Best dealership experience I have ever had. Take all your stereotypes about dealerships and throw them out the window when you visit here. Dominique, our car salesman, was extremely helpful and worked very efficiently. I knew what car I wanted to look at and he took care of me to ensure that I had the car fax and all the information I requested about the car. The buying process took 1 hour max. Very impressed! Great job Joseph Toyota!

Bought a new Tacoma Sr from Joseph Toyota last week. Tyrece was an amazing salesman . He made the process painless. From start to finish it was very easy to negotiate a fair price for our trade and a great deal on the new truck we bought. Tyrece is very knowledgeable and friendly. He is not the usual high pressure salesman. The day after our purchase Joseph Toyota called to make sure we were happy with our purchase. They also let me know they would call again when it was time for my complementary service ( oil change , fluids , tire rotation provided for two years on my new truck.I highly recommend Tyrece and Joseph Toyota if you are looking to buy a new or used vehicle.You guys rock!

Great experience! Really friendly and not pushy associates. Got exactly what I was looking and a great deal too!! Austin was wonderful to work with and called me a few days after my purchase to see if I had any questions and if I was happy. I am definitely happy!

I have bought and leased cars from Joseph Toyota for many years. Cheryl Nix has already made the experience very easy. She always makes me feel relaxed during the process. Buying a car can be so stressful. Joseph Toyota allows me to feel at ease with the deal I made for my car. Kudos to Cheryl Nix.

Nolan was an excellent example of what a good salesman should exemplify when working with a potential customer. He was not pushy or overbearing. He was very polite and listened attentively to the needs and requests of the customer (me) and checked with the manager when in doubt. I left the dealership not only with the car I desired but with a very felt sense of gratitude to Nolan. I have bought many cars over the span of my lifetime (75) years, but have never experienced such a high sense of gratitude for how he made me feel after I left for home. Even now, sitting here writing this review, I feel that same feeling. You don t meet many salespeople with that level of inner strength and genuine humility, don t lose it! Thanks again! After looking for a Ford Expedition since October 2023 going to Joseph Toyota was the best thing we decided to do. Jason Zylka was the best sales person I have ever had the pleasure of buying a car from. He went over and beyond. He was the only sales person from any dealership that actually was in the business of selling cars. When we made an offer he actually made a counter offer not anyone at any other dealer did that. And we came to a great deal and I could be happier with first Toyota. I will buy all my cars from Jason and Joseph Toyota. You will not be disappointed.

Cheryl is a great salesperson, not pushy at all. She explained all the features thoroughly when I picked up my Rav 4. The finance guy was also not pushy and did not try to talk me into extended packages I didn't want. Overall it was a pleasant car buying experience.

Salesman Luke Shirley was great to work with! I had already inquired online the night before and arrived 10 minutes before they opened, and Luke was the first to reach out and contact me via phone call, text and email about 2 mins before they opened. So I went looking for him and was his first customer of the day. He had me in the truck of my choice within 10 mins for a test drive. Came back, went in and discussed numbers. And made the purchase. Would do business with Luke again!

I had an excellent experience working with Tom Platt and Joseph Toyota this past Wednesday. I never felt any "pressure" to accept what what was a first consideration. We explored several different paths to consider. We were able to arrive at an an agreement that worked for Toyota and, of course, my wife and myself. It was truly a pleasant experience.

Called about a Tundra on Thursday and talked to Charles Comer. Was on a plane from Memphis the next morning to Joseph Toyota in Cincinnati. Arrived at dealership and truck was ready to go. They were great to work with and I was in and out quickly. Thanks again to Charles Comer and team!

My experience with Cheryl Nix at Joseph Toyota was a Wow for me. She took the time to go over every question I had asked her about the vehicles I was looking at. She was honest in her answers, even if it wasn't in favor of her selling me that particular vehicle. I respected her for that. She made sure my new vehicle was a perfect fit for me. This was the best experience that I have ever had in purchasing a vehicle. I actually was dreading going through the process. Thank you Cheryl Nix!! You are the Best at what you do !!

Jacob and team were the best! They did everything they could to make sure I walked away with exactly what I wanted, even on a tight budget. I couldn t have been in better hands and appreciate all they did to make what can sometimes be a stressful process into a peaceful one. I would definitely go back again!

Cheryl Nix is the person that you would want to work with when purchasing a car. Cheryl is very experienced and most importantly cares about you as if you are a friend or family member!! My experience with Luke was great. He was very professional, and personable as well. He was never coercive, allowed me to take my time with processing everything, and all turned out very reasonable and fair with what we were looking for with a deal. Great experience - Ty was kind, knowledgeable and able to stay late to make a deal same day. We walked away with the car we wanted in the price range we wanted it in - something other Toyota dealerships were not able to do. After going to several other dealerships in my search for a new car, I landed at Joseph Toyota and I m so glad I did. It was nice to find a place where I felt respected throughout the process. Austin was up front and honest from the start and I never felt like anyone was there to waste my time. Thank you for providing an experience that is unfortunately hard to come by! I'm not good at going places and making purchases. Some sales people make me nervous and are very pushy on sales. My experience with Austin at Joseph Toyota of Cincinnati was awesome! There was no pressure and made my experience very pleasant. I would recommend others to go to Joseph Toyota if they are looking to buy a new car with no pressure.

My overall car buying experience was really good! My salesperson, Austin was knowledgeable and patient. I like my new car. He made the stress of a major purchase enjoyable. Once I finally got a chance to review my sales paperwork a couple of days later I realized the amount I financed was $1000 more than the agreed upon amount. They left out the rebate for going with Toyota financing. The dealership was super busy the day I was there. So I do believe it was an honest mistake. But disappointing. However, even with that wrinkle I am still pleased with the sales and purchase of my new Camry.

I had one of the worst experiences with this Toyota dealership and won t be a returning customer. The Beechmont Location is closer to me, but I used to travel 30 miles out of my way to Joseph Toyota before I was treated with the most disrespect and incompetence I ve ever encountered by Mr. Anderson. I originally leased my car with Southeast Toyota and purchased the Toyogaurd extended insurance. I called ahead of a time spoke to Mr. Fletcher and he assured me that my tire rotation and oil change would be covered under this and that this was in fact accepted here. At arrival, Mr. Anderson refused service stating that they never receive payment from southeast, insulted Mr. Fletcher stating he doesn t know what he s talking about , and then told me to get out once I started getting upset for being turned away. Toyogaurd clearly states that this can be used at any Toyota dealership. Your clients should not have to suffer because you can t file the necessary paperwork or conduct the proper follow ups to receive payment from your own company. That is your job. To turn a traveling and repeated customer away for a simple tire rotation and oil change is insane. This experience alone actually made me consider returning my leased car to Toyota entirely. I ve never been treated this way in a customer service setting and don t recommend this location to anyone.

Two weeks ago I bought a 24 Canry from Dominique. My wife and I are very satisfied with the whole process. Dominique very upfrontwith the whole sales process. No pressure to buy a car or additional accessories or services. Everything from sales to finance was handed very professionally. This was our first time buying a car from Joseph Toyota.

The dealer, Thomas, and the team were incredibly welcoming, making me feel at ease. Their guidance in purchasing my 2024 RAV4 Hybrid was invaluable, offering clarity and support throughout the process. They were patient and understanding, taking time to explain each step, which was especially helpful as a newcomer to the country. Their commitment to providing a seamless and respectful experience for a first-time buyer like me truly deserves a 5-star rating.
