Drove 2.5 hrs to get a transmission for a truck price was give to me over FB market place .....got the trans pulled after 6 long hrs ....i forgot my sawsall so my nephew went and asked the staff if he could borrow one and he said no so after a while I went and asked to borrow it and the out side staff said ok so I cut what I needed and I took it back to the staff member well after some more time I needed the sawsall again so I sent my nephew again and the staff guy got nasty and told him he was gonna charge him $20 to borrow it again my nephew said okay and said he will leave it with the cashier at the front counter and the guy got nasty again and said give it to him instead ...so again I used his sawsall abt 5 mins took it back thanked him again and then I got my transmission and hauled it to the from counter the thin black guy was awsome but idk if ID ever make that trip..again price was awsome just a long way to go for staff to be sketchy .... Ill stay with lkq or pick n pull thanks anyways

Only needed a small 'trim piece', but manager stepped in and did comparison vehicle search and helped find and remove. Have used several times over the years ... and a great option to see if you can find what you need.

These guys sold me broken unusable parts 2X. I'm out $839 and they gave me less than $130 useless store credit . I would NEVER do business with them again. THEY SUCK BIG TIME!!!!

Decent selection, very pricey compared to other places I ve visited. They stack cars, so it s sometimes difficult to get into cars or gets parts out of them. No online inventory list. I much prefer Bessler s or U-Pull&Pay.

My buddy bought a junk motor guaranteed for $1200 then 35 days laters after he got it installed, he was told of the 30 day policy after it was guaranteed to be a good engine. I would stay away if you re planning on buying anything other than plastic interior panels

Shouldn't have "kids" answering the phone and being vague and rude, that cost anymore business my family and I will bring here after 15 years of coming here this place has recently went down hill fast as far as customer service and changing prices. I was told 100 for rear diff, and 40 to pull for me. I called for another vehicle about motor mounts and got price of 15 each. Asked how much to pull.. I got price of 1$ a minute....? That is insanity! Tire discounters wouldn't even charge that much...I asked how about flat rate like they gave me for my SUV on the rear diff. He didn't know.. just like he said he didn't know if the price for rear diff w pull fee 140 total is price still and that was 2.5-3 weeks ago....???? Who is running this place right now or at least who is running the front counters here ...please change this as I'm sure a lot of people will be unhappy.

This was my first junkyard I ever experienced and it is still my favorite spot to go...actually if I'm being completely honest it's the only place I have went and do go to still.

Jacks is under new ownership!!!! Walking in the front office has been cleaned out and looks open and organized!! Price to get in was only $2 dollars a person which also isn't bad . The yard is completely organized and the cars seem to be super organized also! Found the parts we needed easily then made it back to the office where a few nice looking kind gentleman rang me up... With my surprise it cost me under 20 dollars for both parts I needed!! Jacks for the win as usual and with the added bonus of cleanliness along with good customer service !! Still my favorite junkyard around !

Been going to Jacks for about a half of century . Been some changes over time . But still Family owned . Friendly staff /helpful.service .Cheap prices. Great Place to get your used auto parts . God Bless All . Duke

First off they were rude lied about what they have and you can barely get into any cars to get any pieces if you wanted them they got them so close I went there one time and it's my last time
