I am very happy with the repairs to my vehicle at Kings Mazda. The service advisor Tommi Hamilton was very helpful and Pleasant, Great job. The service was completed in a timely manner and the staff was great. Very Courteous, welcoming and knowledgeable. Thanks again

I have always had excellent service and respect at Kings Mazda. They are friendly and very professional. Tony did my regular service yesterday. He is alway friendly and helpful. I've bought 3 CX5...love the car, and a suprise Miata for my husband.

I recently bought my first Mazda - a CX50 Meridian edition - and I have nothing but positive things to say about Kings Mazda! James was our sales guy and was fantastic. He wasn t pushy, and let us make our own decisions about the car on our own time. The sales and service department have also been amazing and have went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied customers. Highly recommend!

Scheduled online for regular service, oil change & tire rotation, also replaced rear brakes with OEM rotors and pads. Service advisor Richard Kolde kept me up to date while I waited in their customer lounge doing my work on their free wifi network. I like very much that they send you a walk around inspection video you can review. I service both my Mazda's at this dealership. Keep up the great customer service, thank you.

Tony Moore at Kings Mazda checked me in and made sure I was updated on my car s details. The informative video was a surprise. It showed results of everything from tire tread to rotation. The waiting area at Kings is pleasant. Very happy with my service at Kings Mazda.

Mark Malone helped me buy my car yesterday. I was on a tight schedule to get everything done, and Mark made it work. He got me my new car in a painless amount of time. Not to mention the great attitude and transparency with everything. This dealership was top notch. Jerod, the sales manager even stepped in with any other issues and they got me on my way. Seamless and accommodating to every need, what more could you want in a dealership?I will be back!

I had an issue with my gas tank and Tony, the service advisor, took care of the situation very professionally. He got ahold of Mazda Corporate and had them pick up the tab and own up to the responsibility. You got to love a company that stands behind its product and the service advisor who went the extra mile to take care of us. Mazda is a great company that I will continue to do business with.

Tommy with the service department was excellent. She immediately offered me a courtesy vehicle and proceeded to provide a high level of customer service up until the very end when she provided me with a complementary Mikes Car Wash.

I was very impressed with my service advisor ( RICK ) on his knowledge friendliness and professionalism.ALL of the advisors were nice to chat with.Scott ( service manager ) asked if anything else that he / they could do for me . i went into mazda thinking i d never get the car i wanted for what price i had to offer i walked in and laid it flat out and after talking and very little negotiation, i got my dream car i m only 22 and i have a 2020 Mazda CX-5 i don t own it yet, but i have it & will own it soon. i couldn t believe it & 8 months later i still can t. i recently took it to get a free oil change, inspection and tire rotation. it was a very easy process, it took about an hour and 15 minutes but it wasn t bad & the garage was full so i expected it to take some time & was quoted an hour, so they were great! after they were done they even sent me a detailed video showing under my car, my breaks etc. i was blown away by that!! 10/10 recommend taking your vehicle here for their services! every time i ve been here, i ve had nothing but a nice visit, employees are nice and always greet with a smile! i ve also gotten a few emails from the General Manager & it s amazing how close i feel to random people at mazda!! Joel was the one who helped me get my dream car, he s also amazing & i definitely recommend working with him!thank you Joel, Tony, Charles, and the mechanics, of course!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection, Brakes, Oil change

We ve always had good experiences when taking our car in for service at Kings Mazda. Staff has always been friendly and attentive to our needs. Our most recent visit to the Kings Mazda service center was no different. Our service advisor, Charles Steele, was extremely helpful in answering questions about our CX-9, and showing us how to operate some of the features. Service Manager, Scott Wilson personally helped us by walking us through updating our navigation system. Which we were extremely grateful for. We highly recommend Kings Mazda for new car purchases and services.

I brought in my CX5 for what was supposed to be routine maintenance. I explained to Tony about an intermittent problem with my info center that he may not be able to recreate. He recognized it, had a test for it, and even provided a loaner while it was being fixed. Can't get any better than that!

Kings Madza rocks!! Their Service Department is A++ based on my recent experience with them. I needed to have them trobleshoot my Key Fob and starter on my 2014 Madza CX-5 Grand Touring crossover vehicle. I brought the vehicle the next day after speaking with their Service Department Rep. They worked me in that morning and completely fixed the issue at an economical price. My Service Rep, Tommie, was outstanding and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Kings Madza to anyone. Thank you so much for giving me the confidence and peace of mind with my vehicle. Btw I love my Madza CX-5, it's been running superbly for over a decade.

Service was wonderful! The gentleman was awesome and helpful!I had ordered a part with parts and the individual was less than cordial, felt like I was a bother! I ordered seatbelt ext and was given wrong one had to reorder and now waiting another 2 weeks!!

I had a great experience at King's Mazda. I purchased my third CX5 from them recently. My service manager was Joel, and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. Everyone I had contact with during the process was very helpful, including the service department over the years. You won't experience pressured sales here. I couldn't be happier with my new Mazda.

While my 2015 Mazda 6 was being serviced, we started looking at the new CX 50. Matthew Henderson was very helpful, and we ended a good day bringing home a new CX 50.
