Brittany and Samantha are great parts ladies. Extreme helpful and always willing to take time and make sure I get the right part,on time every time and in this industry that s invaluable. They are the reason I keep using LKQ.

You still have to wait outside for them to bring an ordered part to you but the service is always quick and convenient.

This place is very unprofessional I will never buy a part from here again. I will not recommended anyone to buy here because I purchase my engine with a 6 month warranty and when I called to redeem the warranty the lady said she can not look it up by my name. Then told me no manger wants to speak to me. I also will report to the BBB . Save your time and money .

I just called this place and asked about some parts that I bought for my car that is in the shop and the guy that answered told me at first he didn't know what I was talking about then he told me to talk to my shop. I said I don't need the shop I need the place that I bought my parts from. He hung up on me. Real professional
