Scheduled an oil change/tire rotation appointment. Aaron Cooley was awesome to deal with. Real Friendly and their service was great. I would recommend Kings Kia Service Center for your needs. First time I've had to use them since buy a new Kia Sportage Hybrid and they were awesome. Car even came back washed and looking good!

Keaton Smith, Service Advisor assisted me when I arrived without an appointment. I explained that my car was below L on the the oil stick twice since having my last oil change. He was quick to sign me in without hesitation for technicians to start oil consumption test. I will return my car to the dealer in a 1000 miles. This is the second oil consumption test that has been done on this vehicle. I hope to be contacted by a manager in regards to why my oil is disappearing.

I recently stopped by Kings Kia to schedule service for my 23, Kia K5. At the service desk, Aaron greeted me and asked if they could wash my car and service it right then. Of course I was pleasantly surprised!While waiting for my car to be finished, my friend was looking at the Tellurides with Tyler who was the sales associate that helped me with my purchase of the K5. I can t say enough about Tyler s professionalism and knowledge about the Kia s.I highly recommend King s Kia! Service: Auto maintenance

My wife and I recently bought a new Kia at Kings Kia. The sales and office staff were great. Zach, our sales rep was very good at pointing out the cars features on the test drive.He was even available to answer questions a few days after the sale. Kris did a good job of explaining the driver assist features and helping us set some of them up. Donna effortlessly steered us through the paperwork. Rob was on hand to make sure everything ran smoothly. All in all a great experience

Very unhappy. My 2021 Kia K5 was brought there because of the AC not working and it being under warranty. I realize I didn't purchase from Kings but where I purchased recommended King because of warranty. That was over THREE weeks ago. I understand that a part is needed from KIA, but two weeks ago I was #15 and today I find out I'm #13??? What is going on over there? Putting appointments before warranty work? I can understand that for a day or so but again, for THREE WEEKS??? I wish I could give less than one start. Do NOT take you car here for warranty work, it'll be months before they get to it. I'm writing this here AND on my NextDoor page. I don't want friends or family to experience this lack of service. I've bought cars there before but evidently if you don't, you get pushed to the side and ignored.Service: A/C installation & repair

I experienced damage to a tire and was concerned that it was possibly unsafe to drive for any considerable distance. I contacted King s Kia service center and was welcomed to stop by. When I arrived I was greeted by Shawn Harvey who introduced me to Keaton who arranged to have a new tire installed while I was there. Chris and Dylan where great help getting me squared away and even drove the car to my job to let me test drive and check out the car before deciding I would buy it then when I was ready to buy I was able to sign the paperwork via docusign over the phone then the delivered the car to my house within 2 hours

I came to Kia for a trip check and they found that I needed brakes and rotors. I also was made aware there was a recall and that was also taken care of. My service advisor Samya Rogers was very friendly and thorough about the process of what was to be done on my Kia. I called every Kia in the tristate trying to get my carnival in because I had to cut my son out of a seatbelt that locked up. NO one cared, but kings Kia automall DID! They managed to squeeze me in thanks to the lady on the phone Talked with Shawn at service and he was beyond helpful and nice! The manager (I wish I knew his name) came up and said everything was going to be okay we will get you taken care of. It was so refreshing experiencing good customer service! They ordered the belt and said they would get me in right away to get it taken care of. I was so happy and relieved. Shawn was great! I will advise if you have an emergency and want great service call kings Kia automall! You won t be disappointed!

Every time I've brought my carnival in for the scheduled service/oil change I've experienced great service. This last time I was taken care of by Keaton Smith. I took my car to the Kia dealership for an inspection of the brakes and the brake line. They were done faster than the approximate time that I was told it would take. Everybody was very nice. The manager named Kevin Price explained everything to me about the inspection. He was very nice to talk to. And the young girl that they have working at the front desk in the service department is very nice and very positive to speak with. That always makes your day better.Service: Vehicle Inspection

Samya and keaton are PHENOMENAL!!! I actually was a week early on my appointment and it didn't even matter. They let me drop it off the night before. They did my recalls, changed all filters, did 30,000 mile service, tire rotation and oil change. I love that they have a package you can buy which saves you in the long run on your oil changes. The service is great. If you don't have 5 star service it's definitely not the service team, its a personal issue. I have never had issues from them and I will continue to use them for all of my service needs. Great job guys!Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance
