I am absolutely thrilled about my new purchase the 2024 Kia Telluride. It s such a beautiful car the process was smooth and my salesman Zach was very patient and transparent throughout the process. Rhonda was also very helpful and caring! He and Rhonda got me what I could call my dream car! I highly recommend this dealership! Jacob and Robb at Kings Kia were wonderful to work with! This was my first NEW car purchase and Jacob made me feel comfortable through the entire process by showing me the inventory I found online and suggesting new arrivals similar to what I wanted. No pressure during the negotiation process and spending as little time in the dealership is what I asked for and is exactly what I got. I was able to submit a credit app online, test drive that afternoon and come back the next day to pick up my new whip. I couldn't be happier with the service and my purchase and all of the staff is so friendly and helpful! Way to go Kings Kia!

Kings Kia has completely changed my perspective of buying a car! I used to dread it, not trust it and never felt like I was provided the truth. BUT NOW for the first time Kings Kia said what to expect and they delivered. Nothing hidden! Also the most important is the personal connection the whole staff built with us. It began with our salesman Jake to the managers, then to those at the desk and then Amanda in financing! We have now decided to drive the extra miles to keep our service at this dealership even though one is much closer! I can t thank this team enough. Go check out Kings Kia, you won t regret it!

Absolutely an amazing place!! I really hope the boss of the boss reads this because I want him to. okay let s talk about one of the salesman there Tyler Farrer. Not only is he an amazing salesman but he is a great person. He sold me a car years back when I was getting my very first one and even then I had an amazing experience. So good I came back and strictly asked for him. He made me feel welcomed and comfortable. I was in a financial situation and got denied on a couple cars I tried for. I gave up on it. But a few days later Tyler calls me and says there s a car I was approved on. He and his co-workers worked for days to find me the perfect car. He helped me out tremendously and I cannot thank him enough. HE NEEDS A RAISE!!! He did phenomenal. Kudos to him!!! Thank you Tyler, you re great!!

Tyler & Chris were extremely helpful in the purchase of my 2024 Kia sportage. Staff was super kind and supportive in every step of the process. Not to mention, the car is wonderful and I love it. This is the second car we ve bought from there and I think we will be lifetime customers. Cant recommend them enough!

bought my first car from this Kings Kia. The sales man we talked to was very sweet and the lobby was very clean and well kept. Everyone seemed nice enough and the buying process was easy. My problem though, is when we got home from purchasing the car it was dark and when we bought it the sun was setting so we over looked some very small specs of rust. We called the dealership about the issues, as the rust had progressed very quickly over the course of five days. Spreading so rapidly the spots of rust were extremely visible now and spread under the paint. I drove 30 minutes there as they told me to bring it in so they could look at it and see what could be done. The salesman came out, looked at it and went in to get someone from the body shop. The man came out and looked at my car for one minute or less before telling me there was nothing he could do but patch the spreading rust. And would only "try to fix up" the spots that were already horribly patched all on the same panel. He lied to me and said patching it would keep it from rusting more, I know for a fact it will not. And told me in a very condescending tone that he had been doing this for 20 years and he knew what he was talking about. I told him my father is also in the car business and I know that needed to be fixed. He said he wouldn't do it because it would cost hundreds of dollars and admitted to me that the body shop probably forgot about that spot and didn't patch it. Which tells me they are the ones who patched the other small spots, which look horrible by the way, I asked if there was anything else he could do for me and he told me no. That I'd have to call to schedule to have it patched and that was all he could do. Just because you've been doing it for 20 years, doesn't mean you do it well. Don't recommend their body shop what so ever.

I bought mud flaps as a birthday gift for myself. I ordered front and rear ones. The first set that arrived they gave me two sets of front flaps, no biggie. Returned them, they order me new ones. New ones arrive! They installed my front ones for me but they ordered the wrong rear flaps. Ok. I wait and I wait about a week and I didn t hear anything back. I called them and they told me they were never ordered. At this point I m frustrated of ordering mudflaps and request a manager, I asked about 10 times for the service manager and the parts counter person would not transfer me he kept on saying hold on a minute let me look here and here and here. Fortunately; they found me mud flaps that would fit the rear. Took me 3 times for mud flaps. I got my vehicle serviced there not too shortly after, I expressed my worries after returning due to wobbling and what felt like brakes and an alignment issue, I mentioned my concern and how after my service all the issues I was feeling, were not addressed. The service advisor looked at me after I told her I felt like my car wasn t well looked over and that I feel afraid to drive it because of how it s wobbling, they looked at me and said can you just make an appointment. I think I m good on making any further appointments with you guys. Someone inspected my tires for me in the service drive and stated they were at 11s all around, simply impossible, this car is a year old on factory tires still I provided proof that since my last service I was told they were at 6s some lame excuses from the advisor.This hurts to see. I love my KIA, I ve worked for the same dealer group and I strongly support the dealerships in it. all of this in the span of a week I don t know how you guys could do that to someone whose worked for you and has given their trust in servicing their car.

From the moment we were referred to Rob by our son we knew we were in professional hands.Rob selected Zach as our salesperson and he was delightfully honest and very personable. On our first meeting he walked us through the process of handing in our lease for a new Sportage. He helped us order one with all of our specifications for less money than we anticipated.Though the wait was to be 2-4 months, our car arrived early in just a few weeks. Ronda handled our financing with ease and an amazing personality!It s easy to tell a good place by its environment. Kings Kia is like a happy family. They all seem to be smiling and they love their products.We will recommend them to anyone looking for a good car and a great experience !

King's Kia was a big help for getting me the perfect car! I live in IL, but saw online that they had the exact model I was looking for. After contacting them to express interest, Sean reached out and helped me start the process over the phone. Once I arrived, they helped walk me through everything and answered my many questions as a first-time car buyer. Tim was friendly and helpful when it came time to go through financial paperwork. The car is exactly what I wanted and I'm very happy with my experience!

Great experience with the salesman Tyler at Kings Kia. Tyler was very knowledgeable about the car and made the process quick and easy. I was able to take the car home, but had to wait until the next day to speak with the finance person because they were so busy (which doesn't surprise me with how great they were). Rhonda in Finance was great and easy to work with, she explained all the 'extras' they offered but offered no pressure to choose one. For something I dread worse than going to the Dentist, they made it very quick and easy to deal with. Highly recommend Kings Kia.

Sales experience was poor. The financial rep was nice and very personable, but the sales rep was very dry and not personal at all. They claimed their prices on used cars is verified by a third party, but come to find out, I over paid for my used vehicle by $3-$5,000. I cannot speak on behalf of Kia vehicles, but I advise against purchasing used vehicles. I m currently reviewing my documents for invalid pricing sheet. Be very cautious when purchasing a used vehicle from them.

Was interested in purchasing a new Kia Sportage. Greg let us look in several of them and test drive one. We left with no numbers being ran other than you need x amount of money down. Went straight to Jeff Wyler Kia in Fairfield and worked with Tyrome where I drove my fully loaded dream car off the lot.

We are so glad we decided on King's Kia. Not only did they have the Sorento hybrid we wanted in stock but they made the whole process so easy. Will M. was our salesperson and he was friendly and attentive from our initial virtual discussions to in person. He was also very knowledgeable about the Sorento and gave a great run down of how to use everything - very patient too! Would highly recommend him! Everything from working with Will to working with finance (Rhonda) and chatting with the manager (Rob) to the final signing (Tim) was smooth and free of any pressure. I had been to a couple other dealers prior and I was so much more at ease at King.

I had the BEST experience at kings Kia. I went in with a general idea of what I wanted and Kris exceeded all expectations. He made me feel super comfortable, listened to and confident in my decision. Not ONCE did he ever pressure me. If I needed things explained to me he made sure I fully understood before moving to the next step. Everyone there is so genuine and just all around awesome!

Nice dealership. Came in to test drive a Hybrid. Bill was our salesperson. He was excellent. Very knowledgeable about Kia and other vehicles. Was very enjoyable to talk with and made the car shopping experience very pleasant. If you come here ask for Bill! Didn t have the one we wanted and ultimately didn t purchase a Kia, but if I was in the market for another vehicle I would return and work with Bill again.

We had a great experience buying new Sportage. Tyler was very good at showing us how to use the new tech and followed up a few days later to make sure we got stuff working. The pricing was fair with very little need for back and forth.

Can t say enough about the team over at Kings Kia. Everyone from my salesman Kris Pendleton to Ryan (in finance) to Rob and others that kept me informed on my vehicle s ETA along the way to Rhonda @ my vehicle s closing to those in the scheduling/business department were all top notch! This was my third Kia vehicle purchase and first at Kings Kia and they were the best dealership I ve dealt with. So long as I live in the area, they ve got my business.Purchased the 2022 Telluride. (Highly recommend this car, too). Also worthy of noting, many others online said their dealerships were marking up new vehicles well over MSRP (taking advantage of customers need for new vehicles), but Kings Kia never even mentioned any price over MSRP.

This was my first purchase of a new car since becoming a widow. My experience with Kings Kia was excellent. My salesman was Deshawn Bell. He was kind, courteous, patient, no pressure and extremely personable. He made my experience a very memorable and enjoyable one. I met with Amanda for the paperwork. I experienced the same with her as Deshawn. The electric had been out a couple hours prior to my arrival which made for a hectic period for her and yet she was kind and patient. I give 5 stars for a performance and experience at King Kia. Thank you for making my purchase a pleasant one.

I had a great experience with the purchase of our second KIA. We already had a Telluride and loved it so we decided to lease a Sorento as well when my Mazda lease was up. Our salesman, Sam and the entire Kings KIA team were a tremendous help and very easy to work with as we landed on a price and car that met all our family needs.

Stopped in here on the way home, but really not looking for a car right now. Spent a good amount of time talking to Bill Essen, who is very professional, and wasn't at all pushy. I bought my very first new car at Kings Kia and it truly was the best experience ever! Bill Essen, the salesman who helped me build my K5 was so helpful. He was so knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Amanda from finance is absolutely hilarious and so fun to be around. I hear so many horror stories of when you go into the finance office at a dealership, she proved all those stories so wrong! She was a delight and also very knowledgeable and helpful. The salesman Zach, who showed me around my car when It arrived was incredibly nice, and funny and answered all my many questions with a smile on his face. After Zach showed me around the car I felt as if I had been in the car for a week, he explained everything with great detail, and in a timely and humorous fashion. He even managed to get a laugh out of my dad!I would highly recommend Kings Kia to anyone and everyone.

I originally left a 5 star review for my purchase of a 2022 Kia Soul and still leave 5/5 for the sales team I worked with at Kings Kia. That being said, I have had terrible service from their service department, my car has ~20k miles on it and got a flat tire, I called ~7 times over 4-5 days, left 3-4 voicemails, nobody ever answered the phone or called me back, this left me stranded for almost a week because I wanted the work to be done, by Kia. I had no idea if I could warranty it or if it was a manufacturers defect, and I never got to find out. I had to pay to get it towed elsewhere, then pay over $200 to get the tire replaced, with a non-matching tire since not everywhere carries Nexen tires which is what this model has out of the factory. Very frustrating experience where a Kia owner cant even get it serviced at the location it was bought from. I've been in for oil changes without issue, but this time Kia just dropped the ball for me.

Zach Miller was a great salesman from start to finish. He helped me build my Kia k5 just the way I wanted it. He kept me updated throughout the whole process and was efficient at explaining every detail. Tim Donnellon made the process of purchasing the vehicle easy and fast. He did not push me to buy any extra add ons and left the choice up to me- while throughly explaining the perks and benefits of each one. I 100% recommend buying your new Kia through Kings Kia.

DO NOT USE THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT. I towed my Kia to be serviced. They told me it would be a month before they could look at it. I had no choice as my car was not drivable. It's now been over 2 months. I have called numerous times and left them 4 voicemails. They never answer the phone and have never called me back. I have no idea of the status of my car since I cannot get a hold of anyone. Terrible service. At least be honest and communicate with your customers. The service manager should be fired.
