Fantastic experience here! Service was excellent. They communicated clearly with each step and made sure to approve the price with us before moving forward with any work. They went the extra mile with vacuuming our car and were timely and efficient. We will absolutely be returning to this Jiffy Lube! And highly recommend that you utilize their business!

Great service, great staff. They always take care of our vehicles and let us know if we have anything needing repair. They ll replace your windshield wipers for you too. And much more. They ll top off your oil free if you have a car that burns oil like we do, lol.

I ve been here 3 times for oil changes and left happy each time because it s hard to get into my mechanic. Polite, fast, doesn t push sales on me. They just follow my requests, seem to actually listen/care, perform a good service and send me happily on my way.

I had a great experience with this Jiffy Lube location. They checked to make sure the lights on my car worked, and I came to realize that one of my break lights had gone out. I was happy they caught that since the price of a new light is a lot more affordable than a ticket. Service was quick, efficient, and affordable!

This place is wonderful. They put in a headlight for me and filled all my tires since the low tire pressure warning came on. They were really fast, friendly and extremely professional!!!

So overdue. These guys always make a point to make sure you're taken care of, they'll chat if you want or ignore you entirely if that's you. I've had oil changes on 3 vehicles exclusively at this location and have had air filters suggested twice, if you're familiar with this, you know that means they're fastidiously honest and I needed 2 air filters. It's never loud or stinky and, particularly now, not busy. Go in through Chipotle, the intersection is mangled.

Came in 12/23 for an oil change and turns out I needed new brakes and rotors. They didn t have the parts but had someone run down the street and get them, I was out in under an hour. Great service and friendly team

Amazing service. I stopped by the shop on Glen Este Withamsville today and got fantastic service. To top off the speedy and very affordable oil change the guys here were nice enough to even clean my battery terminals off bc of corrosion. I d 10/10 recommend for sure.

The guys at this particular location are super fast and efficient. Even noticed that my front end had a rattle and diagnosed it on the spot. I will be going to them every time for my cars needs.

Unfortunately, after the oil change, my battery died and was unable to be jumped. The guys got a new batter and installed it. BUT then my car electronics went haywire. With the help of google and some brain power, the guys tried several methods to reset it. Hallelujah it worked! A simple oil changed turned into a bit of an oddesey, but your guys came through. I did not think to get their names but a big thank you to them!

I own a company with 3 delivery vehicles. Ive been using Jiffy Lube my entire life in many states. This particular jiffy lube has a great manager. I don't even know his name but I go back because of him. Thats something you guys should know. Great guy.

Excellent service!! I was so excited to see young men that communicate so well. I got the royal treatment. Oil change air filter tires rotated. Also new brakes. At a very very reasonable price. They were honest, respectful, and fast. Originally quoted two hours for brakes and sway links, they got it done in 45mins. Same day service too! Lobby was clean and so was bathroom. They have a customer for life
