Joseph Toyota parts department were very helpful in purchasing the correct parts for my 2019 Tundra. They assisted in giving me the correct numbers so i could order on line through them. My order was expedited in a timely manner. I believe it only took 2 days. Up to date progress was provided on my order as well as tracking once it was shipped.

Great prices for a Toyota dealership. Fast shipping, too. Also, looked at Weathertech, but the Toyota front and rear floor mats were much more attractive and work fantastically in my 2021 Tacoma D-Cab.

The price and the quality on the floor mats for my new 2020 RAV4 that I ordered to replace the all weather mats that came with the vehicle were fantastic, and the delivery was super quick! Totally happy with the entire transaction!!

I have a 2014 FJ Cruiser and the all weather mat's rear clip was broken and I was looking all over for a replacement, I came across Joseph Toyota and wasn't sure if it's the right part. after a couple of emails and a phone call I received what I was looking for. The gentleman (who's name I do not know, older with a beautiful Southern accent) on the phone walk me through the ordering....wow an amazingly professional and patient person. I will for sure contact Joseph Toyota first if I ever need anything for my FJ!!!
