5 stars for Wendell Johnson. He has been a great help in showing us around. Explaining different options and differences in the variety of vehicles. Letting us know the gas savers. All around been very helpful and a joy to have met. Need more friendly young men that is easy to communicate with and comfortable to explain exactly what we were looking for. My husband and I recently bought a used Jeep from Jeff Wyler Superior Honda. The service there was top notch! Alex was absolutely wonderful to work with. We never felt pressured unlike other dealerships we had been to. When Alex came out to greet us he was super laid back and very helpful. This is our second vehicle we ve purchased with Superior, and we will continue to recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

Sean Casey was wonderful to work with. We came from out of town and had the numbers worked out before we came for a test drive, and he worked hard to make sure that we weren t spending hours on paperwork knowing we had a good drive ahead of us. All in all, it was worth the drive for a great car for a great price and a great salesman to work with. Highly recommend him for anyone looking for a nice Honda and an easy experience!

Always helpful and super efficient, whether you are getting a service or need help on the sales floor. I ve worked with Vance in maintenance and Wendell in sales, both went above and beyond to help me get what I need. Both were so personable and spent their time making sure I understood everything. I wasn t rushed in or out, but all care was done without pointless waiting around time.

Watch your Retail Purchase Agreement to be sure that it matches the original agreed upon amount. Ask to see it before agreeing to additional coverages, and after. They will show you a payment amount but not show you the final amount. That s why I give it 2 stars. Selling is fine, but when you get to finance department, that s when you get put through the sales pitches.Everything is going at MSRP post Covid and cars are being sold before they even make it to the dealer, so know ahead of time what the add on will be and buy accessories after you purchase the car so you won t have those accessories added into your financed amount. Everything adds up and before you know it, you walk out with $8,000 more than MSRP quote. That part is no fun! My time at the dealership was about 3-4 hours, so go refreshed, well fed, and awake. Also, go during the day so you can walk around the car and get a good look at everything. Check the mirrors and test drive it to make sure the lane assist, drive assist, and cruise control are functioning. Check the door locks, too. Everything is electric components and even though they go through an inspection, you should make sure these things work before buying. Make sure the rearview mirror is not broke.

Ryan Craft was very professional, never pushy and very helpful. We hadn't anticipated on purchasing right away but he helped us look at what was available and we found what we had been looking for. Mr Friedman was good and professional as well. Thank you for such a good experience. We will be back if we ever need a vehicle. This is the third car from this location and will be back.
