Danny, the sales consultant, was great and helped me through out the purchasing process as I traveled from Miami to purchase. Everyone was courteous and attentive. Dealer is very clean and has a great kids area.

It was an absolute pleasure for my first time experience at the service department at Joseph GMC of Colerain. I received MUCH BETTER service than I did at the service department at Kerry GMC on Northland Blvd. The waiting area is very nice, comfortable, and pleasant. They got my car serviced in about an hour. I will definitely be bringing my vehicle back to Joseph GMC of Colerain for my future car service needs. Thank you for providing excellent customer service!

Found a truck I love! Nick Sander was fast too get back with me and worked out a great deal. Drive from South Carolina too get the truck. The whole time Nick was very responsive and not pushy. Hit up Nick if you need a new car.

I had been a customer for over a decade. Bought a car in 2013 and the service dept. is five star! However, when I tried to buy a 2024 car it was a very unprofessional experience. The salesman lived up to the stereotype of being shady. I ended up purchasing elsewhere, which is a shame, because previous to this I had nothing short of a great experience. Now my loyalty lies elsewhere.

David Baker, who was my advisor was very kind, and even I think, empathetic to my situation, since I thought the part needed to fix it, was covered under the wrap warranty I purchased with the car, and the warranty company says it wasn't. I had a lot of questions and he never once made me feel I was a bother or asking too many questions. He is the reason for the 5 star review I am giving. Buick/GM company as a whole also, so far. I love my car and has not had anything like this go wrong since I purchased it. I have told others that it is a great car. I had never purchased a Buick before, so therefore leased it for a year to make sure it would be a good purchase.I though, however, am very disappointed, and feel like I have been misinformed at the time of purchase of what the wrap warranty did cover or wouldn't have purchased the extra warranty. I turned it down 3 times at first due to the price. I was led to think that the warranty covered everything basically bumper to bumper. Not including the normal, like oil changes, tires, brakes, windshield wipers, air filters, tire rotation, etc.. After all this wrap warranty wasn't cheap, and thought it was too good to be true, but thought Buick must trust their vehicles enough to know they weren't going to lose on this offer and neither was I, so I bought it. If something major happens to the vehicle I will be glad I purchased it for sure, but for now, disappointed.

I am not happy with the service I received on 1.31.24. I was told in the waiting room in front of a lot of people that I needed a new tire. They said I have a tire from 2010 that was DRYROTTED. That was a LIE! I was told I have a nail in another tire that was never shown to me. My paperwork said my one tire is a 2012. My car is a 2017 that I bought from Joseph Buick. THEN I WAS GIVEN EXPIRED CANDY AS A THANK-YOU GIFT!!

I don't write many reviews but this is a good place to buy a car. I bought a 2019 Ford Escape & was helped by Danny Fluker. It was definitely nice to deal with a salesperson with some integrity & professionalism. Not a trait I have found at many other dealerships. Everyone there was really nice. Highly recommend Joseph Buick GMC and Danny if you are looking for a new or used car. These guys are the real deal.

What a great experience with Kris at Joseph GMC Buick. We had been looking for a month for the car that we were hoping to purchase. After visiting multiple dealerships, Chris was extremely helpful and we got through the process seamlessly. It was not easy, finding a Yukon to replace the previous Yukon we had for nine years!

Offered to purchase my jeep, harassed me night and day by phone, email, and text message until I made an appt to have them inspect it. Horrible customer service once in there and offered $3500 LESS than what they originally offered and even way less than the market value of my jeep. Don t waste your time.

I have used Chris the salesperson for 2 transactions and I can t say enough great things about him. He is always very helpful and professional and knowledgeable. The whole team at this location is great but Chris is my go to guy. Excellent customer service all around.

I brought my 2017 GMC Sierra in for scheduled maintenance. Website showed a listing price. Went to see truck. Advertised with 13 miles new. Was not new used with 2000 miles. Website price was not price they wanted if you took the advertised APR. Honestly felt like they were trying to scam you all around. Almost comical with their approach. Be aware of prices and totals and accessories and the vehicle you are buying. After talking to other Joseph dealers, this is not common practice.So extra caution advised.

Came in for warranty repair. William at service was top notch. He kept in contact with me as to the status of the repair through the entire process and set us up with a loaner car. I have used Joseph GMC for service for 17 years and they are always honest and upfront with any repair.

I went to J Welyer looking for a car. They missed up my credit score, running it 25 times. Score went from 656 to 510. Well at Joseph Buick GMC. The salesman was very nice, and helpful. By the time I got ready to leave. I had found a vehicle, and I was happy. No double talk, no trying to get me a car I could not afford. I was ecstacy and happy. Will go back again.

Purchased a new truck 10/4/22 from this location. Was informed at the time of the purchase that my first oil change was free, which many dealers do. Today 9/2/23 took my truck in for its first oil change. Was initially told when i dropped truck off for service that oil change is free due to being its first service. I was called a short time after dropping truck off and informed that my free oil change expired on 8/15/23. Less than a year from purchase date of 10/4/23. When picking up truck I was informed that the effective date for free oil change was 8/15/22 - 8/15/23, find it convenient it expired 2 weeks prior to getting the oil change. Not sure why the effective date would start a month and a half earlier than the purchase date, but somehow it did. I just know I will not waste time to return to this location.

We had Steve as our salesman and he did an out standing job. In my option he went above and beyond. He even personally detailed the vehicle before we arrived since they didn t have staff on hand to do it. We live 4 hours away and he was on the ball getting us all the paperwork and everything we needed to make this deal as easy and painless as possible. I would highly recommend him if anyone needs a salesman they go see Steve. Honestly if it wasn t for him I don t think we would have been able to make the deal. Thanks again Steve

I needed transmission. I was given a loaner vehicle while the parts were being order and the work was finished. That service was amazing it allowed me to continue to be mobile while I waited. Thanks Dave!!!

Just bought a new vehicle from this dealership and had the absolute best experience. Chris was fantastic and did everything to make sure I walked away a happy (even came in on his day off) customer. The Mgr (Rashaad) was great and it was a pleasure working with him. The entire team made buying a car a great experience and I will be a loyal customer for life.
