I do not live full time in Cincinnati, but spend quite a bit of time here with children and grandchildren. My Check Engine light came on and I had trouble starting my car after filling my tank with gas. As a NAPA Autocare center, I selected Kellerman Automotive for service, and I am really glad I did. My issue was a complicated emissions control related problem. Brian used his knowledge of engine controls and his diagnostic experience to narrow down the problem to a particular device malfunction. Even with that, there were still some other confusing issues that made certainty of the solution unclear. Brian was very up front about these questions, and explained that if the selected remedy was unsuccessful, he was committed to further action to make it right. Fortunately, Brian's diagnosis was spot on, and I have had no more problems. More than anything I was impressed with Brian's honesty, caring demeanor, and commitment to customer service. It's always a bit nerve-racking when you have car trouble and need to find a shop that you can trust. Kellerman Automotive is definitely one that you can feel comfortable with.

My husband and I only go here. We always get great service. Brian is the most caring mechanic we know. If you think your car is not worth fixing, go to him first!

I needed new parts put onto my 2005 Honda Accord and was quoted an estimate with an alignment. The final price only went $50 over the estimate which I was very happy with. Brian and his crew are awesome. He always makes sure you know exactly what is going on with your car and offers great deals for parts. One of the only mechanics I truly entrust my car with to get the job done, and done right.

Brian and his team replaced a complex clutch in my 2014 VW Jetta as well as many other repairs on our other cars. He is honest and priced right. It's great having a mechanic you can trust.

Kellerman Complete Automotive is my GO TO for all of my automotive service needs. Brian and his team are top mechanics .... they don't just sell and install parts hoping to fix your problem. Your car is thoroughly diagnosed and needed repairs are made at a reasonable cost.

Brian is great he likes to brainstorm and explain what he s thinking. Very fair pricing as others have mentioned. Sometimes they get busy and take some time to do work, other times they are quick. Still 5/5

Brian Kellerman Auto was recommended to my family after we moved to the area and needed help with one of our cars. Kellerman's has not only kept our small get off vehicles safely on the road, but he has gone above and beyond to help us and keep prices reasonable.Kellerman's has helped us with A/C, breaks, oil, and transmission issues, separately. Issues are explained in terms you can understand and Brian will work with you on your timing issues.I cannot recommend Kellerman's Auto strongly enough.

What I can truely say is that there is no issue that the shop cannot fix , they get things done and I mean it s quality work I definitely recommend been dealing with Kellerman for years Brian is awesome .Best place ever
