Great experience with Chris. Arrived closed to closing on a Saturday and sadly the finance team wouldn t stay past closing to sell us the car. We worked together to finalize the deal virtually on Monday. Everything was quick and easy! The team worked with my husband throughout the day to make sure everything was ready to go! We test drove multiple atlas s and was impressed with the pre-owned inventory.

We had been looking for a vehicle for my 19 year college daughter for over 2 months, she test drove Audi, Volvo, Infiniti, Nissan, Toyota, Land Rover and out of all those vehicles she wanted the Volkswagen Tiguan. During our journey you wouldn't believe the amount of lies we heard, the uncourteous sales staff and managers at the various dealerships along the way. (All Dealerships, no used car sales places in the Indianapolis area) We were about to give up when I mentioned to my daughter we should try Kings Volkswagen, I purchased a Mazada at Kings Mazda and they were awesome. So on 11/20/23 she drove down 3 hours from college and we met at Kings Volkswagen. As soon as we walked in we were met by the smiling face of Chris (doc) Davis, we told him what we were looking for, (certified used Tiguan or Taos) he took us to those vehicles, (in the rain) and told us to let him know which vehicles we wanted to test drive. We told him the 2 vehicles we were interested in, he got us the keys and let us rest drive them, (a Tiguan and Taos), when we were done my daughter settled on the Black 2022 VW Tiguan SE 4-Motion with 11,994 miles. We purchased the vehicle right then and there, the process was painless, everyone was amazing. We didn't get all the paperwork done that night so we were allowed to take the car home and finish the next day online. Finishing the paperwork online was easy and painless. When it was all said and done my daughter has a very nice vehicle which is warranty covered for the life of the loan, (which is 72 months), (talk about piece of mind). I can tell you for certain l, without a doubt we will never go to another dealership as long as we buy cars. They are very nice, professional, upfront and honest, which is what every consumer is looking for when buying a vehicle. Thank you so much Chris and Kings Volkswagen you all are true professionals!!!!!

I had a pleasant auto shopping experience at Kings VW. Their personnel were professional and friendly. I worked with Bryan S and Eric. They were super nice, easy to work with. The car buying process was smooth.

The service team was able to take a walk-in appointment and get us in and out pretty quickly. They saw that we had three toddlers with us and they were able to prioritize getting us in and out in a reasonable manner. When my husband left the dealership, the check engine light came on. We know this sometimes happens after an oil change. He went through the technical processes to ensure the car settings were reset. This did not change anything. Upon further inspection, when he opened the hood, the oil cap was not tightened. While an easy fix, something like this should not be an oversight as it is vital to help the car run smoothly and safely.

This is the second vehicle that I have purchased from Kings Volkswagen. Both experiences have been excellent. I worked with Chris Davis and Erick Henize both times. Chris listens to the voice of the customer. He will work with you on pricing and will work hard to find the exact car you are looking for and quickly. Erick in finance is extremely knowledgeable and transparent. He makes sure you understand the process, how it works and the benefits. The team will check in with you regularly to make sure you are still enjoying your new car. Kings Volkswagen is top notch when it comes to pricing, quality, maintenance, and customer service.

Came to the dealership pre-approved with a very competitive rate and took 15 minutes before a salesperson talked to me while in their show room floor. Chris the sales person said he was busy and couldn t help us right then, but gave us the keys and processed our DL to start a test drive. All well and good.We got back, and he s still busy, but we want to talk numbers. He s working with two couples from what we could see outside of ourselves . Lots of other sales people have no one. We wait for 30 minutes or more before finally the sales manager Matt came out with numbers to negotiate in his lobby.I tell him about the pre-approval numbers and said that if he was willing to work with us more, we d finance with anyone who could get close to that rate so he d make his financing incentive. He didn t want to run our credit so we walked after I told him it was exceptional. At lunch I crunched some numbers and saw we were close, so I called him back and insisted he run our credit. My credit score was 848, and we had a 33% downpayment. He called back 5 minutes later and had a rate similar to ours to make the deal happen.Upon returning to buy the car, Chris had no idea about the deal but was going to have us sign paperwork. I had a few questions about the car and insisted he actually take some time and show us the car before we made a deal. He said he d meet us outside. My 8 month pregnant wife and I stood outside for probably 15 minutes waiting for him before I went back inside and found him helping a couple who appeared to have just walked in. Finally he came out and answered our few questions.Finance was a breeze and was very helpful and provided a service you d expect when buying a car. When he passed us back to Chris after hours for delivery, Chris was on his phone and never spoke a single word to us, didn t know where the car was parked, and just shook our hands. I found the car with the fob.The sales team was far below our expectations and I felt I did all the work to make the deal work. If the price had not been competitive, we would have walked and not came back. Very thankful this is not our local VW dealership because we would not have purchased after that dismal experience.

Offering items that cost $265 with an install fee of $900 almost cost you guys a sale on the entire car. I had also requested front and rear muddy buddy mats like 5 times only to be informed that it comes with monster mats like that was what I had requested kind of urked me. The price of the sale was different than the promised original price even after an "adjustment" was made to appease me. Also Whatever happened to the good ol days where yall don't rush people through a process like this. No freebies or extra simple things on a $50,000 is a bit sad. Overall the experience was fine, but I didn't feel like I was buying your top of the line sports car. I felt like an average customer, being ran through a spinning door to get me in and out. I'd definitely dig some kind of compensation, but I doubt anyone of importance will ever see this.

Would not give even one star but you can't post the review unless at least one start is highlited. Made appointment via website for 10,000 mile service as well as three other issues we wanted checked. Dropped car off the night before for an 8:30am appointment. Called at 3:00 in the afternoon to see if car was done, hadn't even looked at it because we weren't sitting there and waiting. When we did pick it up, the tires hadn't been rotated and the oil filter hadn't been changed. Would not recommend.

Please stay away, many issues to write up. There are many very nice VW dealerships in the area. Rude, I tried to contact the service manager ( Mr. Cooper) but no luck, then I went in person but he was not available. Still waiting to hear from him, Didn't call back. I call & left voice mail for Mr. Sink General manager, still waiting to hear back

I took my Atlas in because the key fob isn't always starting my car. The app is never be able to used to start it either. I was told I need a new battery in my fob. Fine. However, both fobs only work sometimes regardless of the battery status. My biggest problem though is that when I told them and showed them the app will not work to start my car, they had zero answers and literally said "I don't know why it won't work" and then sent me on my way. After driving 40 minutes to the dealer and sitting through my appt... it was hours of my day wasted. When I have a 1.5 year old car that I paid nearly 50k for, I expect things to work. I was so angry I went and looked at a new Honda. It may sound petty but I have had my "new" car in there for misc things multiple times in the short time I have owned it. I am not impressed with how each time some of the staff their acts like you are stupid with your reason for even being there to begin with. Anyway, I plan to reach out to VW about this problem with the remote start. Hopefully it gets resolved and more of my time is not wasted.

Scheduled service and had to wait 2 weeks to get in. When we arrived there was suppose to be a loaner vehicle and there was not. Had to reschedule and wait another 2 weeks. Find out breaks were bad as addumed for the 3rd time now but fond out it was due to them not replacing them the last time and only replacing bad rotors and not bad pads as well do ruined rotors again because they neglected to fix properly.

I bought a 2018 Ford edge from Kia Voltswagon in Gaithersburg MD about a month and a half ago. They fixed some outside damage of the vehicle and delivered it to my house a week and a half later. I was very happy with the work they did. About 2 weeks later the engine light came on and since then I have been trying to get a hold of them. They will not call me back or the managers will say that they will get another manager to call me. I took the edge to my mechanic and he thinks it could be the head gasket going. I am not happy about this and I shouldn't be dealing with this issue especially if its before the 30 day mark! Absolutely horrible service. They only care about making a sale and not the customer. I will never go back.

I have no issues with the salesman who I dealt with. My issues is with the dealership would not honor the lease payment as calculated on their website, claiming that there was a calculation error. I ended up with a much bigger lease payment than what is on their website.

I brought my car in for an odor coming into the cabin and was concerned about a problem with something melting. After service checked all connections to make sure there wasn't any electrical issue they replaced the cabin filter. This fixed the problem. When I picked up my car, someone from service left a drink in the drink console. It was also wet with standing water in the drink holders. The service department couldn t find my paperwork and I had to wait for 15 minutes to get checked out. It didn t leave me feeling very confident. After I left the dealership, when I turned the fan on higher settings to validate that the problem really was fixed and I couldn t smell that smell, there was a terrible noise coming from the fan motor into the cabin of the car. This dealership has changed the phone settings and now you have to talk with someone not on premises before getting a person in the service department at that location. I called multiple times to get a human to let them know about this issue and my concerns and since it was closing time I was told to return my car the next morning. I was seen immediately the next morning and service discovered that a tag from the air filter was left on the filter and it fell into the fan motor causing the noise. I know everyone is human but this seems like lack of attention to detail and completely careless. Why didn't someone turn the fan on full blast AFTER replacing the filter to make sure that fixed the problem? They would have realized the issue and I would not have been the wiser. This latest experience is not isolated. I am concerned about the overall quality and level of service at this dealership. It has noticeably declined since COVID. My last repair was in August related to a slow coolant leak I had been tracking with a log of dates and amounts of fluid I replaced. I provlded my log to service to help them get to the bottom of the problem. I had to leave my car overnight to replace the thermostat housing. I was not told that this is a known issue in my make/model. When I picked up the car and took it home, there was a terrible coolant leak that wouldn't hold any coolant at all and the car displayed a RED warning to stop driving. This was far worse than the original problem I came in with. I had to return to the dealership the next day, with someone following me for safety because the coolant POURED out of the bottom of the car after it was filled up almost immediately and it would not hold the liquid. At the second visit, the dealership replaced the water pump entirely. While the car was in overnight for the second time in a week, I found a notice at home about a class action settlement around the water pump. I feel deceived by the dealership that they didn't tell me that this is a known issue and even more disappointed that the people I trust to fix my car didn't bother to check their work to see that the coolant was pouring out as fast as you could replace it. I am not an expert but I can do low tech, OBVIOUS checks to make sure things are working properly. I think VW is really failing right now. It is hard to get an appointment when you need it, and impossible to get a loaner if the repair extends into the next day. The shuttle service available to take me to work is only from morning until 2pm so if the car is not ready before 2pm you have to arrange a ride back. Do you not want customers? I come from an entire family of VW owners. Maybe its time to rebrand.

I would rate my experience at a 5+. Everyone was very friendly and helpful in every way. If I didn't understand the information, they made sure to explain things so I could understand it.

They list home delivery, which is some what of a truth. They deliver within 10-15 miles of the dealer. Which was only told to me after the fact. After going through the on-line application and being approved. No phone call, just an email, and Todd was not very personable. Just matter of fact. They made no effort to make an appointment during the week, just come in. The entire point of home delivery and on-line applications is to save the customer time, which with our schedule we don t have. Looks like I ll be buying at another dealer.Post review: They absolutely made it right and I m changing my two stars to 5. I will do business with them again!

I love my truck, but I give the overall sales experience such a bad rating because the salesman made no real attempt to work a deal. I basically did everything myself. Wasnt offered any refrshments in the lobby. Also the truck was not washed and it barely had a quarter tank of gas when I took delivery. I have sold cars and unless the industry has completely changed, I'd say you should step up your customer service game drastically.

I made an appointment with Scott to have my oil changed. When I got to the dealership several weeks later on the day of my appointment, I found that they had no record of my appointment. The customer service rep was less than apologetic and acted as though they were doing me a favor to get my car into the appointment that I scheduled several weeks ago. This was the second time I was treated less than a valuable customer. Based on the way you treat customers who purchased two vehicles from your dealership, my husband and I will take our business to White-Allen VW in Dayton where we are treated as valuable customers.

The customer service representative, Scot, was very communicative and kept me informed of the work so that I could make decisions of what scope of service to complete. There were no surprises and a thorough explanation of the services needed. I can do my service elsewhere but I stick with Kings VW because people like him (Scott) is hard to find in other service locations. So I stick with the place that understand my needs and gives me honest service. I greatly appreciate leaving the service area with the sense of security and trust that work was completed to specifications. As you can already tell, I'm very satisfied with the service.

My daughter and I flew in from Baltimore to test drive and purchase her Beetle. Bill was great (and easy) to deal with, especially since everything was done remotely. Erick helped us with financing and explained everything very clearly. It took us longer to get through TSA and fly than it took to test drive and complete the paperwork. We were on our way back to Baltimore in two hours. I would highly recommend this dealership and its team!

Bright, Clean and inviting showroom. The staff is friendly and helpful across the board. Mike and Erick in particular were straight forward and easy going. I've been around the block a few times and this is the best car buying experience I've ever had. Hope I won't be back too soon, but... I will be back.
