Both Lynn and I (Paul) were so immensely happy with the service we received from this dealership and in particular our salesman Glen! Communication had our offer accepted the day the F-Type came in.Glen is so very knowledgable and courteous as well as professional.The vehicle was delivered in mint condition, I absolutely could not be happier.Lisa, the finance manager also made the buying process very easy from the second I came in.This is my second lease from the company and I worked with Glen both times.I look forward to always asking for and working with him in the future.The dealership is spotless and so professional with a greeter as soon as you enter for assistance.

Worst dealership and worst car ever! 2019 jaguar I pace that broke after 3 years and 9,000 miles. While the car on warranty, it has been in repair at the dealership in Cincinnati for over three months! This was the second break in the car (last time stayed in repair for 6 weeks). No updates! No loaner car! no timeline for repair or finishing the work! Paying close to $1000 every month for rental car and making $800 for the loan on a car that has been in repair for 3 months! Very bad customer service both the dealer and the Jaguar company, which is worse, Arrogant and inept. Over three months and not fixed yet! Not a good car; not good customer service. Never ever again!

They had my car for10 days. Everytime I called them I was given contradictory information. Said they would provide a loaner car but never called or informed me there was no car available. During the 10 days they managed to install wiper blades and oil change. Never fixed the fender or repaired the check engine. I could go on and on but I am not so inclined.

I have 1997 Jaguar XK8 with 60k miles. I had a problem with the transmission when I called for service that said there were scheduling service 3 to 4 weeks out. This tells that you should never buy a Jaguar from them as your everyday car. Most people can t wait that long.I had the car towed up there. When they fininly for they said they just needed to fill up the transmission fluid for $500 dollars or so. I found this suspect but had them do it.They also said there was a leak with the power steering. I had just paid $1400 to have the power steering fix a few weeks earlier and only drove the car twice. They said they needed to order a part after a week or so they said they would have it done by the end of the day when I called. They called me back a half hour later and said they ordered the wrong part so the car would not be ready that. After a week and half or so I called back and they said the car would be ready in a day or two to pick up.I picked the car up and immediately when I first accelerated on the highway entry ramp near fhere dealership the car sputters but finally got up to speed. When I hit the first stop light on the exit, they car almost stalled and I barely got home with it seeming the car was locked in low gear.This means there was no way they road tested it and they put me in an unsafe car.I had the car towed back up there. After another week or so, when I called to check the status they said they were trying to find a rebuilt transmission or someone to rebuild this one. When I called back a few days later, they said a new transmission would be $9400 which is more than the value of the car. They said they can t work on transmissions so the can t fix the one I had but they would try to find someone who could.I made two phone calls myself and found a local transmission service company who was well familiar with jaquars .I realize my car is an old classic Jaguar but that is the whole point of owning a Jaquar.I guess they point is don t buy a jaquar in Cincinnati unless you don t need to drive it for long periods of time, have a lot of money to spend on service or are willing to take care of all the servicing yourself.

With the new GM back in place (a returning GM), I was treated "Texas style", meaning, with respect, professionaly, friendly, and straightforward. This I appreciate and respect. Thank you Dude! (He knows who I am speaking of).

I was looking for a F-Pace, and Anna Leatherbee reached out to me, even when I was still deciding. The dealership had it in my color, but they only had the 2018. She helped me understand the difference on buying a car that was a CPO. I decided to have one shipped from Jaguar DFW. She reached out to me and wished me luck, she was very helpful and nice. If they would have had what I was looking for there I would have driven to Cincinnati. I just want to say Thank you to her for her time, patience and understanding.Janel Thompson

I live in Indy and literally drive the hour and a half just because the service is so much better than the Indy dealer. Have purchased 2 cars here and get all my service work completed at this location
