I find this place incredibly honest I was up there. No one in line in the mechanic said your oil doesn t need to be changed yet. It s still very clear. I don t know of another place that would ve done that and I really like their coupons.

Do not visit here they are very lazy , They had me waiting for 3 hours .. after I was the first one there to get my car fix . Just to tell me they didn t have no one to do my breaks when it was clearly a man working on cars .The lady said he s only doing oil changes ..After it says big as day they do breaks .They had me waiting all that time just to say that .. and I over heard the man say I m not doing no dam breaks today.. The man name was Damon I asked .. and the lady was real rude she wouldn t give me her name .. not the supervisor the other lady .. It was 3 people on shift ..

They guys took great care of me. Even look over my head lights and explained what was causing the problem. Plus customer service was awesome from everyone there. Glad I stopped to get my oil change in lest then 15min. Also inexpensive or should I say affordable especially now prices go crazy. I say great deal my car is running fabulous. Where do I even start. Bought a deal on Groupon, oil change, tire rotation, vacuum & window cleaning. The techs weren t thrilled about the vacuum & window service. But whatever. That s the least of my problems.Cruised into this location, I was the only one there so service was speedy. Apparently a little too speedy. I waited in the lobby. The tech stopped 1/2 way through to inform me I needed front breaks. After much pressure & 15-20 min of back n forth from the tech, I stood my ground as a no thanks, I ll take it to my mechanic. As the $300 break job seemed high. I left, with no issues, or so I thought.Fast forward a few days later, I hear what sounds like a cv joint banging, only happened a couple times then stopped. I m thinking that s weird, the only one that s touched my tires was when I was at this Jiffy Lube location.The next week, the banging returns and now it s every time I turn to the right. I called in for an appointment at a place near my house, but wasn t till weeks end. No biggie- Ya right! I made a U-Turn, heard a VERY loud bang, my steering wheel started shaking and now the banging was constant. I called a mobile mechanic. Come to find out Jiffy Lube failed to tighten the lug nuts on front right tire. 3 of the lug bolts had snapped off, the wheel was only barely hanging on, by 1 very loose lug. Causing $1500 worth of damage. The Ball Joint, Hub & Wheel Assembly need full replacement. And on an Acura, nothing is cheap. Oh and the break pad on that side is just fine Not to mention my life if that tire would ve fallen off while driving. So what I think happened: The tech got distracted by trying to get me to replace the breaks, he didn t bother to check that the lug nuts were tightened down.Services: Tires, Oil change

Said they vacuumed and cleaned windows on my receipt did not do that said coolant was low but yet put none in.....way higher price then other places ....no wonder they were easy to get into no wait line is why I went won't make that mistake again.....didn't even put a sticker in my window to remind me of next oil change

Do NOT go to this place whatever you do, keep driving to valvoline & wait for their service as this place needs shut down.I went there today as I was expecting an in & out. I was approached by Hannah a newer tech that has NO idea what the hell she is doing. She offered an oil change with a tire rotation because they were offering a discount. Only to end up spending 4x when I initially expected to spend all while almost losing my life.She (Hannah) & her colleagues broke my lug nuts & blamed it on my husband & I. After she attempted to hide the fact of breaking them while I was standing at the front desk speaking with the manager. From there someway, somehow the establishment & its workers proceeded to destroy my wheel studs on my tire.Mind you all of this came from what was supposed to be a tire rotation, I d already called into corporate to have this escalated & while doing so the workers started to get loud with my husband. The wannabe manager Ariel attempted to continue blaming us while stating that what had taken place was THEIR fault and getting the owner on the phone because I was very upset.I was told it d be fixed by the establishment but it wasn t I continued to be blamed for something they had done. No attempt to fix anything but throw the tire back on the car & basically make me want to leave the establishment.I left with 4 out of 5 studs showing & only 2 lug nuts fully tightened on my car properly. In short I am thankful I did not lose my tire when I was driving because that would have been ugly but the fact that this place continued to say it was something they did but their management did everything they could to blame me.DO NOT GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT FOR ANY REASON, lay out in the middle of the road & ask for help before you go anywhere near this place. $300+ later I pray nothing else is wrong with my vehicle but a trip that should have taken half hour at most did not. Their workers, management & the owner deserve another title in life. I am disgusted with the nightmare I went through with this company. It is not my fault that you hire stupid people that have the slightest clue of what they are doing & do NOT pay them anything to mess up someone else s livelihood!STAY AWAY!

These guys are great! Im an old woman. I went in for an oil change. Also worried about my engine light on as well. They let me know I had 1100 miles left on my oil and did a diagnostic FREE!! Checked my coolant. Even cleaned the leaves from around my wipers! No charge!I will be back....THANKS GENTLEMEN!

Came in yesterday with my car perfectly fine other than needing an oil change and brakes! Pulled out and not even 30 mins later my engine light came on! I had plans on going back to get my brakes fixed but now I know better! I m pisssssssssed! 0/10 I do not recommend! I refuse to even go back to have them look at what went wrong!

Just do not go! I should have learned from the reviews but I said hey every car shop is not perfect. This one is HORRIBLE! Oil change 6/28 not even a month in something told me to check the oil today and its BONE DRY I have zero leaks in this car. Same day (today) I drive, my check engine light comes on, and the car runs hot. They didnt top off any fluids I had no coolant and no oil and now my car is sitting in my driveway undrivable. I am towing to a real mechanic and Jiffy I WILL be sending you the bill so be ready. DO NOT GO HERE MATTER OF FACT CLOSE THIS LOCATION DOWN OBVIOUSLY LOOK AT THE REVIEWS. I should have known! My change took 5minute that should've been a red flag.

Bad experience. Pulled up coupon on line for 25.00 synthetic oil change. This location was the first one on the list for accepting it. Showed it to the guy when ready to do the service. He said I can tell you right now that coupon doesn t work here. We have new owners and they won t honor it. No matter the price was now double what it was when I had an oil change done at this location in November. So charged double, didn t take coupon that said they took, but on the way out the lady before me said they took it for her. Contacted corporate-said each location is different and they set their own prices and policies . Corporate offered to open a complaint file, but why bother-just go to Valvoline!! Stay away from this sketchy location.Service: Oil change

Oil light came on so I went by 8am Tuesday. Guy told me the management was late due to traffic. Came back around 3, got in and out pretty fast however there's a list of stuff on the invoice they supposedly did, that I know they didn't like vacuum my floors and reset my oil sensor. So if you didn't do that but wrote that you did, did you really top off fluids and check air in tires and all the other stuff you listed? Is it me or do I have a right to expect basic honesty in any service?

The new fella in charge, Aj i think he said his name was, did a great job changing my mind on my experience before this one. I said I d never go back, but that has been remedied and I ll continue to visit here! On Saturday 1/9/2021 around 2pm, I received friendly and good professionalism from the team, especially the manager. The manager was very nice and made sure my car was serviced in efficient time. I was given an oil change and my car run so much better. When my oil change was done, he asked was there anything else he can do. I would recommend this location to all my family and friends. Love this place. Had a great experience here. The girl was really helpful. This will be my new goto place for an oil change. Especially because Valvoline down the street is always like 10 cars deep. And this Jiffy Lube gets you in and out in no time and almost never has a ridiculous line to wait in. Highly recommend.

If I could give this place negative stars, I would, but because I can t, they get 1 star. Here s why:-Customer service: They never heard of it. I walked in to 3 employees staring at their phones behind the counter. After a minute of standing there without anyone acknowledging me, one of them looks up and says Have a seat, someone will be with you without even asking me what I need. After 10 minutes, one of them shouts Can I help you? and it s at this moment I should have left but because of trauma, I avoid conflict and stayed for the emotional abuse to ensue. I say I needed an oil change, tire rotation, and maybe new cabin filters. After going to get my car and doing the initial inspection, the lady comes back and apparently I need new tires and tells me that ll costs ~$300 and they have financing to help me with the cost, because she looked at me and saw Broke stamped on my melanated forehead. It s the assumption I can t afford tires that bothered me. Let me complain of cost first BEFORE you offer financial help. And she didn t have air filters on hand, I d have to wait an hour for them to come in. Listen -Actual car service: my car drove WORSE after the oil change. I mean, I m flooring it going up a 5% grade hill at 45MPH in a 3 year old car. It cannot be I thought as it took 5 seconds to get up to 55MPH because there was no responsiveness from my car. Lo and behold, I take my car to my dealership and it turns out Jiffy Lube didn t properly close my air filter box so my engine was just sucking up more air and just being inefficient. On top of that, they scraped the front end of my passenger side bumper. Now I need to get body work done on my car.If Jiffy Lube was a person, I would throw hands on sight.

The staff was very kind, diverse, and helpful. Their team is fast and efficient. The rep that I worked closely with Morgan Royalty did an excellent job with my vehicle. She and the Jiffy Lube crew worked very hard through the aggravation my car was giving them. They all get 5 s from me. I hope this will finally be a long lasting auto mechanic relationship .

Paid what they asked for a oil change. I find out they didn't check my tires because I was low on one, they do not top off any fluids! I did have to actually look to see that my oil was at least changed.

Great guys. Changed my oil and balanced my tires in less than 20 minutes. Also, the employees were very friendly and courteous. If they worked for me I would give these guys a raise. Kudos! Great Job!

I've been to this store a couple times now. For oil changes, other maintenance, and vehicle inspections for Lyft/Uber. Yes, they do can do rideshare inspections at a good price. Who knew? They can also balance your tires while they rotate them at your oil changes. I didn't know they could balance them. Don't forget to print out coupons you can find online to save a little on your next visit.Big shout out to the new manager Morgan. She and her crew are working hard and it shows. The location has never looked better. It really shows that they are proud of the job they do and are happy to be there.Do yourself a favor and stop in the next time your vehicle needs maintenance.
