I had an issue recently with the service department. I got an email for a free cabin air filter replacement, so I made an appointment and went in.I noticed over the next few days that my air wasn t quite working right, and I decided to check out the air filter.I popped the panel off, and the cover for the air filter fell right down, so it wasn t clipped on properly. I reached in to check the air filter, and discovered that it was bunched up, shoved up to the top of the space. I had a bit of trouble getting it out because it was so wedged in there, and the air filter was permanently pinched due to it being incorrectly installed and sitting like that for a few days. Luckily I had another air filter that I was able to swap out, and able to make sure everything was put back together correctly.You know all those texts and emails that they send to follow up on service appointments? Yeah they don t seem to do much. I responded to both the text and the email with this issue, and never heard anything back. I m not asking for any free work to be done, not asking for any compensation (even though I ended up having to spend money because of their poor service). I d like an apology and acknowledgment of the poor service. I m posting this review since I received no reply from either the text or email.This, in addition to another issue that I had last year (also with the service department) makes me cautious of getting any car work done here.

Mostly a good experience. A guy named Ben in the service department was very dismissive and pissed me off.

Nice lot compared to other locals.Inventory up to par. DeAngelo was very professional and accommodating. He went above and beyond to satisfy me and made sure I had everything I needed to make a informed decision. 5/5

Try to sale my vehicle to them and the offer was to low. Kelly blue book offer is 2,000 to 5,000 more value of the great condition my vehicle is in. I compared my vehicle to other vehicles and theirs are being sold $5,000 + more with higher miles and mechanical problems. My vehicle is kept up and has newer parts. At least could had offer what's left on the loan. This vehicle is going for almost $20,000 other places

Not happy at all....Bought used car and had to immediately buy new tires since the tires were 'cupped' and so loud it was impossible to even hold a conversation in the car.Try and convince me that they weren't aware of this issue..
