All the staff at Kitu s Auto provided me with top tier customer service and quality work on my vehicle. The office staff was on top of the entire process with my insurance company, down to ordering the parts needed for my repair. Kitu himself is very hands on with the repair process ensuring everything is done correctly and communicating details related to the repair. They were super helpfuly getting me schedule and working with me on timing since I drove from out of town. I could not ask for a better collision repair experience. This is an excellent collision repair team. While I hope to never need their services again, (who wants to be in an accident) I ll be sure to use Kitu s Auto if I do.Service: Body & Trim

I recently moved to Ohio, so when I needed an auto repair, I had no idea who to go to or who I could trust. I found Kitu s Auto Online, by the grace of God. I called and got an appointment for an estimate the same day, the very next day my car was fixed. Kitu has EXCELLENT customer service. He was friendly and warm, with great energy. He found me a deal on a part I needed, he stuck to his timeline to have my car fixed, and there were no surprises. The crew working with Kitu were equally friendly and amazing at what they do. Heard of Kitu through a friend. I stopped by and he was professional and personable from the jump. I had an estimated guess of what I felt I should pay for labor and he when he quoted me it was right in the ball park. I needed an entire new bumber, head lights, and a few dents popped out and painted on the hoodI dropped my car off and three days later it was ready for pick up. Overall, prices are reasonable and service was great and done in a timely manner. This is now my to go shop for any cosmetic things I need done to my cars.

Got into an accident & first time needing auto body work. Went around to the best rated shops in cincinnati & Kitu s had the best price and delivered on the job! Finished my car in half the time and let me buy my own parts to cut costs. Kitu met me after hours to pick up my car. All in all wonderful & impressive service & happy with the repairs & paint job. I can t say enough about Kitu s Auto Group. His collision and detail services have renewed my car to showroom appearance not once but twice. He was able to make 2 hit and run accidents non existent and even made my interior look and smell brand new! That speaks volumes considering I also have children. Kitu and his staff went above and beyond to meet my needs and I m appreciative of his work. I will undoubtedly be returning for all my repair, collision and detailing needs. You should too.

If your looking for a shop that has the work quality of the big chain companies but small enough were you don't feel like just another number, Kitu is the man to go see. He is professional, passionate, and does quality work. I've recommend friends and they all had amazing experiences and now I recommend you to Kitu Auto!

Kitu s Auto Body shop is the best! His shop installed my side view mirror in less than an hour! His prices are very reasonable and has very outstanding customer service! I highly recommend him!

The passion Kitu has for his craft in collision repair is second to none. This is a person I recommend on a day to day basis from paint jobs to collision repairs. Crashed the front end of my car during an ice storm. All collison shops around Dayton needed my car for more than a week and couldn't fix my car anytime soon. I searched for shops and Kitu's Auto showed up with 5 star reviews. He got my car in the same week, and my car was finished 5 days later. When they took off my bumper, my car was damaged worse than thought. He handled contacting my insurance for me. It was worth driving 45 mins from Dayton to Cincinnati for how smoothly things went and professional they are.

My great aunt was very distressed about getting her hood open. After taking it to auto zone and midas I thought he would have to do body work to get it open, the car has a dent in the front. As soon as we got there he got the hood open and didn't charge us a thing. Thanks a lot Kitu!!!

Very professional !! Reasonable BUT has to much of work load my paint started chipping a month later and now it s 3 months later my car needs a new paint job had paint on my windows that I can t get off it was a rushed job .Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim
