Good luck trying to get them to respond. I submitted a request for an estimate over a week ago and originally their response was quick but the second I gave them the best time to follow up they stopped responding. Also, clearly they don't care about losing business which means they don't care about you as a customer.

Had to change my stars from 5 to 3. 2nd time coming to this shop because Brian did an amazing job getting everything done and right the 1st time and the work was great. Let me start by sayingThe body work is AMAZING! But after it being in the shop for 28 day's I i go get it and my turn signals aren't working so that stinks. Spend an hour or so waiting then to go home and to find out more things are wrong witch happens. So i thank Brian for the extra days for the rental. Go to get my car 4 day's later and tires don't read. So i had to drive over to Chevy to get them looked at. Tonight i go to turn my wipers on to clean my windows (they had to put a whole new pump in) There is no fluid! Come on now! How you even gonna test to see if it works.I have had nothing but problems from this shop and it's sad cause my 1st experience was great. Very disappointed.

This review is not about the quality of the repair. That was taken care of well and in a timely fashion, it was within BMW standards (I am assuming!), it was a minor repair, and it was covered by my insurance.The problem was the absolutely unprofessional behavior exhibited by the person managing this repair. My car was returned to me with a nail in a tire. Upon driving it off the lot, the pressure monitor immediately lit up because the tire was at half the pressure it was supposed to be (18 psi vs 32 psi). I drove back and the same person simply reinflated the tire, claiming the tire was good to go. In a day with pouring torrential rain and having to drive an hour home (that is the closest certified BMW repair shop to where I live), I clearly did not think it was a good idea. My car is a sports car, so I can't just stop at a random tire shop to have the tire repaired or replaced. Needless to say, I drove myself to the BMW Service Center up the street (literally). The tire did end up needing to be replaced (clearly) at a cost of nearly $400.Being part of Jake Sweeney, where I bought and service my car routinely, I was deeply disappointed by the lack of customer care and concern for a customer's safety.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Jake Sweeney Auto Body Shop was able to turn my headache of dealing with insurance and repairing my car after being hit a breeze! Jerome, Brian, and Rachel made the experience enjoyable and were very helpful. I highly recommend using them for all of your car repair needs!

Our vehicle was taken here for damages due to a collision all being paid for through insurance. The lack of communication with updates, days with no return calls and I m still waiting on a call back from service manager to discuss issues. They had our vehicle for close to a month and we ve had nothing but problems since picking it up. The vehicle had to be towed to the service department all to be told a technician left the key in the ignition which caused low voltage, drained the battery, and tons of error messages and xdrive malfunction. I took my vehicle there to fix some damage from a fender bender that happened back in September. The staff was very nice and responsive when calling for updates. The vehicle looks fantastic! The only issue I had was a particular cleaner they used in my vehicle. While I appreciate them doing that for me, it did cause some issues with my touch screen. Whatever cleaner they used caused what looked like chemical burns on the screen. Thankfully I work at a dealership, and had access to other cleaners to take care of their carelessness. Alcohol pads took care of the issue. If you take your vehicle there, make sure to thoroughly check interior before leaving. I was not aware that was part of the service. They should consider asking the customer if they want that done. It would've saved me time trying to fix their mistake.Service: Body & Trim

Amazing experience! Professional, courteous and communicative! Everyone at this establishment greets their customers with a smile. No issue is too small or big and they go over and beyond to ensure the customer and their needs are taken care of. I visited the Jake Sweeney Mitsubishi Parts department.Got new mounting bolts for the rear sway bar, because previous ones broke when I tried to re-use them for a new sway bar.Besides getting the new bolts relatively quickly (on 2nd new business day after ordering), nice lady at Parts desk also helped me look up the proper torque targets. Great customer service.A few bolts, really isn't a high-dollar or high-profit item. Yet the staff still showed great curtesy and kindness. This is the type of place I'm happy to spend my money at.

I was rear ended and brought my car there for an estimate. Stephen came out immediately looked at my car and wrote up my estimate. He continued through the whole process to work with me and keep me updated and informed of what was going on and next steps. He was so professional and awesome to work with. Brian was great to work with, and his team made the process very simple. They are professional, courteous, and set proper expectations. We hope we don't need to visit the body shop often, but next time we'll choose Jake Sweeney Auto Body Shop!

I had my BMW 528xi towed to the body shop after getting rear ended on I-75. It took a while but the shop put my poor car back together, detailed the interior. It looked brand new. Dave was terrific about calling me with updates on the repairs and the supplemental requests from the insurance company. Thank you for everything. Highly recommend.Service: Body & Trim

Sad face because i showed stephan the scratches on my jeep grand Cherokee and he said it would be taken care of within the week that they had it but it wasn't):Unfortunately after the week they had my vehicle, when i got back in it, it was still there. I don't understand why he would tell me that he would take of that but he didn't. Edit: i went back and Stephan fixed it for me! so I'm now giving them 4 stars

Had a minor accident in my brand new truck, took it to Jake Sweeney for repair and I couldn't be happier! Dave got me in right away, made my estimate and even worked me in for the same week as I was only in town for a week and a half. The cost of repair was very reasonable and the service was excellent! I am so glad I could trust them to take care of my truck!

There's not enough space to share with everyone how great Sweeney Body Shop is. From the receptionist to the writers to the guys in the shop. You are all awesome and greatly appreciated. Please please do not consider going here. If one of their locations require you to take it to the body shop to check it out, DO NOT. I had a grill and sensor issue with my car. Back in February I had the service department look at it. They ordered parts (which the parts were not needed.) I dropped my car off for an entire week, and nothing was done regarding the sensors because they were figuring out what to do with the wrong parts. You'll be running around in circles with the service, parts, and body shop department.

Went in to get an estimate to fix my front grill cover, and upon receiving the estimate, he didn t do his job in explaining or breaking down the repairs needed and pretty much was rushing me out of there. When I asked him if he could break it down he sighed and took me to the car and said well this part is broken and needs to be fixed. Just very sarcastic and rude responses. I was at least expecting average customer service.

Communication is key when a place is fixing your valuable auto and that's something we did not get much of. We're still awaiting a call or message back about our issue and nothing so becareful if you want Communication. There work seems ok I have a few small issues that they need to address so just make sure you check the work over with a fine tooth comb.

Wow. wow. wow. I am so happy I choose this body shop! I recently had my hood and fender replaced/repaired on my BMW 325Xi Wagon. The quality of the repair and paint job made me genuinely ecstatic. The body shop uses only OEM BMW parts which gave me a wonderful peace of mind. The customer service might have been even better! Don and Bryan walked me through every step on what was being done to my car till the day I picked it up. The level of transparency I received was outstanding! They even went to the extent of cleaning and detailing my car (inside and out) and did an excellent job! Inside and out was completely spotless! I couldn't have been more happy with the results I received! I highly recommend Bryan or Don as an advisor. I will always bring my cars here!!

2021 Mazda came with a paint issue from factory. Issue showed up 1 week after delivery. Not visible before then.Body shop repainted the panel.ABSOLUTELY PERFECT.Color match, sheen, application outstanding.Understand I am VERY VERY particular about my cars. If they can please me they can please anybody.!!!!Because of this quality of work we have bought 10+ vehicles from the sweeney group since 1991Anyone can sell a car but its sweeney service and body shop that seals the deal for us.JohnService: Body & Trim

As far as their work goes , it's five stars. HOWEVER three star rating in my opinion because 1. They're pricey! It cost me almost $600 just to have a few minor scratches (no dents) repainted 2. They're not to efficient when it comes to insurance claims. My insurance mailed them a check to cover some of the cost, so all I would have to pay is my $350 deductible. Well, my experience didn't work out as smooth as I planned; I ended up paying the ENTIRE cost all because one staff member who was responsible for checking their incoming mail, wasn't in and it felt like the other staff was to lazy to look for my check. It seemed like the service advisor tried to cover it up and play it off, explaining to me that my check was mailed to my house, which WASN'T TRUE! Gladly, I was able to get my insurance to straighten it out but the price was insane!

I am very disappointed with the changes and customer service from Jake Sweeney Mazda. I was involved in a car accident today. I called Jake Sweeney right away and asked for Royan who use to be the service manager. Jake Sweeney use to do several thousand dollar maintenance on my 20 year old Miata, and I loved to go because the customer Service was so great. I recently moved back to Ohio after being gone for four years and was much surprised to see a new staff who did not care about their jobs.When I called the service center about my accident, they told me I needed to take my car one street over to the body shop. I mentioned I would need a rental car and wondered if I could still get one at the body shop, I was told yes, just let them know when you arrive that you need one.I arrived at the body shop around 4pm today. The guy at the desk was laid back in his chair with his feet up and instantly looked surprised to see me, acted as though I was an inconvenience, and told me that the body shop does not so rentals and neither could the service center since I was at the body shop.I instantly told the tow truck company to take me to the service center instead. Where I found out that none of the staff were the same as before and they did not want to help me with my radiator repair because they felt my car frame might be bent and cannot replace without body work, but they never once got out of their chairs to actually look at my car which was no located in an area that they could even see from their chairs. At this time the guy from the body shop called the service center to complain that I didn t like his service.Jake Sweeney has forever lost a high paying customer, because I will NEVER return. I took my care elsewhere.Thank you Jake Sweeney for making a bad day even worse!!!

Brought car here because they said they could get it in and out in three days. On the day my car was due to be ready, I called to see what time it would be ready. I was told there was a supplement and more parts were needed. No prior calls or anything. Poor customer service. A snow storm and cold weather delayed the arrival of the parts. I was told two other times that the car would be ready and it wasn t ready either time. A waste of my time, causing frustrations by not being on top of their business. On the day I was to pick the car up, I arrived at the time I was told it would be ready. Again, I was told it wasn t ready. It needs to be buffed out; but the guys are at lunch! Go grab a bite and it should be done in 3 hours.No apology or anything. NEVER EVER bring your car here. Dave Davis is a joke! Has no clue about what s going on and should retire!

Don and the team of SWEENEY AUTO BODY are fantastic professionals. Don held my hand through a traumatic accident whereby I was in the dark dealing with the red tape of insurance company. Don explained the process, kept me informed about the status of the claim/repair, and educated me about the damage of the car. I can honestly say that Don was the one who helped me through the nightmare, and I will highly recommend his/Sweeney services for any body work or car damage in the future.
