Such a great group to work with. My Jeep was nearly totaled by a hit and run. The entire staff worked diligently to get it repaired. They welcomed me back when a few small pieces were still out of sorts when my Jeep was returned. They made sure that I was satisfied and that the work was done correctly. The customer service showed by both Kim and Jim was impeccable. I was frequently getting calls to keep me in the loop. I m very thankful for their hard work and highly recommend!

I have been a customer at Jim Collins Auto body for over 23 years. Jim has taken care of our cars after accidents, deer strikes, and detailing. Most trustworthy place around! Honest and dependable work. Cars looks brand new. Great that they handle the insurance for us too! I wouldn t go anywhere else! I've gone to Jim Collins Auto Body since 2013 and ivd received nothing but the best service. They understand that people have budgets so they try to find the best price for the parts or services rendered. Kim recently went above and beyond for me when my car got totaled, the insurance was saying one thing and she found several flaws and even helped me get money back. This is a very trustworthy business and they always take care of their customers.

I will use the word professional for this staff, but in my heart they felt more like family .They couldn t do enough for me and my needs. Jim Collins, himself, adds personalattention to his customers, Kim who works in the office made me feel like I ve known her all my life, and Jerry who did my detailing went over and beyond my expectations.I definitely see why they ve been in business and celebrating 50 years of service. Our car was severely damaged in a hail storm and Jim Collins Auto Body restored it better than new! We could not be more pleased with the results and the level of service we received from this company. I highly recommend Jim and his company.

This is the best body shop in the Greater Cincinnati region. If you are looking for an EXTREMELY high quality body shop that works for the customer (the owner of the car) and not the insurance company, this is the body shop for you.Jim Collins & his team are the best body shop. Jim and his employees are always professional, and friendly and always take the extra steps to assist you they handle everything from arranging rental vehicles if needed to dealing with insurance adjuster. They are are top quality, friendly and efficient company.

Rear end collision repair & driver's door mirror repaired in a timely manner. Pearlized paint matches original paint. All electronic and motorized parts back to working flawlessly. Kim in the office kept me informed during the process. Every employee I spoke with was courteous and went out of their way to complete their work with attention to detail. Thanks so much!

Jim Collins Auto Body worked diligently with me, my insurance, and the subrogation needed to complete my repair! A difficult repair of frame, axle, and body. Kim kept me informed of every step! Refreshing to find professionals that care! CMH

Fantastic, they worked on a right hand drive import, fixing a giant 3 foot long gouged scrape for 60% of the other quote I got.Literally could not tell the car was repainted, the paint matched up that well.

Will never take my car anywhere else, I have a bit of bad luck with cars and getting hit it feels like and they always have had things looking good as new and are delightful to work with!

I had my car fixed there and now my paint and parts are falling off!!!! They of course will not own up to any of it. Avoid at all cost and go down the street.
