Todd Puckett was really knowledgeable. He was very patient. He took time to explain all features and options to us without getting frustrated. We were not sure what car we wanted. But we came back after looking at few other dealerships just because of Todd. I will definitely recommend him and this dealership to anyone i know thats looking for a car.

This is the second Nissan Rogue I ve leased. This has been one of my favorite cars ever! I worked with Joey and he was very knowledgeable and made sure I knew everything I needed to about the car. He also told me if I have any problems, he should be my first call! I would definitely work with him again!

For the most part the service has been decent. Cost is high, but that is expected from a dealership. However today experience went off a cliff the minute I got home. So I did the standard Wylercare package, which is actually a decent price for a full synthetic oil change and tire rotation (3 total for $189).But then they recommended rear brake pads and rotors for $650. That is ridiculous for something I can do myself and the parts cost $150 at an auto parts store. So I immediately got the parts to do it myself and that is when I discovered the issue. Whoever did the tire rotation didn't threat the lug nut on right and instead just torqued it on with an air wrench. So when I went to remove the nut, it was so off that is sheared the threads on the nut and the bolt (pic included). After 45 minutes and a few other tools I was able to get it off. It got so bad, I was considering having to cut the nut off.One star off for the ridiculous price of pads and rotors and two stars off for stripping the nut and bolt and making my evening horrible.

Jason was responsive and courteous. He answered all our questions and was accommodating on all the vehicles we wanted to look at. He also did a great job making the look great before we took it home. Overall it was a pleasant experience and highly recommend Jason.

The experience at Kings Nissan was second to none. I made a couple of visits during this car buying process. Eli was very knowledgeable and catered to exactly what I was looking for. I would give this 10 stars if I could!

Great experience leasing a new Nissan. Staff was extremely helpful, not pushy and knowledgeable about the vehicles. Ask for Josh, he was awesome and hands down one of the best experiences I've ever had in a dealership!!

From the moment I walked in the salesman Jason made me feel comfortable and like he was truly there to help us. We started our search looking at used cars however we ended up buying a new Nissan versa. The car is for our daughter when she turns 16. Jason never once pushed anything on us, he was upfront and honest. We always worked with Steve and he went above and beyond to help put her in a car that was best for her and her parents paying for it. We have been looking at cars for a few weeks and kings Nissan was the ONLY dealership to treat us like people and not dollar signs. This only goes for Kings Nissan, other Kings dealerships were not this way. I HIGHLY recommend working with Jason and Steve. Very satisfied costumer!!!

Although I ended up not buying a car from this dealership, I have to give a shout out to Braylin and Josh! These two salespeople did their best to help me find the right car. They were sincere and helpful and I sure did appreciate the time they took to help me. Ask for Braylin or Josh to help you, they are a great asset for this dealership!

Only giving one star because zero was not an option. I purchased a used vehicle here for my daughter. I knew with it being a used car it would not be perfect and asked the salesperson Franco if anything was wrong with it. I was told no and if I found anything soon after purchase they would take care of it. We noticed the car was leaking oil and called two weeks after purchase and was told they would do nothing and it was our problem. Save your money and buy elsewhere.

Josh was amazing to work with. He was very laid back and didn t pressure us - Helped us find the exact car I was looking for. The best part about the experience was that it took 3 hours total from the moment we walked in, to the moment we walked out with my new car which I think is a record! I m so happy with the purchase.

Just purchased a 2024 Sentra. I was referred to Eli by a coworker and I now see why. Eli was very professional and personable. He made what can often times be a stressful event about as smooth and stress free as he could. When the deal wasn t exactly what I wanted, he worked bis magic and got me in a nice with the financing I needed to be at. I will forever be referring people to Eli and anytime I m in the market for a new vehicle, he will be who I reach out to first!

Very nice customer service managers and technicians. They reset my ECM- they thought that was the problems- but it didn t fix it, the check engine light just went off. The car immediately started shuttering again before I left the parking lot. They couldn t have driven it far. The O2 sensors still need to be replaced, but now I have to wait for the light to come back into show the codes again- a lot of wasted time (2days already).

Eli, and Joey were absolutely amazing. They did better than just sell me a car. I was in a recent accident and I "needed" a car and and my situation didn't leave me a lot of room to work with. They exceeded my expectations, got me into a brand new 2024 Nissan Premium Sentra. I've never had a new car before. It's affordable and of course reliable. They made me feel like I was family. I highly recommend Eli, Joey, and Jeff Wyler Nissan!!! Everyone was fantastic the whole way through. Thanks again!

I ve been a loyal customer to Kings Nissan s service department for almost 15 years. Specially to Matt Watson for being an exceptional mechanic, but an even better person. He always helps me understand what services I need, gets through them in a timely manner, and helps me forecast for my next time in the shop. I ve never had a bad experience in the service center. Even if Matt is off on a day I come in, the service team has always been courteous and helpful.

Just purchased a new Nissan Frontier Pro 4x from Kings Nissan, and the salesperson Nan was excellent with the negotiations as was the sales manager. I had stopped by just to test drive the truck and had planned to find a better deal, even if it meant transporting it to me.,They made me feel welcome, and listened to all my needs, and was able to negotiate a fair price and close the deal here. Highly recommended King s Nissan (Jeff Wyler) and Nan in particular.

I am a repeat Nisson customer, having leased 9 in total, including this, my 3rd Rogue. I am definately a satisfied customer! I was contacted by Franco about my end of lease options and we went through various scenerios including buying my lease out. Based on my criteria, we arrived at a car and price before I went to the dealership. When I arrived, there were no changes or surprises. I know this is not always the case at other dealerships. While signing the paperwork, even the finance guy took an extra step to see if there was a price advantage for reducing my lease miles . I know that I will be back at the end of my current lease!

This dealership is efficient and well-managed. I deal with Matt in the Service Department. He is friendly, takes good care of my Altima. He's a straight shooter. If I need something done for my safety or for the car's best performance, he tells me. I don't feel he's pushing services on me. If he did, I wouldn't come back. My trust level is high at this dealership. Honestly, it is a rare quality today. I highly value that relationship. Thanks Matt, to you and the team. You're the best!

We had been trying to help our son find a car for 3 weeks with no luck. During that time we came across several shady car dealers. We finally decided to go to Jeff Wyler Nissan to look at a car they had posted on their website. I ll admit we went in very untrusting. Our salesman at Jeff Wyler was Eli Branham. He wasn t pushy, he was very patient. He wasn t trying to sell us something we didn t need. We sat and chatting during the process and he was a just a genuine person, which we appreciated.I would definitely recommend Jeff Wyler Nissan at Kings Auto Mall. Ask for Eli!! He was great to work with.
