My family members and I have been going to Kenton Tire for over 20 years for our repairs and service. There's a reason for that, excellent service and reasonable pricing. Our experience has been nothing but positive+, straightforward, honest explanations and prices for services rendered. I've been recommending Kenton Tire for years. In a society full of shady, underhanded businesses/repair shops, it is more than refreshing to be able to go somewhere that you can trust and feel confident you are being treated right. Shout-out to all the personnel I've had the pleasure of dealing with for the past 20 years plus.

This place takes good care of my truck, no unnecessary repairs are made and work performed is explained in layman's terms as well as recommendations of things that should be addressed in the future. Jim and his team are top notch.

Hired Tristate Auto Recovery to do a Repossession for us. Agreed upon their Repossession fee of $350. They were successful in recovering the car for us and the next day after multiple attempts to get someone on the phone to make arrangements to pick the car up... was met with very rude and aggressive response from one of the guys who work there. Seemed very upset at us for calling so early (10am) and told us that he would just have the vehicle dropped off to us at our lot and collect payment there. We were fine with that and because we would be at baseball games all afternoon we instructed our office lady to write a check to the company when they dropped the vehicle off. Seemed simple enough but was very surprised to learn later that day that the check was written for $525 instead of the agreed upon $350. When we asked our office lady why the increase she said she was told to increase the check $175 to cover the drop off fee they were requesting for bringing the vehicle to us. We immediately put a stop payment on the check as this fee was never discussed or agreed upon and thought it was a very manipulative way of doing business. When the very rude and aggressive representative told us they would drop the vehicle off to us and collect payment then.. he never once said it would cost us additional money to bring the vehicle to us or did he give us the option to pick the vehicle up which would have been free and what we had originally called to schedule. We had a second key to this vehicle and called in that morning to schedule a time to pick it up and pay but was cut short on that goal when we were told very aggressively it was going to be dropped off to us. I now understand why they wanted to drop it off to us because it gave them a reason to charge more money... however without disclosing that upfront and giving us the option to avoid those extra fees... it is very shady and manipulative business practices that we will not be bullied into. Please stay away from such shady business such as this!!!

Terrible company to work with. Abusive and demanding. Will put down and treat co workers like trash. I would not send my worst enemy to get service here.

I called for a tow. Not only did they charge me less than I expected, the man who answered the pone was so kind and patient with me and sounded like he truly cared. The tow truck driver was wonderful as well. They get an A+ in my book!

The folks at Kenton Tire are REAL mechanics, PROS, not just PART CHANGERS!!! I would highly recommend them to the Little Ole Lady from Pasadena AND every little ole lady in the greater Cincinnati area! ;-)Does HONEST, mean... ANYTHING... anymore?It appears to with the folks at Kenton! They have never tried to over sell services, have been fair on cost, and always courteous.Maybe simply and best said...ya get what ya pay for!Thank you Jim and staff, for running a business, and treating customers, the old style way! They way that keeps people coming back!

When other shops have failed at trouble shooting and being able to repair my vehicle kenton tire prevailed! For 7 years my family has continued to remain loyal customers to a loyal auto shop. Thank you guys!

Great place to take your car to be worked on very courteous, and have some of the top mechanics in the business, all types of services, Body work ,transmission, tires a really great experience, give them a try !

Omg.... THESE PEOPLE ARE TRULY A BLESSING WASNT TRYING TO SQUEEZE ME OUT OF EVERY DIME I HAD BUT WAS TRULY TRYING TO DO THE BEST SERVICE FOR ME... I WENT ANOTHER MECHANIC AND THEY TOLD ME IT WAS GOING TO BE 50 FOR JUST ONE USED TIRE, WHEN I WENT TO KENTON TIRES THE SAID IT WAS ONLY A LOOSE VALVE ON MY TIRE AND DIDNT NEED A NEW ONE AND GAVE ME THE BEST PRICE I RECOMMEND EVERYONE GO THEERE I FOUND MY NEW MECHANIC
