Great service and knowledgeable people. Got my Mini Cooper Clubman S tinted day after Christmas and I was first appointment of the day. They got right to it and had me out in an hour. I came back a week later to let them know that there where a few spots that I was unhappy with. They setup an appointment for today 1.7.20 to fix the issues. They replaced the tint on the 2 windows instead of trying to apply heat to remove bubbles and trim off jagged edges. Very impressed with the willingness to go above and beyond to make me happy. This is my second car that I have had them work on and they get a referral from me. I will post an update in a week.A month later and everything looks great. Thanks Jay. (Added more pics)

Straightforward pricing, no surprises, and quality work. They're efficient and get you on your way quickly. I have taken my past three vehicles here to have window tinting done. I used to live close to the shop, but since moving I am more than willing to make the 30 minute drive to get there. It is well worth it! I call ahead to make an appointment, but depending on how busy they are they will try to accommodate walk ins. They offer a variety of tints, both in quality and shade/percent. They also have protective films and wraps. All of the employees are professional, and the shop is very clean. I highly recommend Jay's; you can trust they will take care of your vehicle no matter the kind.

Got my windows tinted here over the weekend and had nothing but a pleasant experience. All i had to do was call and say i was coming and i dropped it off and after a few hours it was done. I appreciate that they are open on the weekends as that's my only free time. The employees were very friendly/helpful and my tint looks great!

I got ceramic 20% on a 2020 Civic hatchback. Installation was quick, took about 1 hour. Very polite staff and a great experience. Would definitely recommend!

I had an appointment for Friday @ 4 and Wednesday @ 2pm they were willing to reschedule for the next day @ 4 because I had business to take care of out of town. Other places I called had me weeks out. Jays adjusted on the fly!!!!!!!!! I love my ceramic tint.

First time going to Jays and I ll never go anywhere else. Awesome customer service, very down to earth workers and the final product was amazing, they transformed my 392 with the ceramic tint. If you don t go to Jays then you need to. I ve been to all the tint places in the area and not here to mention names and other places but let s just say they are the best by far, no competition.Service: Sun control window tinting

Jay's is a little higher priced than a few other companies I called. They did a good job tinting my car. The only issue I had is while tinting my back window they scratched the leather on my back seat. I took it back and they offered no reimbursement for any damages. So I will never go back to Jay's. The least they could have done was offer to cover half of my tint job. I'll find another tinting company the next time.

Gave me one price and came back the next weekend and tried to charge me an extra 40 bucks. Also saw them tinting and scraping along side of a car with the equipment that shouldn't have touched the vehicle.

Called talked to Jay .45 min later at shop Jay nowhere to be found. Wasted 2 hours of my time. Terrible communicationJay your employee said you were on your bike headed to a bar. Pricing was different than you quoted. Added to the price .Service: Vehicle window tinting

They broke the rear window of my convertible during tint installation. I brought up an issue prior to installation and they told me it wouldn't be a problem. After it was a problem, a much bigger problem, they denied the whole situation and told me it was just old and was a coincidence. I did go to court and due to the judges lack of knowledge with this situation and my not bringing before and after pictures, they walked away free and clear.They have tinted for us in the past but I will NEVER go back and suggest taking before pictures. And if you're female, Jay needs to know, it's NOT okay to refer to you as "Hun"!Go somewhere that will back their company, stand by their word and correct their mistakes.Lesson learned, the customer shouldn't be the only one signing anything.FYI they will do illegal tint if you sign a paper saying you need it for medical purposes, clearing them of responsibility. I actually do have documentation to back this, but they never even asked for proof, just a signature.I'm not bitter. I am angry at myself but more importantly, I don't want someone else to be taken advantage of?

I absolutely had to leave these guys a review. They do amazing work! I was able to set up getting my front windows tinted to match the back half of my vehicle. I also had a visor strip installed. We communicated via email and they worked with my busy schedule. I didn t even have to come to the store! I sent someone in my vehicle and they were able to get the job completed in half an hour! I will send many referrals to these guys and any future needs they will be my go to. Thanks for all of your hard work!

Have had 2 appointments and both were awesome. I don't know squat about tint, but the guys explained everything to me and also were honest about what products I needed. Definitely recommend! Appointments were quick too!

Priced the same as most places that tint windows ($199) but got us in quickly and did a great job! Staff was friendly! I would recommend this place after our experience.

I've had two cars tinted at Jays and both my husband and I recommend them to everyone we know. Excellent work! They tend to run a bit behind but nothing major. Similar to any doctors office so it's never been a bother. They're always kind and awesome to deal with!

Had my 03 corvette zo6 windows tinted there and at the top of the back window was gray due to not properly tinted, took back there they told me to wait for a 95 degree day and try to work the gray areas out with my finger, took to detail world and they properly fixed the tint and charged me 50 dollars, took receipt back to jays for reimbursement and the owner says he can t pay for someone else s work, save your self some time and go to detail word in AmeliaService: Sun control window tinting

Overall good experience here. They are normally pretty quick getting you in and out. They are good with working with your schedule. The problem sometimes comes with quality. I've had my car here twice. The first time they did exactly what I asked and everything came out good. The second time the product came out very, very poorly (unprofessional and worse than a cheap DIY). The quality of the work was just horrible. I'm hoping it was just an unexperienced tech. The cuts on the vinyl were uneven. The sizes where wrong and the lines uneven. I contacted them and they agreed to fix the issues.

Just had my 5th car done by Jay. His shop is the best. Even though I've moved away from there I still will only have him do my cars. Done in an hour, high quality, and a reasonable price. I can't recommend it enough. Best shop out there hands down!

Very professional, quick service, and a solid price on my Toyota Camry. I was referred to them by Beechmont Toyota and I am glad that I went to Jay's. They did a quality job and I will 10/10 bring all of my vehicles there for window tint from now on. I highly recommend them!

I went to get an estimate and set up an appointment. Ended up getting my windows done immediately! Took less than an hour for these guys to get everything put on. Excellent customer service when it comes to describing the different products that they have. I'll be sure to recommend Jay's to anyone looking to get their windows tinted!

Jay s is great. Easy to make an appointment and in and out in less than 1 hr for two windows. Jay s is a great small business that you should definitely look to for your tinting needs. I m very happy with the quality of the work I received.
