I had the absolute worst experience at this service location. We bought our Tahoe here so have continued to bring it here for service because we thought they would know the car best but we couldn't have been more wrong. It was a great purchase experience but every time we have brought the car in for service it has been timely, they never know what is going on with the car and always seem to find something wrong with a new car. This latest time was so terrible that we are looking to trade in our car for something other than a Chevrolet because I do not trust what they did "taking apart our car" to try and find an issue. We ended up finding out the issue that they couldn't find was a recall. The recall had expired but we also got service at this location so they should have caught this and prevented the issue. Furthermore, they had our car for over a week trying to find out the first issue. When we picked it up my husband drove away and started receiving all sorts of alerts and conveniently these issues happened after they had it for a week. We take it back and it takes them another two weeks to try and find the issue with this. This is when they took apart our car. They find that a short is blown that is causing the alerts to signal. Mind you this was a recall that they didn't catch earlier but they proceeded to charge us $1400. Even though they had it for a week prior and easily could have shorted the fuse while they were trying to find the previous "issue". After having our car now for over three weeks we go to pick up our car only to find that they broke our screen in the back seat. Despite "taking the car apart" and having it for over three weeks doing who knows what trying to find issues they state they did not break our screen and refused to fix it. Unless you want endless bills I would never trust this service team with your car. They are unreliable, never know what is going on, take for ever and always appear to be confused and out of touch. I will never purchase a Chevrolet again or anything from a Joseph affiliate. My Aunt had a similar situation at a different location within the Joseph Family and they also did nothing to fix their mistakes. Clearly they do not care about being honest or doing what is right.

Not happy. When we picked up the car on Thursday, we found a chip and scratch on the transmission shift knob which was not there when we dropped off the car on Wed. 12/13/2023.

This was my first time taking my vehicle here. They are very professional. Lee basically held my hand throughout the entire process. Even though this is my father s vehicle, it made me want to purchase a Chevy. I definitely will be coming back if I need any work done in the future.

I brought my Chevy Spark to this location for a new starter. I did a diagnostic on it before taking it there. It in fact was just the starter. This dealership was very unhappy when I told them I would not pay $187 for something I was able to do myself. They explained they were not responsible for the car/part if the starter did not fix the problem. Fair enough, assuming a dealership would be able to properly install a starter. My car ran for a few days before no longer starting. I figured this dealership did not properly put in the starter since they made such a fuss over the diagnostic and when I took it to my mechanic of 13 yrs they in fact found that the starter was not properly connected to the battery. Not sure how you miss bolts. This dealership is a joke and is obviously a money trap. I did not bring my car back and I do NOT recommend.

Brought my 2020 Malibu LT to Joseph on 10/6/23 for an oil change and transmission drain and fill. I explained to the service advisor that I recently drove the car to Atlanta, GA and back just fine, but had a little hesitation/kick back from the CVT trans a couple of times while driving in stop-and-go traffic on the way down. He recommended running a diagnostic to which I agreed.I called Monday afternoon on 10/9/23 for an update, and the person I spoke with acted like he couldn t find my car. I was told he would call me right back, but 3 hours went by. I called back again and was told that they would get the car in and check it out. I received a call shortly after telling me that I need a whole new CVT transmission replaced at $8,600. I inquired why considering the car drove home great from Atlanta to Cincinnati and was driving fine until I brought it to them. He stated that my service advisor was off work along with the diagnostic guy , so they just drained out a little fluid and found metallic debris, but couldn t tell me how much. That s normal to see in any old fluid where gears and metal-on-metal contact are present. Needless to say I declined the repair because the whole experience was sketchy and felt disingenuous. I picked the car up and drove it every day for the past month without any issues.On 11/16/23, I took the car to a different Chevrolet dealer service center to have the drain and fill service performed on the transmission along with other scheduled maintenance items. Their certified technician DID NOT find anything wrong with my transmission or the old transmission fluid. Shocking.I wonder how many of Joseph s customers have been taken advantage of for unnecessary repairs? $8,600 is a lot of money to replace a transmission that wasn t faulty in the first place. The audacity is beyond comprehension.

Worst service I ve ever had from a dealership. If your vehicle needs any warranty work, or any type of repair DO NOT bring it here. Had my truck for over 3 months. Service technicians couldn't figure out the problem, and no updates unless I called. After reading some reviews, it seems like this is very common at this dealership. I wish I would have known. I could have taken it to a more reputable service department.Service: Engine repair

I've rarely been here and gotten correct service the first time without making multiple trips. How do you mess up an oil change? Another time they did a COVID retrofit (over a year after purchase) and forgot to copy down the parts' serial numbers, made us come back. Now I'm sitting here waiting for them to scrounge up a loaner for warranty service that they just told me would take 48 hours (on the phone it was "sure just swing by"). This is after we already had it in for the same issue. They're clueless but hey at least you get some "free" chips at checkout.

There service department is excellent. I have been taking my car there for 3 years now. They are always attentive to your needs but never pushy. I pass 3 other Chevrolet dealerships to go there they have my business

Each time I go for service. It would be great. Front beginning to the end. I have no complaints. Come join the family and surround yourself with beautiful people. The bonus is the free snacks when checking out as a satisfied customer.

Polite, clean, but slower than expected. A simple oil change even with an appointment, took ~2 hours. But the waiting area was nice, and the staff was polite.

Took car into shop for repairs, repair tech spent half an hr and quoted me 5k for repairs to coolant system.... spent 2 days, 90 dollars to be told to junk it.... took it to a friend, found that the thermostat built up pressure in the system and blown the water pump gasket. Spent 4 hrs in 45 degree Atlanta weather to fix my car, saved 4k dollars and made memories.... gotta love Geosph chevy... when you tell them the pump went bad on Christmas and there phones are so bad they heard 6 months ago. When you need something fixed bad trust joesph Chevrolet.

Service had my car for 2 whole days to install the battery software and rotate the tires. They could not find the foam that I told them was sticking out of the top, sadly. (see photos)

I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. I waited for 1 1/2 hours in the waiting room inside the dealership and no one came to tell me when my vehicle was ready. I checked a couple times in the service drive to see if my vehicle was completed but it wasn't out there. The tech parked my car out in the parking lot after servicing my vehicle and left for the day. No one from the service department let me know when my car was completed. I'm very unhappy with the service department and will never go back. I will service my vehicle at another dealership in the future.

The Service department at Joseph is great! Their customer service is top tier, leagues above the other Chevy dealers around. They set very clear, honest expectations and kept me in the loop the whole time and even through in a car wash that I didn't expect! Their pricing is very transparent and competitive and even though this was my first time here I will definitely be back!! Thanks guys

The auto repair was fine. I had an oil change and tire rotation. The representative that assisted me was fine. The reason I can only give a 3 is due to the lack of customer service demonstrated upon my arrival. There were 3 different people in the room that could have simply acknowledged my presence and let me know someone would be with me soon. But no, that didn't happen. One of the representatives was talking to a mechanic about personal issues, nothing to do with mechanical work. Another representative was on a call and another kept running in and out of the room. The representative that did assist me was never in the room and had just finished working with a customer. Joseph Chevrolet representatives need to work on their customer service skills.

Went in today for regular maintenance on my car which I'm so glad they can do on Saturday's. idk if it's the same crew that's there during the week but everyone there today was awesome!! I didn't get the name of the guy that parked and washed my car but I also spoke with Jerry, Addison, Amber and Miss Carolyn and they all made my Saturday!! I was worried with it being walk in only but was in and out! thank y'all so much, I'll be back for sure!!

Went in for car maintenance bc I will no longer buy from them after the multiple times I have had horrible experience. Anyway went for oil change/maintenance. Had a appointment for 1030 and didn't leave until almost 1 and that's only bc I finally went to see what the issue was. Went to the cashier office and waited 10 minutes to go to the office where you drop off. Stood there a good 5 minutes before the 3 guys "working" decided to acknowledge me bc they were too busy talking. I asked about my car he can't find my paperwork until I look and find my keys on the desk of someone at lunch. Finally got to go back to the cashier and even though we still had free maintenance including oil changes i had to pay almost 70 for a simple oil change without tire rotation.

Went to look for a new car to purchase and also wanted to trade in my car towards the purchase. Looked a multiple vehicles, proceeded to start the process of purchasing. Called and got new car insurance as I was unsatisfied with my previous one. Was late around closing time so banks had closed. I was told I would receive a text the next day. Here it is 3 days later and haven't heard a thing. I will not go back. And while I was there I also heard 2 salesman talking amongst each other about a customer who wanted to buy a car for her son, in which one replied "She's not going to come back and buy a car in cash". Bad customer service!

Brought my vehicle in for a door repair that I was told would be a quick fix. Two hours saw several people I arrived before being serviced before me. I went to the help desk to see how much longer it would be, turns out they had forgot about the repairs. What was supposed to be a quick fix turned into over 3 1/2 hours and a completely wasted afternoon.
