought a brand new 2021 yesterday. Jaguar Cincinnati has the best selection around. Especially in covid times when selection is very limited, check them out! Glen made the sales transaction so smooth. I was able to drop my 2019 off for its service and pick my brand new one up in less than an hour, along with Lisa s help! Customer for life! Love my Jaguars!

Great staff! Everyone, and I mean EVERYONE, will greet you with a smile and ask you if there's anything they can do for you or get you a drink or snack. Lol. Zero pressure from the sales department. Jeff Knollman is the best and makes you feel like you're buying your vehicle from your best bud. Lisa Coleman is the finest Director of Finance I've ever met. She won't steer you wrong and has the customer's best interest at heart. Tony in Service is top notch and makes sure to keep you updated on your progress as well as double and triple checks the work before the vehicle is returned. If you need a loaner brought to you or your vehicle delivered back to you, ask for DJ, he's always happy to go above and beyond to get your vehicle back to you safely, with a smile. So worth the drive from Columbus, OH! Do yourself a favor and experience Jaguar Land Rover Cincinnati.

Great dealership! The staff are very kind and helpful. This don't look down at people because of how they dress or what they drive like some of the other Land Rover dealers in the area. It's worth the hour plus drive there! We get our Land Rover worked on there since they have one of the nicest service department I have seen in a dealership with a small auto museum of old Jags. The pictures are from the off-road course in the back of the dealership. Down side you have to be invited to drive there, but very nice!

One of the best used car buying experiences I've ever had. My salesman Glen Sullivan was helpful, friendly, and efficient. The paperwork was quick and easy financing and without any unexpected surprises. I am pleased as can be with my car. Great reputable dealer.

I was extremely disappointed with the service department. I took my car in for brakes on a Thursday, Friday still hadn t heard anything. I tried to call nobody returned my call . The weekend passed still nothing . Monday came I called and they said they would call me back .I Finally called them back myself at noon on Monday and they hadn t even started my brakes. Told me they would be done at 3:30, got the call it was in wash and to come pick it up . Arrived it hadn t been washed told them it was fine . The gentleman that checked me out made zero eye contact didn t greet me just told me the price and swiped my card . My husband left a message for the GM to call us . He was in a meeting and we have still never received a call . They can t say I was a Karen because nobody ever talked to me . I ve purchased two cars from them and will now find a new deal. Very disappointing.

We had a wonderful experience working with Ali Clarke while shopping for our Discovery Sport this past week. Not only was she extremely knowledgeable about the different vehicles but she was incredibly responsive and patient with any questions we had. I find car buying to be sometimes intimidating or overwhelming but Ali made the entire experience fun and easy. Everything from the sales manager Ricky welcoming me in and making sure everything was going smoothly, to working with Ali on finding the right vehicle, and signing papers with Lisa was such high end customer service. I highly recommend working with their team on your next car buying adventure! You won't regret it!

Amongst some other things, the main thing is that there's no good after sale customer service. Ordered a brand new truck And it had a small rip in the seat. I never got my second key fob. After numerous attempts ,they were supposed to pick up my vehicle, program it (2nd key) and repair the rip. After six months never got anything accomplished with them nor a refund for the 2nd key. They also have NO collision shop

Fantastic experience all around! We drove to Cincinnati LR from the Louisville Land Rover dealership after having a horrible experience with them. The crew, namely salesman Jim Rutter, at Cincinnati Land Rover are super friendly, courteous, and all around created a pleasurable, quick experience to buying our new Range Rover. A complete night-and-day experience compared to the Louisville location. THANK YOU JIM!

We buy/change vehicles often and LRC is one of the best we've dealt with. Top quality staff. Erin was our sales lead. She opened the doors for us just after closing to answer a few questions when she saw us walking the lot. She's continued that level of service as we've added features and modifications. Would highly recommend going to JLC and ask for Erin

Glad I avoided doing business with this dealership! Love the car I ended up purchasing from a DIFFERENT DEALERSHIP. Highly recommend working with Performance Kings Honda better customer service and they were able to get me a way better deal!If someone from this dealership replies stating I am not in their system or they have no records of me that would be because their sales representative, Frank, couldn t even be bothered to get my name right, even after seeing my license.

They will not explain any charges to you so be prepared to ask questions. My yearly service averages $1400 without any repairs- just maintenance. When I sat to checkout I was barely spoken to with little to no eye contact. This is my third year receiving service here and it s always been the same. I feel so belittled every single time. I will not return.I must say that Eddie (tech that takes your car and welcomes you) has always been wonderful.

I had the best experience at Land Rover Cincinnati yesterday. I booked an appointment with them online for an oil change back in December as our local dealer was booked out into end of February. I called the service department before heading to Cincinnati just to confirm. The service advisor, Barbie, could not find my appointment in their system. However, she went above and beyond to help me despite their own backlog. She got approval from the manager, Jayme, to proceed and honor my appointment. I am extremely happy with the service they provided, and it was performed in a timely manner. All of the staff I encountered were nice and professional; and I was quite comfortable while I waited. Thank you so much Exceptional job!

I live in Louisville, but bought my car in Land Rover Cincinnati. I tried saving myself drive time once by taking my car to the dealership in Louisville, but I did not experience the same service or kindness. It is worth it, to me, to drive for the kindness and helpfulness of the staff at Cincinnati. Cheyenne helped me this past time and he was so kind, gave me some good tips about my car, and set me up with a place to work while I was waiting for my car to be finished. I will definitely continue making the journey for the quality of service I receive at Land Rover Cincinnati!Thanks!

The sales team is professional and extremely knowledgeable. Anthony Gardner knows just about everything you could ever want to know about luxury vehicles and made learning about all the different options and features among their various SUV and crossover models easy to understand and compare. He was an absolute pleasure to work with and found exactly what we wanted. The service team here is top-notch, and unlike any I ve ever experienced in the past. We always feel that we re in good hands. They are incredibly competent and efficient and always go above and beyond to provide an excellent experience. Having my Range Rover in for service is never a hassle. Jayme Fox is always attentive and courteous and takes great care of us. Management is also exceptional here, and they make sure you feel good about your experience every time. The General Manager Andy Wise is highly engaged and very responsive, and the Service Manager Stephen Golden is very hands-on and trustworthy. An excellent team!

My wife and I just purchased a 2022 Land Rover Defender and we had a great experience with dealership. Our sales rep, Jeff Knollman, did an excellent job explaining the vehicle and all of the bells and whistles. We want to thank Jeff as he did not pressure us, just let us do our thing and helped us make an excellent choice. Andy wise did an excellent job walking us through the financing and the other options for the vehicle. Overall an excellent experience. Thank you.

My experience at Land Rover Cincinnati was awesome! Michael, my service advisor was very good, making certain he understood everything. The service was also very fast...this is my first Range Rover after owning BMW for years...so far, not only do I love, love, love the vehicle, but the experience at the dealership was phenomenal! I did have a couple of issues making the appt (this dealership's service dept does not use the online service appt scheduler on the website), but once that was all straightened out, it was a fab experience!! Thank you!!!
