We worked with Lee Scheidt and had an amazing experience. We came in right before close on a Sunday just to look around, but was welcomed and not rushed at all. We were able to come back today to finalize the deal. He was very kind and not pushy at all. He went above and beyond to help us set me set up my phone to the car and explain all the features before we left. The finance person we had was also very nice and was not pushy at all with the extras. We will definitely return in the future.

Purchased a new vehicle recently and was met with a very smooth experience all around. I have purchased 9 vehicles from dealerships in the past, and this was the smoothest transaction of them all. The finance experience is usually the worst part of buying for me personally. I feel like I am going into a timeshare presentation i already decided to say "No" to. I had zero issue with my finance guy. He explained the offer and didn't act mad that I was not interested in any extras. Seems like a bunch of great people work there and are willing to help make a deal happen. Special thanks to Stuart and Marcus on the sales team.

I would have rated the service 5 stars if it wasn't necessary to bring my car in twice for recall service. I came in late November, 2023 with a check engine light. It was determined at that time that I needed a part as part of a recall. The part was ordered. I received a call in mid-February that the part was and service was scheduled. I dropped my car of and by the time I got home I received a call telling me that they did not have the right part. So I had to go back and pick up my car. Then last week I received a call that the right part was in and service was scheduled. The repair was done yesterday and appears to have corrected the problem.

Our experience was great. Our salesman Lee Scheidt was very helpful and knowledgeable. It was one of our best experiences at buying a new vehicle. My service advisor Addison quickly reviewed the car history and saw this repair had been fixed 3 times already in the past 2 yrs. He spoke with his GM and they were able to handle the labor cost for me. That made me feel such a relief.

On Friday 1/26/2024 I had a terrible experience at Joseph Chevrolet with sales staff. Marcus Tolle, a sales consultant, is an extremely pushy and high pressure salesman. He does not care about any customer, he is only concerned about moving metal as he stated several times during my hour of business. He refused to give any break down of individual prices of extra features when looking to pay for them outright versus under contract. After showing a potential cost of $899x84 months he continued to be high pressure. He didn t want me to think about it, he wanted an answer immediately.Upon deciding to leave and THINK about the potential offer over the weekend, he refused to let me take the worksheet home. When I picked up the worksheet, he RIPPED it out of my hand. He claimed it had confidential information on it, which was MY personal information. Although, I managed to get a picture of the worksheet. He continued to raise his voice at me when I said I needed time to think about it and I would like to have something on paper when thinking over it over the weekend.This tells me Joseph Chevrolet will not stand behind any offer for any amount of time. Seems like a shady dealer to purchase any vehicle from if they won t give any time to think about an offer OR discuss other ways a deal could be made.No one will raise their voice at me, as the customer and still expect me to purchase their vehicle for a RIDICULOUS amount of money for a basic work truck.I have attached a copy of the worksheet here from the picture I was able to quickly take on Friday evening.

I unfortunately cannot recommend this dealership. They wanted far more than anyone else for a used vehicle. Manager refused to even talk to customers. Then wanted to deal by constantly calling and texting for a week after I walked out. They still would not meet the price offered by other dealerships after badgering me.

Considering you only managed to diagnose and fix 1 of the five issues I brought it in for and took over 30 days to do so.I will never be coming back there. After taking it to another shop I had a diagnosis on the transmission issue, brake issue, and they said the lower control arms were definitely not the right ones for my model truck that your tech said were the right ones. Needless to say, I was very disappointed in the service there, so much so I will never buy another GM product in fear that I will have to deal with your service department again.

Just bought our second vehicle in a row from Joseph Chevrolet. Got a 2005 Chevy Equinox with low mileage for $7500 out the door three years ago and loved it! Sadly, it was totaled New Year s Eve and we had to find a replacement car. Found a 2021 Equinox, low miles, for a bit more than what we paid before and will pick it up today (1/6/24).Emmanuel and the staff at Joseph Used Car Department are really top-notch and caring when it comes to fitting you with a new vehicle. No jargon, no double-speak, no pressing!

Took my car here to the body shop to have a simple grill replacement done. They gave me what I thought was a fair estimate and decided to have them complete the work. Picked up the car after closing because of my work schedule and it was dark outside. Car seemed ok in the dark and repaired. After inspection in the daylight I noticed my front camera was super glued on (not repaired with original equipment GM parts). Also discovered a brake fluid leak after them completing the work (wheel comes off for grill replacement and brake lines are exposed) so it was damaged here. Inner fender wasn t reinstalled properly and was hanging. Called and informed them, wife had to take a unpaid day off work for this extra appointment that shouldn t have to happen. They tell her there isn t a brake fluid leak (after seeing the fluid reservoir was low and fluid on the ground on rim) and they tucked the fender back up. They told my wife they were trying to save us money by not getting a new camera bracket and never presented me with that option. Another body shop informed that is a serious malpractice by a body shop and I cannot tell you how much they just shrugged it off like it isn t a big deal and we are just crazy. Literally told my wife it isn t a big deal. I wouldn t take a big wheel here to be fixed and would never purchase a vehicle here.

There is no recognizable form of customer service at this dealership and body shop This was my second time of a start to finish awful experience with Joseph Chevrolet. And they seem not to care about getting bad reviews either. Avoid if you can!UpdateJust to emphasize hi much I stand by my original statement. Joseph Chevrolet responded with a post that they take my feedback seriously. They also said a manager would contact me to discuss my issues. Of course that did not happen!

11/18/2023 I waited quite a while to find out service was trying to fix a problem when another problem developed. I had to come back the next day, I was given a loaner vehicle and the problem was fix early the next day. It took a while for just an oil change, but everyone was polite and attentive. I was satisfied. Except for a car wash which you usually give everything was taken care of. Marilyn Bush-McCloud

I was never informed that there was a shuttle that could pick me up and bring me to my vehicle that was serviced.I drove my second vehicle there and asked them permission to leave it in the lot and I could pick it up later that evening, I told them that I could not be back there until 6 or 7 o'clock. When we returned there, the exits to the parking lot exits were blocked off by large trucks.... No one informed me that I should be there prior to 6 o'clock. I was surprised that the sales department was even closed... However, and luckily there wa a lot Tech still on the premises, who after fifteen to twenty minutes was able to locate a key to move a truck so I could leave.I should have been informed to park my vehicle in the guest parking outside of the area that they would block off at night, and not in the guest parking within that area to be blocked off at night. Obviously comma because of what happened, that did not happen.Other than that simple mix up, the service was great and the employees were very friendly.I will get my truck serviced there in the future without a doubt.

I bought a brand new car from this dealership. The dealership sold me a service contract to go with the new car. When I bought the contract, I asked very specifically about windshield replacement (I have bad luck with windshields). I asked repeatedly about windshields. The sales person claimed and reassured me that they would absolutely be covered in the contract. They lied! The dealership refuses to replace the windshield under the service contract. This is fraud in its simplest form.
