Just purchased a Hyundai Tucson from Jeff Wyler Superior Hyundai and could not be any happier. Our sales associate Tyrell was not overbearing, very polite and professional. Everyone made every effort to help us reach our goal of purchasing a SUV. Sales manager and financial gentleman was very accommodating and meet our request. I had a beautiful experience buying my new car. My salesman was Will Morton. He took the time to explain each step that needed attention. He set my radio and paired my car to the phone. I even received a full tank of gas as a complimentary gift and a car wash.Thank you Jeff Wyler for a valuable employee. My 2024 Hyundai Venue is the perfect size for my dog and I. Also this is my 4th vehicle dealing with Hyundai.

I was so at easy and felt so comfortable with my purchase. Thatcher was awesome and so was Timothy and sorry but I forgot the name of the finance lady. It was a smooth transition and great experiences and I look forward to doing business with them in the future.

I wasn't approved for a payment I could afford. I clearly told Ricardo and Tim the store manager that I was not interested. They should of stopped running my credit trying to get approval right then but they did not. I'm still getting emails saying there was a hard hit. After addressing them asking why I'm still being ran they still tried to push if I was interested in something way out of my budget. They finally tell me they added in my file not to call or run me through the banks. The amount of hard hits I received and it happening days later is absolutely ridiculous.

If I could go back in time and never buy the car I bought from this place I would!! I should have taken it as a sign when I struggled to get insurance bc the theft system, that I needed to walk away. My sales guy was Sam. He said he would sell the car I bought to his daughter, and 6 hours after leaving the lot with it, it started making awful noises and what do you know, no assistance from Sam when I sent him the videos. The following day the trim on the passenger side door just falls off. my finance person was Kendal and what a freaking bully she was when I didn t wanna buy her gap insurance. I have never had someone so bluntly disrespectful at the word NO. I m a month and a half out from buying the car and my temp tags have expired and the DEALERSHIP doesn t even have the title to the dang car. I WAS COMPLETELY TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF AND WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS AT THIS PLACE AGAIN.

Ricardo is excellent at his job! Very knowledgeable on the cars he is selling. I went in looking at 2 different models & he pushed me towards the least expensive of the 2 after asking me a few questions. He pushed me towards the vehicle that was more suited to my needs, versus trying to sell me the higher-end car just to make money.

Ricardo was a delight to work with. He was a no pressure salesman and worked very hard to get me at a price point I was comfortable with. He was very knowledgeable of the vehicle I was purchasing and showed me features I didn t even know existed in the car. I would absolutely work with him again!

They are very friendly. They explain everything they need to do and provide an estimate. They also saved me $600 because something they said needed to be done based on the mileage turned out to be fine. Keenan was great. I like that they can text you now with information rather than calling and me having to call back if I missed it. It is especially nice when you were at work to just get a text and be able to text them right back.

I'm not sure what happed with their Service department, but my last several interactions have been incredibly disappointing. Time for me to move on to a new dealer. I'm looking at buying another car, and I appreciate that Jeff Wyler Superior Hyundai has let me know that they do not want my business. This frees me up to find dealers who do care about their customers.

Got my first brand new vehicle yesterday! A 2024 Kia Seltos. Huge thanks to Ricardo, he was amazing!! He made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire experience, took a lot of the stress off, listened to me, and went above and beyond to help. 100% recommend him to any future customer, friends/family. They acted like we did not belong there! We wanted a brand new car. We had things we wanted in our new car. I was paying for it, not them. We were going to trade our car in on the new one.They kept us waiting for 5 hrs. Our credit is impeccable! They had our car, wanted 8000. Down. By this time, we were ready to leave. It was a night mear!!!PLEASE DON'T GO THERE!!! SAVE YOUR DIGITY!! NEVER AGAINTHEY WOULDN'T GIVE US OUR CAR BACK. THEY WERE READY TO PUT IT BACK OUT TO SELL.WE PAID CASH

I went to Jeff Wyler Superior Hyundai on Mitchell Ave today to get the security upgrade as per the recall notice. I was amazed how seamless my experience was. As I drove into the lot, there was a sign directing customers to the security upgrade service bay. There was no wait. They immediately opened the service bay doors and directed me inside. After I dropped offy keys, the service guy directed me to the waiting area where he said they had complimentary coffee, water and wifi. There was also a TV to watch. I think it took 40 minutes or so and they came back into the waiting area to let me know when it was finished. I asked if he could check to see why my headlamp was not shining properly and he said he'd take a quick look. He returned quickly saying the spring wasn't hooked on properly and they had corrected it for me. I was thrilled with the service, the promptness, the comfort and temperature of the waiting area and their willingness to go beyond and check my light. This is the second time I have been to this location and both times my experience has been amazing.

I have bought 5 cars from superior Hyundai for my family. The Hyundai elantra is a great car for me. I was able to get a car at the price I could afford and I got a great interest rate on my loan. My salesman Sam gave me the VIP treatment and delivered my car to my door. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used car.

The "service" that was given was not helpful at all. After a $200+ service fee, I was told I need a full engine rebuild was offered, which was $15,000. That is more than the car is worth. I have since taken the car to other shops, which have been able to offer different solutions and more in depth diagnosis. No other option or evaluation other than "new engine needed give us $15k". How could I, in good faith, recommend this to anyone else? My girlfriend has just purchased a Hyundai (based on my previous positive experience), and thankfully she bought from somewhere else, but this experience has shaken my confidence in Hyundai as a whole.On top of that, the point of contact was difficult to get a hold of, with multiple voice mails and emails not returned. AND, when I went to go get the keys from the site, the service department did not have record of me paying my "service fee" ($200+ to give no real useable information).I am extremely disappointed in this branch and Hyundai as a whole. I will not be recommending Hyundai (or KIA) to anyone else, and will recommend different brands and to seek service elsewhere.

The Service Department was a wonderful experience!!! The waiting area was clean and a warm environment. Terrible salesman. Had a deal done just needed to go pick it up. Told them about my work schedule and they sold the car from underneath me less the 24 hours later. Ricardo set the appointment and the sales manager Tim didn t follow through and they still didn t tell me until the day of the appointment. Get new staff that want to do good business.

They were running behind on appointments, the waiting room was freezing cold, incredibly quiet (all you could hear is everyone disgustingly breathing), the TV was off, no magazines to look through, and I had to listen to the receptionist rudely talk to customers on the phone. Not a good day to have brought my car in for service. Just wasn t a comfortable atmosphere.They did great servicing my car and the technicians were very friendly and helpful.

I had three manufactured recalls so I called Jeff whyler they said no problem it would take a day or two because one of the recalls is a undercoating it will take that long to dry.i dropped it off the night before and got a call the next day saying it was ready . I know think they didn't do the undercoating and I'm to old to check . Anytime I have ever got my car fixed I have always got a free car wash and or a box of candy. I was so disappointed because all they wanted was to fix some of my other car issues, so they can make money off me . And because I said no I'm sure that's wy I didn't get a car was and customer service was not that nice .Thanks for letting me know how you really feel about your customers, I will not be back ...

I purchased a 2021 Toyota Sienna Hybrid in September of 2023, and I would say the sales experience was okay. But everything afterwards has been absolutely abysmal.Immediately after the sale, my sales person stated he would come into the showroom the following day, Thursday, (which was his day off) to retrieve my license plate and collector license plate frame from my vehicle and overnight them to me. I told him not to worry about it until Friday.Toward the end of the following week, I left a message at the dealership inquiring about my license plate and collector frame. No one called.When I called in the middle of the following week, I explained the scenario and asked for someone to return my call. I heard nothing, and at this point I was annoyed.By the third week, I left a rather strong voicemail message stating I expected a return call by the end of the day. I received a return call from the General Manager within an hour. He stated he had been on his honeymoon and he would "look around" to see if they could locate my license plate and collector frame.Now this may not seem like a big deal to some people, but my collector item was in regards to Jimmy Buffett and he sadly passed away a few days before my visit to the dealership. My fellow Parrotheads, however, would completely understand.When I explained to the manager how important the frame was to me, he suggested I look on eBay where I could "probably find one for $35 or $40!" No remorse, no "hey, I'll find one and ship it to you," no nothing!!!Since that conversation, no one from the dealership has followed up with me to see how I like the Sienna, or how I would rate my initial buying experience.The bottom line is they only cared about selling the vehicle, and I was only a number. I strongly encourage anyone who is thinking about purchasing a new or used vehicle, to look elsewhere. If I could give them a "0", I would.
