Ishmael Allen was our salesman today and he went above and beyond to get me not only what I wanted car wise but what I wanted price wise. Can t say enough great things about him. Ishmael met us at the door to ask if we needed help. Not to mention he stayed a hour and a half late to help us and didn t even complain.When I tell you this man went above and beyond for us. He brought us drinks and snacks while waiting for paperwork, put on a movie for us and made us feel right at home.Jake Sweeney gave us an amazing trade in value for our used car and got me in an almost brand new car for an amazing rate. Ishmael was extremely helpful in listening to what we wanted and what we could afford. I m still shocked at the deal I got today, it was far better than I was expecting.Vincent was also very helpful while walking us through the paperwork. He worked with us on our gap insurance rates and gave us good options on warranty. We appreciate the flexibility and level of customer service we experienced at Jake Sweeney today.

BLESSINGSTo whom it may concern:I worked with Mr. Darrin Aden and he was absolutely Awesome and Amazing. He kept working with us, even when we thought nothing was going to happen. Then he called and said that if we still wanted the vehicle we could get it. I truly Appreciate Darrin and his entire team, they have to be some of the hardest working people at the dealership. John W. Was great! We had already been to two other dealerships and I was prepared to buy a used SUV based on prices. We walked in and told him our budget. He told us where we could find the used cars but showed us the 2024 Chevy trax. It fit perfectly in our budget and we walked in and out in 3 hours. There was no pushing! The whole team was amazing including the finance team. I love my car and the experience we had while shopping!

To be completely fair in this review - I wasn t impressed how when I first walked in no one came over to see if I needed help or wanted to look for a car. No one. I almost left. I will say that I m really glad I didn t. This place is extremely busy - learned this during my entire buying process - and I would suggest making an appointment with someone and not randomly stopping in or you will wait. David Shelton was my salesman and I really liked how he took care of me, even though he had customer after customer, he made sure that my car was good to go and made me very happy with the end deal.

Darrin Aden was phenomenal! When I came to the dealership I wasn t sure if I was going to be able to get the car I wanted but he made sure I left happy and satisfied. He had so much patience with me and was very informative, detailed and thorough. My family has bought cars from him before and he has never steered us wrong and I will continue to buy from him in the future. ASK FOR DARRIN ADEN when you go he will make sure all you needs are meet/ questions answered!

Just purchased an 2024 Chevrolet blazer and the experience would good. Dante help me through the whole process. He was polite. He kept in touch and made sure he good get me with the best deal possible. He just helped my fianc� a month ago with purchasing an 2024 Chevrolet equinox and he definitely had a lot of patience. I would recommend anyone to ask for Dante he will get you together and into something you're comfortable with.

I was very happy with the way the deal was handled. Both Tony and Ishmael worked hard to bring the deal together. They both stayed late past their quitting time to make sure everything was handled properly. Both Ishmael and Tony handled themselves very professionally as did James Stanton, and finishing up everything financially. I was very pleased, and would do business again with Jake Sweeney Chevrolet.

Christopher Page helped my boyfriend s mom buy him a work vehicle. He was very polite and answered ever question we each had. Negation was fair and the car was exceptionally clean and drove wonderfully. We are very thankful that we got him as a sales consultant and the purchasing process was extremely quick and efficient! I felt like life kept knocking me down and for once in life i feel like I m completely rejected or have to walk with my head to the ground or the gut feeling of the automatic no. This was one of the best car dealership experiences I ve ever had. My salesman, Darren, he is awesome and helpful, truthful and honest. If he say he s going to help you he s going to help you. The dealership was clean friendly. The customer service was wonderful. I suggest to anyone if you want to buy a new car, go to Jake Sweeney, you would not be disappointed. At Jake Sweeney they make you feel like you are family.Thank you, from walking in talking to my salesman in signing my paperwork with Mr. Clark. I was in a car accident and needed a car now. Ryan worked with us until we found the right car for me. He was calm, polite, and patient while I made my decision. Not pushy like other places I ve been, and wanted to make sure I was in the vehicle I wanted and was within my budget. I love my Chevy Trax. Thanks Ryan for your kindness, and being patient. Brad was the best salesman ever!!! I was forced to buy a new car because my old one died. I was nervous and anxious about being qualified. Brad put my mind at ease and let me know he was in it with me to the end. The entire process took less than an hour. The morning prayer circle was the icing on the cake. Knowing that good people worked there was a blessing. I highly recommend you get your next car from Jake Sweeney and make sure you tell Brad I sent you.

I went to Jake Sweeney on a whim to see if I d be able to trade in my 2016 Chevy Equinox. I d spoken with Jaylan W. a couple of days prior and he was very nice and knowledgeable. Long story short, I drove off the lot that day in a NEW 2024 Equinox! Wasn t expecting any of it but Jaylan and the entire team that worked with me were awesome. They explained everything to me in detail, didn t make me feel stupid for asking questions, and were patient while discussing the best options for me. I ve always had great experiences with Jake Sweeney but this is definitely one for the books! Thank you for all of your hard work Jaylan!

Saw a used car online and came in to see it. Brad M. greeted me at the door and was very friendly. He answered my questions about the 2023 KIA Forte and helped me look over the car for anything that wasn t like new so that I had all info needed to make my decision. I would definitely consider being a repeat customer after this experience.

My salesman Chris was great. There was only one key for the vehicle I purchased which isn t great considering how expensive keys are. I am also hearing/feeling an abnormal noise when driving, yes it s covered but the mechanical department is apparently extremely busy and I have to keep driving with said issue and schedule an appointment.

Buyer beware!! They have underhanded sales tactics aimed at making themselves rich. They added $7k of unnecessary items to the sales price and then tried to convince me that they were standard and mandatory. They are a bunch of ripoff artists taking advantage of desperate people. Don't waste your money on their junk cars. Go to a certified dealer like Tom Gill Chevy in Florence, Ky. They are really easy to work with, regardless of your situation. No high-pressure sales tactics, no add-ons, just huge selection and fair prices. If you need a ride there, they even pay $100 referral fee to whomever brings you. All customers get a free warranty, free oil changes and tire rotation. They will even come get your vehicle for any service and bring it back to you for free. I live 45 miles away and I don't have to leave home or work for oil changes and services. I was "self employed", had a repo on my record, a 550 credit score I told them that I needed a $375 monthly payment, an SUV with all-wheel drive and I had no down payment. I drove away with a 4-year-old Chevy Equinox AWD.

Literally the best and easiest car purchase I ve done. This is my 4th car purchase and by a long shot it was the best. Super smooth process finding my car online, decided I wanted to go in to test drive and Ryan was amazing to deal with. Took it on a test drive and loved it. They detailed the car so it was beautiful when I got it. Finished the process so quickly I was shocked. Called my friends and they all were so surprised how quick and easy. Got an amazing deal as well on the vehicle. A ton cheaper. Fully recommend them

Was disappointed that advertised price was not lowered when asked....not even $100 - 200?. Then, we were not pleased with added fees that were not THOROUGHLY explained to us. Two days after sale was completed, we spoke to John Williams and he was able to persuade Management to provide us with a relatively small amount of compen$ation.

The best in the Midwest! I was on the hunt for a pretty specific Bolt EUV and there were none to be found in Michigan. After searching Chevy s inventory around the Midwest and seeing Jake Sweeney had the exact car I was looking for, I called and the guys here couldn t have made it any easier to complete the entire transaction remotely over phone, text, and email. They had my new car charged up and ready to go for me to pickup with no hassle just a few days later. Well worth the trip from Michigan - friendly, helpful, and none of the usual car dealership negatives. Highly recommend.
