Conflicted on the type of review to leave because while my buying experience was wonderful (the man with the cane was my seller), but the guys in the service department have zero customer service skills, one even hung up on me. Which is why I guess I will no longer be returning for service visits at this location. I guess that s why you keep them in the back, the people up front are great though!

The seatbelt in the back was missing a part so I took it to them to fix- I bought the car this way, but didn t notice it until my kid sat back there. They wanted to charge me $300 to fix! My husband could fix it for $60 so didn t have service done. They change oil and rotated tires. That was fine

It is always a pleasure dealing with this dealership. I drive an extra 20 minutes just to have my vehicle serviced by them. Kyle May has been an amazing technician, and I trust him to work on my vehicle. The service manager has been amazing as well and has shown that by going out of his way to take care of me. I love this dealership and cannot recommend them enough. They have earned my trust and loyalty for life.

How was my experience at Joseph Toyota? It was great! The service staff are nice and polite, quick and efficient. They give you a detailed explanation of all of the services that they will be doing on their vehicle. They get your vehicle in and out without skipping anything. I will definitely bring my truck back for any future services. Also, their complimentary coffee and snacks are good as well!

Took away the free stuff in the waiting room and replaced it with a Vending machine to safe money said the manager. Price didn't come down on the service, so ... Joseph Toyota!Rather go to Ford across the street where there's no Vending machine in the waiting room.

Update: As promised I m updating my review based on the final results. Changing my review to a much deserved 5 stars! If it would allow me to give more stars I would. My service advisor and the service manager worked together (along with Corporate Toyota folks) to get me taken care of. They had to jump through hoops that Toyota wanted them to go through, but they made sure to keep me posted with each step and make sure I wasn t left without a car while they got to the bottom of the issue. Very appreciative of all they did!Prior Review: I was told they needed me to come back a second time so they could have more time with my car. We'll see if they can fix the issue then. After receiving multiple texts and emails asking for a review, I ll give it now. Maybe that will get the messages to stop. I ll update the review for the better or worse depending on if they can fix the issue or not. Disappointed that a brand new car with only 3,000 miles should even be having these issues.

I recently brought my car in without an appointment because the tire pressure light was on. They quickly filled my tires for free. A few days later, I brought my car in for scheduled maintenance with an appointment. They were very courteous, changed my oil and did a multipoint inspection and returned my car clean in a reasonable amount of time and for a reasonable price. They didn't try to sell me any more service than what I needed. They had sent coupons to me in the mail, which I was able to use. I have brought my car here many times. I've always had a good experience. They also have a nice waiting room.

We were very disappointed with our recent experience. After having my car for a week, I was told the work was completed and I could pick up my car. I paid for the service and took my car home only to figure out the work wasn t done (because apparently they didn t have the parts there to do it no one bothered to mention that). We had to take the car back TWO more times. The service person was rude and dismissive, treating my husband like he was a burden. They took no accountability for the issue or recognizing what a tremendous amount of our time was wasted. There was also no satisfactory answer given as to how they charged us for work that wasn t complete, or even the slightest bit of an apology for situation. People are human. We all make mistakes. At least have the decency to own up to it and try to make it right.

Recently I had a great experience at Joseph Toyota on Colerain Ave. The representative who helped me was Kyle. He was very informative, kind, and provided excellent service. It's relieving that my car is fixed! Thank you Kyle and staff for providing excellent service! 5 stars! Highly recommended!

As soon as I arrived, they tried to sell me tires, then were rude when I said no. Would not give me an estimate. Oil change was super expensive and they resets something on my car, that I have to figure out now. Would not recommend.

I wasn t contacted with an update regarding the status of my vehicle. I had to call several times and waited over 24 hours for a response. I was quoted a price that I wasn t happy with and asked to see if there could be any adjustments. I was told no, which I understood. The mechanic Kyle attempted to explain my expensive car repair further but frustrated, I declined. I paid the fee and as I was exiting, I was called RUDE by the service center cashier who had no prior knowledge of any of this or the conversation about my car I previously had with Kyle. I confronted her regarding the comment. She refused to give her name and said that everyone has problems, which I do agree with, I didn t need her lecture after making a negative comment. Instead she directed me to speak with her manager Laura. Laura was very helpful and listened. The experience was very poor and caused me to take my services elsewhere.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Took my 18 month Corolla in that needed its battery replaced for the second time in 9 months. I was told they would look for the problem, but they only ran a diagnostic on the battery. They tried to charge me for the battery even though there s a two year warranty, the car is 18 months old and the battery itself is 9 months old. Finally agreed to replace the battery under warranty.If I wanted to try to find the source of the problem it would cost $148 to have a tech run a diagnostic test. Have to pays for the techs training and time. Refused to do anything more without charging a fee. Not interested in finding the problem, but did make note in the system this is second battery to be replaced and will try to do more next time.An hour after I hang up the phone, I get a call that they damaged the rocker panel and that it needs to be repaired. Can pick up my car and return to following week or just leave it. No loaner offered, just my problem to deal with.Very frustrating.

Felt as if I was being duped to purchase front AND back breaks when I just had back breaks done last year and was only retracted after I mentioned it and it was confirmed. Definitely lowered my confidence approval for this location. Thinking about going elsewhere for oil changes and anything else in the future.

Excellent service by agent (Abdoulah).Everything was covered as expected and service (oil change and tire rotation) completed in less than an hour (!)Decided to keep Joseph Toyota as our primary resource for all regular service on our Sienna.

I have used this Toyota dealership for my service needs for several years satisfactorily until now. After having routine service performed on my car and driving 15-20 miles home, I discovered the oil cap had been left off and oil had spewed all over my engine and left drips and puddles where I parked. The service dept. did respond professionally and towed my car back to the dealership and cleaned the mess and also delivered my car back to me upon my request. At this point, I am keeping my fingers crossed that no major damage was done, but if anything occurs associated with engine trouble, I expect Toyota to cover the cost of repair or replacement.

Only had routine service oil change, tire rotation, topping off fluids. The overall service experience was not good. The internet connection is poor. When I asked an employee about it he said he did not have problem cause he user employee. He was a sales person who doesn t understand the connection between total customer experience and sales. Had Lexus for several years and personal circumstances put me back in Toyota, which is all I ve owned for almost 40 years. I hope to not go back here for service again.

Always love coming here to service my RAV 4! Service is normally shorter than what is quoted. I called to set up appointment for a Oil change I asked what the cost was $68.00 I informed them I had acoupon. They asked the usual questions tire rotation etc.I had my daughter take my car I am disabled. When she brought my car home the cost was $98.00 with coupon.I was told when I bought the car to use regular oil they put in synthetic which cost more. They rotated my tires , Kyle told me I needed new tires.I bought the car new in 2010. I only have 38000 miles.I told him I just bought the tires somewhere else an get free rotation.They did not wash it as usual. I called and talked to Kyle he refunded my tire rotation then told me he would mail me a check for $5.00 for putting in the wrong oil. I told him that I wanted the correct oil in my car, he said no.So be mindful when getting any service done.I will never buy another Toyota, the rubber strips on the roof the clips broke and damaged the roof and front windowshiled and the window leaked and I had to fix it.I PURCHASED MY CAR NEW AT JOSEPH TOYOTA COROLLA ON COLERAIN!I talked with Sandra and she and I worked things out. She has made things right.

Provided advice as to what services were required at the mileage of my vehicle and were not pushy or insistent.I m pretty knowledgeable on car maintenance and what was suggested was legitimate. Fast friendly service. I definitely recommend!

Car service was satisfactory but customer service was not good. They said there was nothing they could do after I cashed out and forgot about a coupon I had. They told me that two times and then all of a sudden they said they could credit my account as I was getting in my car to leave. Looking for other service options in the future

Well, when i usually arrive i just stand there while every one ignores my existence. The last guy i dealt with, very unprofessional and rude. Worst experience I've had at a Toyota dealership.I needed to update this review because I'm absolutely Livid! It's been about 5days now since I got my car back. Now I have a crack line on my Windshield about 17 inches. Yesterday it was about 12 inches. Yes,I didn't see anything when I got my car but the next day, a 6 inch fracture line appeared and it's getting longer everyday. The point of impact is at the edge of the driver's side. Someone cracked it! Probably dropped an instrument on it and didn't say anything hoping I don't notice. Now it's getting worse everyday. And it's on me. I just spent 1500$ on my ac repairs and now I have to get my Windshield fixed too?! I wish I could give a no star! I never had this type of issues anywhere else. With the rude staff to add to this. I'm not doing this again!!! Terrible!Service: A/C installation & repair

I brought my 2016 Sienna in for regular servicing and replacement of the driver s side mirror.From scheduling to getting the work done, the experience was great. The team told me the steps, the expected time, and the expected cost. I had received coupons in the mail and the team found the best deal for me. Bought a used Kia from Kings Toyota and after a few weeks, i started to have issues with it. I called kings Toyota and they said that i can take it to any Toyota service shop that i wanted since I have the extended warranty through Toyota. Joseph Toyota was the closest to me so i called and made an appointment. They were made aware of the make and model of the vehicle and, after sometime, it was the day for my service (today 11/6) which is also my only day off. After an hour and a half, Joseph Toyota refused to do any work on this vehicle due to it being a Kia. The service manager then stated that it didnt matter what the other location said. When i stated, "so now i have to run the risk of blowing my engine due to the lack of service here" his response was, "probably yes".
